We just purchased a mobile home for our Winters here. Very friendly people weve met so far. Property is well maintained and pride of ownership shows for most lots. We liked the fact you own the home and property with a very low HOA fee. We spent two Winters in FL but prices are high and its more crowded. Im hoping their closer proximity to South Padre will help to appease my love of the ocean.

Each lot is individually owned and overseen by a homeowners association. Lovely lifestyle if you can afford it.

Best place to live in the Valley.Great for RVs, park models, and permanent homes. People own their lots and their pride shows. Plenty of activities.

Gated community. Fruit trees and flowering gardens abound. Well maintained facilities and private home sites. Holiday gatherings in clubhouse, where residents share food and friendship, are well attended. Entertainment, dances and jam sessions throughout the seasons. Sizeable number of residents live here throughout the year and many more choose to spend the winters here. Rental units and RV sites with water, sewer and electricity are generally available to folks looking for an enjoyable location within minutes of many of the most popular attractions the Rio Grande Valley has to offer.

One of the nicest rv parks in the valley. Age 55+ required. Great pool & club house. Lush tropical grounds.
