Came in today around 6:00ish today with two people and I won’t lie as a trans woman I was so scared to go in cause I had heard bad things about the customer service towards trans shoppers but oh my god were they wrong sadly I didn’t catch any of the workers names but there was a woman with colored hair who was amazing and very friendly who helped my pick out some shoes and a tall gentleman who was also very friendly the customer service was amazing shoes were amazing and clothes were amazing only complaint is the size range for shoes really wish they carried bigger sizes in store instead of having to order them but maybe sometime in the future anyways would recommend to every performer or really just anybody who loves tall heels and amazing outfits!!!

Great place to pick up cute outfits and shoes. Their staff is helpful and I’ve always felt comfortable browsing. Ask them about their “dancer’s discount.”

Easily the widest variety of high heels in Minnesota. They essentially line the walls of the store, so ensure youre looking at the display all the way around the ceiling. Also an expanded selection of fishnet stalkings.The staff was really polite and didnt mind a quick stop in to kill time when I admitted I had extra time on the meter.Just dont visit thinking of this as a boutique - theres not large couches to sit and try on the heels. Come here for some great prices on clothing that will make you look stunning.

Great place to go shopping! Helpful staff, reasonable prices, and quality materials. The stockings I bought here have no runs in them after a lot of wear and they were not expensive.

My favorite place by far! The selection is beyond comparison. In addition to the variety of outfits, shoes and stalkings, the people... ohhh the people! I genuinely enjoy the company of the employees here. I look forward to seeing and chatting with them. They are more than helpful. From a dancer who knows what she wants to a timid girl who isnt sure she should even be in this store... they make you comfortable! Its not creepy like a sex shop. Its truly a wonderful place to shop!

SUPER IMPRESSED!!! I stopped in this shop on Saturday evening and was absolutely floored by their shoe selection -- every height, style, color and size you can imagine and theyre all reasonably priced. Easily the largest selection in Minnesota. Marvin was extremely friendly and helpful in my quest for shoes. It really meant a lot considering I feel like lately Ive encountered so many storeowners who seem annoyed when a customer walks into their store. Marvin even went so far as to look up shoes he could order for me in my size and products that would make my shoes fit/feel more comfortable. The shoes are competitively priced -- actually theyre probably cheaper once you factor in shipping charges, and he did mention that if he doesnt have a particular size he can get it within the week. Well worth the trip!!!

I purchased a pair of stockings that were already ripped in two places when I opened the package--clearly a manufacturers defect. I called ahead to make sure Id be able to exchange them, and instead of receiving an apology and a promise to make things right, I was met with immediate disbelief and suspicion. I was treated more like a criminal than a customer. Although they did finally agree to exchange the stockings, they refused to take any responsibility for the problem, all the while insisting that neither the store nor the manufacturer could possibly be at fault. Rather, they did everything but come out and say explicitly that I was trying to cheat them. Even when I said to them, I really dont appreciate being called a liar, the manager just laughed and said, Well, this is the first time this has happened in 10 years, so...Really unbelievable and unforgivable treatment of any customer, but especially one who had just spent over $60 at their store and had planned to buy more in the near future. I actually had something on order here, but I will take my business elsewhere.
