Quiet, perfect for the individual or couple looking for a place to retire. With walmart conveniently located across the street, you can go wrong. You have a stoplight to get you in and out safely too! Need a pet? No worries, small dogs, cats, birds, iguanas etc. Are welcome!Want bingo night? How about an outdoor heated pool, to keep fit? Want a lovely place to walk? Yep, they have all of these amenities and more!Bring your own mobile or purchase 1 inside the park! Have grandbabies and cant resist their visit? They are welcome!Want added security? Great, they have a front gate that requires an aceess code. Nope, 1 size doesnt fit all, each tenant has their own ID number. Theres gates all around with barbed wire, dont go touching those though, ouch!

Very nice Senior mobile home park....Is gated, has a pool and a Sauna....Definitely friendly residents here and manager is very nice.

Quiet community 55 and up, rules to maintain uniformity of yard, limits set on guest stay so cannot render longterm lodging to a needy friend.
