Quality peace and quiet nice community surprisingly accommodating

I really like this little RV park thats tucked in the back part of Country Club. Its quiet and doesnt get any of the riff raff that is on the street out at 8th and Country Club as well. The owners are kind of odd but what can you do.

Great little community for the 55+ age group. The manager Barb really cares about the tenants and often organizes community events like bingo and karaoke. It is a close knit community in which everyone looks out for each other. If you are in the 55+ range, and looking for affordable housing options within a great community then definitely check this place out.

A great place to live. Wonderful neighbors and a close to all kinds of stores and places to have fun. There are many events at the clubhouse and fun at the pool. Love it here. ♡Awesome management.

Very polite and understanding management, good atmosphere in park.

Main office staff is money grubbing, self serving, unworkable corporate yes men/women. Out for themselves, goal is to force tenants to leave their homes at park without allowing tenant to sell for true value. Repeatedly refuse possible buyers to be approved for residency until owners must simply leave, signing titles over to park for pennies, allowing park to sell for huge profits...huge scam.Management on site are wonderful, which is why I have any stars at all.
