Such an informative place to step back in history and learn more about the local area and people that shaped Midland to what it is today! Dale and Jean were a joy to speak with and are very knowledgeable. Good place to spend time while supporting something so important.
Small collection of Midlands (and surrounding west Texas area) pictures, furniture, clothes, toys, and other memorabilia housed in a metal frame warehouse. Check out the replica of a skull fragment of Midland Man - actually a females - found south of Midland and said to be about 10,000 years old. The museum is free. Friendly museum guide. Plenty of parking. Look for it adjacent to the county library.
