Amazing nature park. So peaceful and relaxing not busy ever. The park is all shade. They close early so u want to get there before 4pm. They have restrooms and staff always on site. There’s two entrances at this park. One ️ off the road and another in front of nature center.

My first visit here. Very beautiful serene place in the heart of Brickell. Staff in the visitor centre were very warm and helpful. The festive forest trail was very well done. My son enjoyed finding the snowmen, gnomed, deer, etc. Will definitely keep coming back

Serene park hidden in the corner of South Miami Avenue and 15th Rd (Str) in Brickell (Miami FL.) Nice trail along a native tree hammock with a mild canopy. There is also a cute artificial lake hosting a variety of Koi fish and small turtles. The reception area sits in what appears a former house - very quaint with a variety of plants and comfortable sitting areas in and out the building. Visitors can find a variety of educational pamphlets and activities. A definite stop for nature-loving tourits and locals.

Small hidden treasure. Our kids can spend hours here exploring. Ask the office attendant for some fish food to feed the koi and turtles in the pond located in the North corner. They have picnic tables and benches by the pond. Its such a great escape.

A great place. One of the two last remnants of the former Brickel hammock, it shows the nature how it used to be. A nice place to relax, especially on Sunday when you do not hear the traffic from I-95. Nice old reception area. They are introducing some good educational events. Some areas a bit overrun by invasive exotics, but the park tries with their limited budget to keep them under control.

Beautiful place to get away from the city life for a bit. Sweet trees and quiet setting. Theyve done a good job cleaning it after hurricane Irma. Saw a cooper hawk there a few weeks ago and I also heard theres a fox. Havent been lucky enough to see it but it apparently isnt seen too often. So cool.

A good park, a good preservation of natural hammock. Not quite large enough, especially considering its age. The deck of the more visible northeast gate is damaged, so this entrance has been closed for some time as of early 2015. If this was fixed patronage would probably double. Its about all you could expect in urban Dade county, especially in a volatile area that could easily be up zoned...
