Ive lived here off & on since 1992! I have always been very happy here. I raised my son here. My parents started managing 17 years ago. My father recently passed away, & I came home to stay, at that time. Im so happy to carry on my parents work managing, the park.Spring Meadow is an oasis of mature beautiful trees, & one of the best aquifers for water in West Texas! We are child & pet friendly. Me and wife lived at here for several years now. We love it here. It is very peaceful and neighbors are friendly. Landlords are very nice and are very helpful with things we need.

My family and I have lived here for about 4 months now. The manager is great always does everything in her power; however it’s the maintenance that needs some work. The maintenance man refuses to come and fix our caving in porch and our leaking windows that have now flooded our kitchen . He is even blatantly stated that he refuses to take orders from a woman.New maintenance in this place would be absolutely amazing.

Do not trust Don Williams on what he say, get everything in writing and date it, because 1 it will take him 2 weeks to get it done if at all and 2 if you ask him when it will be fixed he will say he never knew about it. The place needs alot of work to make it look nice. He likes to just take the money for rent and not do anything in or for the good of the park.
