My son and daughter in law lives there

The property looks to be lacking in upkeep of roads, trailers and curb appeal.

Its run by slumlords... They try to charge you for stuff thats not included in your rent and then they evict you...Plus the place is falling apart...

There is mold in almost every house and they will not fix and thing the are really rude and will not fix anything in any house they r really lazy.

Would make a nice park for families to live in if they kick out all the sex offenders in that place the owner is a nice great guy n his wife is a great nice women but i believe he should change his policys to no sex offenders n clean up his mobile home park like the other places do so his tenants would be happy n feel safe while there kids go out n play so if anyone is starting out to have a family i would not reccomended to live in this park due to all the sex offenders that live in there

It is a really bad place try to stay away if you ever have to move dont move here the maintenance are lazy and how they fix black mold is with white spray paint

I heard they kicked out alot of bad people (and sex offender and am looking into moving there now that they are cleaning the park up...

It is full of drunks & dope. The police are called out there every night from all the violence.

The park is dumpy you cant drink the water and they charge too much what you want in what the park is not worth living at the only thing good about this park is Kim the manager and the owner is trying to improve the park but the cable service sucks drink the water and all the trailers need to be replaced with newer ones we just too old

Great place, decent community! Management and maintenance do their best with fixing what these idiots did nothing but destroy cause they are the trash. Everyone in this review giving one stars and calling it trash are these people. Lets face it, you didnt move out because you were tired of the management, no you were evicted after not paying rent plain and simple. The only thing thats trash here are the tenants that expect a free ride.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Repairs are never fixed for months on end. When you remind them still not fixed. Not to mention maintenance is down right rude and nasty. You also get called nasty names for no reason. I moved because the owner wouldnt do anything about it. Thanks because its done me a huge favor.

Update: Never associate with these people, if they dont like you they will send people to follow you or your family to your homes and stalk you. They just followed a former resident from the grocery store back to their new home miles away in the complete opposite direction from the trailer park. All over a completely different person. These people are dangerous, stay far away.I wish you could give negative stars, what kind of place threatens to send their goons in to rip you and your stuff out of the trailer because you refused to pay after being sworn at by the staff and not having anything fixed for months of asking and asking. One resident had to wait over a week across two different occasions just to get a fridge that worked. Two of the trailers had major subfloor damaged when moving in, half the windows worked in one of them. Youd be better off drinking water from flint, god help you if you spring a leak as theyll just patch it and say that nothing was damaged. The owners are lazy good for nothing slum lords of the worst degree, you be safer and more comfortable getting a cardboard box and moving in next to some hobos who huff paint under an overpass. Stay away from these trailer park trash owners and maintenance men (aside from Gary he is one of the only decent people there).

Stay far away from this place this whole place is a dump! The neighbors are terrible and have zero respect for anyone, Gary is the only maintenance man in this park that does anything at all, The rest of them just sit on their ass, and drink wait months to come fix something, not to mention one of them told my husband to go eff himself when he asked them to come look at an issue on our fridge, and the owners don’t seem to care what they do and say to their residents,so please do yourself and your family a favor and STAY AWAY FROM WHISPERING PINES!!

Kids running around not paying attention to cars dirty

I went there to look at a trailer and got chased out because I wasn’t poor enough to be there. My nice truck wasn’t aloud. I hear meth runs rampid through there.

Its a nice Community better than what it was 20 years ago better owners

I dont care to much for this place at all. They dont fix things like that should and give crumbling trailers to people that should be torn down.My mother had lived here for years has been promised a newer trailer just a few years of moving in and its many years later and now are being forced to move, because of the horrible shape of the trailer

The staff that worked there didnt fix anything in the trailers, They have have many trailers burned down because of their bad wiring system. Horrible water

Tarantos reasonably cheap but the people who manage the park dont take very good care of their mobile homes

I moved her just 4 months ago with my wife and are 4 month old I love it here yes my car has been messed with here but over all everything else is alright

Stay away, there are other, cleaner, less dangerous water, and on top of all that u have a gestapo-like staff, and too many drugs in the park.

Poor area to live. Drugs and other things run rampant here.

Drove through this place...one of the worst looking parks I have seen ever !!!
