The people here in the office are so nice and helpful.

They dont fix anything

The residents are very pleasant and kind to one another. I cant say much for the management as I dont know how the place is ran or handled. It smells of sewage quite bad on warm days, not sure if there is anything that can be done about it. However, overall, its a decent place with residents who are always welcoming with a friendly wave.

Trailer wasnt bad. Maintenance guy tried to fix our leaking shower with water soluble glue... the shed was full of gross, moldy previous owners belongings. Not to mention the cupboards had a serious mouse problem that didnt get cleaned till we moved in. You cant talk to the real owners. If you ask for the number it is refused to you, and if you do acquire it, the owner refuses to talk to you. We left and were promised out security deposit back, its been over 9 months, have yet to receive it. They never returned our calls on it either. Trailer was definitely not worth the amount for rent that was asked.Overall professionalism is seriously lacking at this place.

Peaceful neighborhood for being what it is friendly neighbors and fair priced

Quiet place manager is friendly.

Yard gets flooded easily for some reason... Lotsa speed bumps..but neighbors seem nice though!

Vikki is the office manager she is nice and informative

Gets me where I need to go

Old and clean.

Owner is very unpleasent person and Dodgy

Puts a roof over peoples heads

Rats and bed bugs every where.
