Began having Sunday Service on a mound in the park last year June through October, returned two weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful, well-maintained and just right for a beginning campaign like ours. Milwaukees park system is one of the best in the country. Many citizens know and appreciate the value it holds for the community.

I really enjoy carver park. In the summer this is where the kickball league plays and helps give the park some life. Not only is the action competitive and fun to watch for friends and family of all ages BUT food truck vendors also come out to feed the crowd. This is just one of the amenities that the park brings. The baseball diamonds, well maintained dugouts or playground area for the children are also noteworthy.

Love this park and its proximity to my apartment. I find myself walking through here as a shortcut to Bradford beach on the regular. Its a beautiful park with lots of hidden trails in the woods. The lighthouse to the north is also pretty cool.Side note- wouldnt recommend walking through here at night (as most other parks in Milwaukee), but in the light of day its truly remarkable!

My church has our summer cook out there but the up keep is poor. I feel it has more to do with the people who use it at night THEN ANYTHING ELSE.

Its ok

We go their for Beckum Stapleton Little League baseball. Gives the kids a chance to learn Baseball and good sportsmanship. Parents need to be more involved, so the League can grow and continue to help the kids in the community.

I would give it 5 stars, buuut I completely dislike how theres adults drinking beer/alcohol, CARS PARKED IN THE PARK where small children are walking, playing etc & overgrown 17, 18, 19 yr olds are in toddler swings. Its ridiculous! Wheres the park rangers???

The park and the field was very clean. People friendly. A excellent place for community sports leagues.

Nice and family oriented. The whole family can enjoy themselves.

Be super careful of ticks otherwise a quiet atmosphere to escape to. Loved the landscaping.

Pros: it has a combination splash pad/wading pool. There are bathrooms. There is plenty of shade and benches. The playground is large and has pretty cool equipment.Cons: there is trash everywhere whenever we go to this park, including broken glass.

Best kept secret in the inner city for baseball practice

Had a great time and water system is great for the children and have other things to do as well

Went to do homework in a serene place. Was able to find an area that was peaceful, nice view even, and finish my tasks. This park is home to many festive events and baseball games. I visit regularly, and my children ask to go very often

I Attended a wonderful picnic presented by Greater Galilee Baptist Church.

I can talk to my friends meet up with my friends fight with my friends and have a good time

Very nice park & the play area for kids (especially for ages 5+ ) keeps them busy for quite a while !!! & has a basketball court (for the older kids.) LOL !!!

This park offers an outside swimming pool for children & adults. If swimming is not your cup of tea the park also has 3 baseball diamonds & a basketball court. Outside of offering the physical activities you can take a gentle stroll around the park & possibly see the Red-tailed hawk which Ive spotted on 4 different occasions. This park also offers a sheltered restroom area & portable restrooms located around the park.The downside of the park is definitely the litter.

I enjoyed working with the Senior Citizens here. I came to bring enjoyment to them and left with enjoyment from them! Beautiful landscaping with a number of exciting events going on here all year long.

Not a well kept area. Needles, bottles, and lots of garbage because theres barely any garbage containers. Lots of homeless people. Would not recommend this park for young families. Played baseball on the field and that was barely kept up to standards to even play.

It is a very good place to raise a family of four. Schools, Business wise and near the coming attractions of the New Bradley Center.

Ok playground, not the best neighborhood. Tons of kids to play with in the summer. Lots of people have BBQs in the summer. Lots of weed smoking around the play and picnic area. Not ideal for wholesome family outings
