This past Holiday Season, Ive gone in a number of times to get clothing, gift cards, and other items. Each trip was greeted by a friendly employee who always offered to help with my shopping decisions. DI is a comfortable and welcoming environment for single women and men as well as couples. My new favorite place to shop!

I felt really comfortable like this kind of stuff I usually am too awkward for but I wanted to surprise my boyfriend and the associate helped me all the way and their selection was great and the store was very clean and organized. I went in for primarily one thing and came out with more toys and good advice on my gift to my boyfriend. The associate Chelsea I believe was very kind and patient at my non experience.

I went into Downtown Intimates completely clueless! Ash assisted me right away and asked me questions to round down the perfect product for me! I asked her questions about the product and she was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Ash! Great customer service!

Like shopping in a candy store for adults - the store is hip, bright and clean. The adult toys come in all colors of the rainbow in more fun shapes and sizes than you could imagine. The salesgirl was a young, attractive woman who had my girlfriend and I laughing as we scoped out the merchandise. We loved the whole experience of shopping here.
