This is a wonderful place to stay the staff are great! and very helpful. There is so much to do and see the world butterfly center is just a few miles down the road as well as Benson State Park and Quinta Mazatlan a birding Haven

Everyone here is so friendly! Resort is kept up well, lots of activities for seniors, pet friendly

Was there for the Regan James Hiredhand band. The park workers are really friendly. And the crowd has always been fun.

We stayed here for a week in January, 2013 and really enjoyed ourselves. The park is beautiful and well-maintained. Our site was large and level with excellent 50-amp power and clean concrete (the whole site, not just a pad).Our favorite part was that everyone here was so active! These Winter Texans were here to have fun... and we joined right in!We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice place, nice people

Very few people speak English. Mostly Quebec Canadians are here who cant (?) only speak French. They group together and dont include Americans. Management should inform new people wanting to rent from them of this issue.

We were going there to visit my wifes sister, and the welcome we going through there was not very pleasant...

Yes it is warm, better than shoveling snow and cold. Sold out up north and moved here permanently. Management in this park are the best. Glenna is one of greatest people you ever want meet.

This is a retirement community I find the people are nice and the grounds are well-kept.

Easy access---lots of spaces to rent---activities for everyone! Located across the street from a new water-park and a large Bingo hall.

Beautiful, clean resort park. If you dont speak French, your participation in many activities could be limited, since so many are taught in French.

Itis hard to have an impression only being here a week. The weather has been up & down. It is a French Canadian Texas Resort for sure.

Great 55+ resort,come retire here,low taxes,no state income tax,cheap property tax,low water and electric cost.HOA dues $300.00 per year,taxes on property $900.00
