BEWARE of management. Scams rent payments and constantly adding late payments even if your not late. Management office is hardly ever open they make there own hours. BEWARE of moving here. They need to be investigated..

Nice place. Clean and quiet. Was just visiting. So dont know the day to day life there. They were also in the process of resealing the streets.

Front entrance nice, club house and pool nice and clean, kids play park good, a nice family park. Kids are nice, polite and well mannered. The security and maintenance staff are excellent and management returns calls in a timely manner. The only negative - too many cars bunched up out on streets in front of the homes and not everyone keeps there front yards picked up. This place could be a 5 star community if everyone kept up there yards, patios, drive ways and the park had designated parking for overflow parking. Lived here 6 years and feel very safe. All new home buyers are background screened a definite plus.

I have lived here since November 2016. Place is pretty clean, most neighbors are pretty nice. Definitely quiet and friendly. Staff is pretty nice, exceptions will be at the end.My issues are that you must have rocks in both front and back yards, grass not permitted. Too many yards are overflowing with weeds.My heat pump crashed last summer and since I live on disability it will be a year or 2 before I can afford to replace it. Management has made the decision no window air conditioning units. I dont know how we are going to make it through the summer.Lot rent is close to $600.00 plus water and trash. I dont see the value especially when we own the units. Supposed to be courtesy security patrol which I have not seen for a couple of months.If on SSDI there is no allowance for late rent especially when your check arrives the 2nd Wednesday of the month.Overall I had never lived in a modular/mobile home prior to buying this place. Great place to live except for the rocks and no problems window air conditioning units permitted.Overall staff is great. 3 stars are due to my main negative issues.

This is a very polite quiet mobile home park for older families couples mainly for seniors they have a pool a gym and many friendly caring residents they also host activities

I had to work on one of the units here. Although the renovation of this unit I worked on reviving back to a livable unit, I must say that for the most part its a clean and peaceful Mobil home park with good welcoming neighbors.

55+ community clean park older homes. Well kept grounds. Needs gym upgrades.

This trailer park is better than a lot of others Ive seen.
