I lived there for 4 years. They let a lot a people in that never kept their place up. And some of my neighbors got stuff stolen right out if their yards. They treat snow birds better then the people who lived there all year round. I was very unhappy there. Glad I moved and very happy now

Very nice trailer resort I would recommend but is 55 years old and up

Pool is closed on the weekends and the pool area is very poorly maintained, cool deck is chipped up to bare concrete and burns the feet of the seniors that get in the pool. Park is nice, my relatives love their neighbors but just poorly run. Sad really.

Live here over a yr. So far everything is good. Alittle too quiet but thats ok. When u need something fix its usually fixed within 24. Park is clean and people and management are nice

People in office are nice. Their short on help I love my place but a lot of stuff needs to be done. Going to office tomorrow to see if their willing to take it off security deposit we pd and put it towards rent hubby flipped the place kitchen was awful now we just need to get of the mold in laundry room so if they work with us ill be happy love this place.

Nice management. I am on buying/lease contract. Almost been here a year. Neighbors do not clean up their yard or the tree messes. 2 of my neighbors yards with trees messes since they never clean up the yards the messes always end blown in my yard. Why should I always have to spend hours constantly cleaning up the mess cause they wont? If I dont keep my yard cleaned up I am in breach of my contract. So to keep to my contract I am constantly cleaning up the mess from neighbors yards just so my yard is kept up and not looking trashy. Not very happy about this. Plus one of those neighbors have a little mutt that they too lazy to walk on leash they just let it go loose and it comes in my yard and digs up holes around my coyote statues and poops. They do not care the dog does this. Why should I always clean up the dogs poop. I am not the owner of the dog. I have complained to management but nothing is being done about my issues. These neighbors are just being lazy and are trashy. And unfortunately their trashy keeps trashing up my yard and place. Very unhappy. Disappointed in neighbors and management both.

I bought a retirement home here for a very reasonable price. Quiet neighbors, nice people and very clean. My wife and I made a great choice.

Really nice and quiet place with great people . The amenities include a pool and a hot tub. I would highly recommend it.

Bowling is great fun, food is a bit pricey for what it is and floors need to be cleaned more often, dirt/rocks are hard on bottoms of my bowling shoes.

Bought a place here almost a year ago. Current management is top notch. Always willing to help and answer any questions and concerns. Always kept very clean and well maintained. Honestly, A great place to call home. :-)

This place is poorly managed. I have seen multiple accounts of vulnerable elderly people being taken advantage of. The lady that used to run the place was a drug addict but she finally for fired after a few years of managing. BEDBUGS.MICE.and more...

There are kids living here, So much for 55 plus.I moved here to get away from kids.

Hard time getting things fixed around here. Charging people to have palm trees trimed when they are the ones who planted them.

Kingsley corp deals with residents like the residents give all their rights as American citizens in order to live here. If they have a decent manager Kingsley gets rid of them.

This should be rated a zero but that is NOT an option. Do NOT move into any Kingsley Property or use any of their storage facilities. They have more complaints against them then any other property owners, let alone, any other chain. Supposed to be a 55+ complex, but it isnt. Kids galore!Just today, received notice of manager no longer an employee. Maybe tje rumprs2 are/were true of misappropriation of funds and embezzlement. However, the interim manager is not well respected, comsidering jer past, here, especially dealing with peopleRemember, never do business with Kingsley.

Jen Talley is up to no good and she should not be trusted at all. I agree with every negative words you speaking of, I suggested to put down a $500.dlls deposit to hold for a unit since feb 21, and still have not received my deposit back, no have attempted to contact their corporate office and haven’t heard from them either. So this was I’m proposing to anyone who have ears to hear what I’m speaking about. Let’s get in contact with each other and anyone who has been wrongfully misleading by management office and have gotten stolen from the management at Cielo grande mobile homes, and lets band together with a Civil Clasd Action Suits?? against management and kinsley mobile homes for wrongful business dealing to their previous tenants. If we all stand together with pretty much all the same complaints on this management and property ownership let all hold them accountable for their ignorance in who they have kept in management knowing of these accusations and attorneys general have reported

Management is a joke

Manager is a thief and a liar. Evicted an elderly veteran that was in the hospital during her power trip. When he got out of the hospital and found out he was evicted the would not allow him to get the few boxes and oxygen concentrater the manager left inside. The manager Jennifer Talley sold gave away or kept the rest of his household properry. Along with being a thief she has violated many AZ statutes which have been all logged and recorded by the maricopa county. sheriffs office. To be continued
