Nice 55+ community park, where you own your on lot, friendliest people in valley, active park with lots of activities going on in the park, lot of people in here playing music, great jams, maintenance fee only $100/lot thats very reasonable too.

Valley View is a nice and quite place to retire, small clubhouse, pool and basic amenities. The lots are larger compared to some other rgv parks.
