Horrible place and nothing like they want to make it seem. Big time attitude from management. Always moody.

Its A Great Place To Take The Family

It has been a nightmare, since I moved in here, in march2020

Looks very peaceful and safe to live in.

Web page is false advertisement,the park looks horrible.The person working in the office is very rude on the phone and does not speak Spanish. If you do not speak it she will refuse to attend you horrible customer service she speaks very negative and dresses unprofessional. Not only that,she works with her toddler in the office,and the office has a bad cigarette odor.Her husband works as a maintenance man,but no work gets done.He spends his time driving around in the golf cart or always going into the office.Who ever hired the couple,huge mistake to this park.They look like drug addicts.The park has been turned into half Family,and Winter Texan. Many have left,I was one of them.If one wants to stay at this park,I suggest that you keep your belongings locked up.Park owner needs to come and see how this park is being handled and speak to what little residents are left,he is quick to want to collect money,but does not maintain the park.Do not stay here
