Friendly and helpful staff. I had accessible seats and the areas set aside for accessible seating was roomy and well placed. Very nice! Staff noted that the accessible seating area that was closer to the stage was not sold out, and would we like to move up? We said yes! It was awesome! A big thank you to the staff for allowing us to move closer.

This place is amazing! The beautiful detailing to the ceiling decor is awesome, the pictures dont do it justice whatsoever. We visited this venue for the first time, to see a Bert Kreischer comedy show. Balcony seats, near the center, we had a perfect view. Acoustics were fantastic, no echo or hollow sound. Seats were extremely comfortable and roomy. I imagine many great shows have been watched from those seats and performed on that stage, I hope to make it back again soon!!

Absolutely gorgeous facility. Quaint, comfortable, and classy all in one. Very similar to the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee, very old school... wish theres was more of these gems around, the setting is perfect for any show.

Beautiful venue with great acoustics. I sat in the back of the upper level and had no problem with volume. Thos was a comedy show so it wasnt automatically super loud. But mainly the space is gorgeous. Note: a few elderly people found the slope of the balcony seats too vertiginous.

The theater is gorgeous, even the exit signs are stained glass. You have about as much legroom as an economy airline seat, at least on the balcony. And word to the wise, while an aisle seat is a tempting option for beating the crowds out the door, there is no partition between the floor light housing and your side, so you will notice a significant heat, even a bit of discomfort if youre wide at the waist like I am. Overall, the experience was wonderful, with the highlight, apart from the show, being the beautifully crafted stately interior.

We came here to see Nick Kroll on Saturday. This is my first visit to the Pantages Theatre. This is a beautiful, historic theater. There is not a bad seat in the house. The stage is within view from every seat. The lobby area is spacious and cocktails and snacks were offered.Because this is a historic theater, there is little knee room. If you are tall you might feel cramped. Other than that, the seats were comfortable.

Smallish theater is the perfect venue to see a single artist perform, like John Hiatt, with just a guitar. The sound was perfect for this troubadour. Checkout the mini museum located in the basement. There’s a bar down there and the only restrooms.

So I was there for a comedy show. They have three bars in total there. They shut down the one that was on the main floor 15 minutes before the show started. I had waited in the line for at 15 minutes prior to them shutting down that bar and was then told to go to the down stairs bar. The Line was still huge. I ended up getting into the show 20 minutes after it started because they were not adequately prepared for an entire theater wanting to have drinks. On top of that, I have never been to any venue that charges an automatic 18% gratuity for using a credit or debt card. I bought two coors lights for $8 each and ended up being almost $20 for two beers. Overall I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with this venue and probably would never go back. The show however, was amazing!

This was my first time visiting the Pantages Theatre and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. The acoustics were perfect, I could hear all the artists clearly and together. The security was nice enough to let everyone get up and dance in the aisles and come down to the front of the stage. The best part for me, was meeting an usher named Wendy who gave me a brief history lesson on the theatre and told me the best places to go for pictures.

Very intimate theater space with friendly staff. My date and I were able to get through the security quickly and find our seats fast thanks to the ushers. The inside is beautiful, but there are quite a few stairs.Seats were comfortable and there were great acoustics where we sat. Unfortunately, the further back you get, the smaller the people on stage - Weird Al looked like about the size of an action figure from our seats. Thankfully that did not impact the acoustics much!Overall, wonderful experience.

Excellent venue. Who rates venues by the way? Like, has anyone ever wanted to see a smaller show/artist and decided not to because they didnt like the venue? In any case, its a cool old theater that is great for small/medium audiences. Ive seen a few shows here including comedy, musicals, and exhibitions and the seats are always great and the audio and view are fantastic. Drinks are hella expensive though, even more so than most large venues, so budget for that if you expect to drink.

Be VERY careful where you sit. If youre in a back row or a front row be prepared for your legs to squeeze against the row in front of you. Im only 55 and my knees were in the back of the person in front of me in balcony row F. The only bathroom is in the basement. For the price of tickets and concessions they should be able to update for some 21st century comforts. That said, shows are generally great.
