J Five Mobile Home & RV Park

We are parked here in our MotorHome. Covid has shut-down all gatherings & its Seniors 55 & up

Love this park very peaceful, quit, always clean, close to Target, Walmart and many other stores excellent location. Management are super friendly. Will definitely come back.

Nice small park with good rates and really nice managers, has a country feel right in the city with cattle and horses right across the fence!

I was visiting but its pretty awesome. I would definitely live here.

Very friendly park loving it here we just arrived today to meet friends. The only thing I would say is make sure u have cash as its cash only and if your from Us they also take checks. Theres Walmart close and other shopping . If u want to cross to Mexico its 45 minutes from here.

This RV Park does NOT have a pet safe environment. Patrons actively spred rat & ant poison about. Two of my dogs ingested poison - one of them died. The other is being treated by a local vet. Another dog was also poisoned and is in serious condition at a pet hospital.

Too many very old park models that should be out of there. Hydro and water are not include in your rent. Friendly people. If you want to just lay around and take it easy and relax then thats the place to be. But not my cup of tea.

I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and for the peace and quiet. Friendliest place around.Im here on the off season and its heaven.

Extremely friendly small (165 or so sites) RV park, the amenities are adequate, they have a nice large community hall, tons of activities, you will not get bored, and if you like to visit and make friends, J-5 residents will welcome you. The park, however does not have a pool, and that is the only reason we moved to another, otherwise we would still be at J-5. If you are not a swimner kind of person then J-5 is for you.

This RV park was very accommodating. We loved it. We will stay again.

Clean, nice little RV and Mobile Home park. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
