Not a bad mobile home park, its kept up pretty clean & lots of greens(grass, roses, small to medium plants & trees). Very convenient for having that 7th St mini market 2-4 min walk. Like how they got multiple entrance & exits, only downside is the dam train tracks right across the street nothing like disturbing sleep every 2-3 hrs from that horn that can wake the dead, LoL.

Looking forward to moving into 7th St.New management is very well aware of everything that goes on in there.The people living there all get along for community living

Once was a descent place . Its like its own community, lived there for 15 yrs up until 3 yrs ago met some interesting people, friends, good times but now its not a place id recommend for anyone to visit

I find this to be a great temporary or short term place to call home. The people are very nice. Everyone here has had some bad breaks in life and just trying to move ahead. Very comforting atmosphere.

The only reason this place showed up on my feed is because of a traffic jam on the highway. It might be a good place, I dont know.

Very unique analysis

All I can say & will say about this place is Beware of this place its a horrible place & the people are even worse i dont mean all the people theres alot of good people & families there but those are the ones you dont see becuz they stay to them selfs & stay in there homes. Beware of those people who are more then eager to help you out those are the ones who you dont want anywhere near you or your belongings. If at all possible i would recommend. To stay as far away from this place if you can....

This place is a hive of reprobates, drunks, addicts and criminals. If you love the street-thug lifestyle, then this is the place for you!

Management changes frequently, explicit drug use in plain sight.They will rob you blind.
