Run down trailers everywhere...mostly should be condemned. Trailers look like they are about to have electrical fire and if that happens the trailers are so close they will all catch fire like dominos!!

This place seriously should have been shut down 10 years ago ...its way worse now!! Is there not a branch of the government that verifies conditions of rentals? Particularly that they are all falling apart have structure issues and in my friends case major wiring and everything else wrong with her place!! Seriously the place should be condemned !!!

Rude nasty hateful neighborhood

I live here and it definitely takes some getting used to. You must be able to handle some ghetto living it, as it were. There is some riff raff that comes through, but fir the most part security keeps a lid on it. The majority of the residents are hard people trying to raise families. Once you get to know your neighbors it becomes a pretty tight knit community that looks out for each other.

Slum Lord to say the very least.... Jose changes the rent amount every month and will only accept cash ... would not provide a lease when I asked him.

Went to pick up things from my friends house. Looks clean for a trailer park. People hangoutside alot over here.

Shady Grove trailer park has got to be the most vile, evil, twisted place I have ever lived in my life. I can not even put into words the filth that resides there. The place should be burnt to the ground and sent straight back to where it came from, hell. The picture I posted with this review is what I would like to say to a few of the people living there. And if you have children, dont even consider moving into that park. Terrible. Just terrible.
