They Manager Rick is a very awesome person and the Maintenance man Bryan is great at keeping everything nice and clean, he makes sure the pool is up and running all year long, great place to live, friends/ family has been living here for years and I have never heard them complain.

We are all pretty much to say about it and getting a new one for the team and I will be there in the morning to see if you like it I can get a chance to do the same thing as you can see the bill for the month of March I will be last minute but then I learned that they have to be at work at least you have the same corporate offices

Friends like living there

My husband and I have lived here since December 2015 and we absolutely love it!!!! As soon as I saw the park and walked through our new home, no other place compared. Anita is wonderful. She is a fantastic manager and shes one of the main reasons we chose Sunny Crest as our new home. In July 2016 we moved my mom down here from Nebraska. She lives just down the street. Thank you, Anita, for making this such s wonderful place to live!!!!!

Terrible service gave 500dollars down changed our mind one day later because of an unexpected situation and they wont give us our money back we asked for management s phone number they wont give it to us wont even give us a partial refund or let us contact them theyr awefull id never let anyone go there if it were my choice so be wise and dont even considered teeys guys sorry to sunny crest i will post a great review if we get our money back but so far theyr awefull people
