Cat did a great job of greeting me when I entered the store and helping me find exactly what I wanted. They recommended the perfect add-on purchase. But most of all, their customer service was so fantastic that after I left my credit card behind, they reached out to me and brought it to me!

One the most special spaces. Staff is always exceedingly thoughtful and will give you great education on any pursuit or self discovery. They have an amazing (ever evolving) library on identity, relationships and social justice. Everyone should visit!

Here, everything is safe and high quality, and the staff are very helpful! I come here most often for gender affirming products. Great place to get some educational and entertaining literature too!

I usually feel a little weird, and sometimes judged when walking into sex shops, but not here.The staffers I interacted with were extremely knowledge, informative, and not shy about giving personalized suggestions when asked. Service is discreet, and while some items have very hefty price tags, all their expensive products are of *excellent* quality.The little library that that run is awesome.Knowing that the employees are paid a living wage is also great. Added bonus, theres a permanent 10% off your purchase if you check in on Yelp!

Feminist, sex positive, and discrete. If you were just walking by you would think it was a bookstore. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a variety of toys out of the box so you can feel the textures and settings before dropping 50-200 dollars on a toy. They also have some really cool books and novelty items/postcards etc.

Smitten Kitten is a sex-positive space that caters to all people. The store itself feels inviting, and not smug nor obscene. Not only are the workers knowledgeable about the products, they are deeply aware of sex education, history, and how to help out with whatever. The staff are friendly, informative, intelligent, and innovative. Definitely would come here again.

All the toys are great, great place, great staff

My GF convinced me to go to here as opposed to shopping in the small dingy sex toy section at Spencers. We went on my birthday, and I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place was well organized, clean, and put together. As an FTM trans guy, as soon as I saw that they had packers and STPs, I snatched one up right away! I couldnt bring myself to order that stuff online, so being able to physically obtain it right away was amazing. The staff was well informed and taught me a lot of valuable information, and they were so nice! I did do my own research afterwards, and I can confidently confirm that they knew what they were talking about. All of their toys were super high quality, not too out of budget, and very accessible. It was such a nice upgrade from buying cheap things online and at Spencers. I highly recommend this place over anyplace else, and I will definitely come back to get all the other things I wanted. Its worth travelling to the cities for :)

I had a problem with a toy I had purchased and was treated with the utmost respect and understanding from the staff. When I still needed further assistance with it the owner called me personally. We resolved the matter. And I could not be happier. They are professional, knowledgeable, and they want you to be happy.

Unequivocally the best place for sex toys in the Minneapolis area. They ordered me specifically a discontinued vibrator from a few years ago when mine wore out, charging shelf price. When I accidentally bought a counterfeit magic wand vibrator from The Love Doctor (dont go there lol) they gave me a new head attachment for free from the staff freebie bin. Everyone Ive spoken to seems genuinely invested in helping their customers, and offer to go above and beyond to make sure they have a good experience.Smitten Kitten is officially recommended by Planned Parenthood, which is where I first heard about it. The atmosphere is more small bookstore than sex shop, and the cute and educational decor makes it a great choice for nervous first-timers and younger people especially. Ive ordered sex toys online before, and theres no way to verify youre getting what you paid for, or even if its entirely safe (I once had a chrome coating flake off my vibrator!). Theres really no substitute for genuine knowledge and care.

This is the place to go for any initimate bedrooms needs. When I come here I dont feel icky or I'm being judged. The staff is very informed on each product and helps you make a decision on whats best for you and not just for the sake of a dollar. Whenever my husband and I need a new toy, we go here everytime.
