Cause i live here keep changing combinations on locks with out telling us. Would like 2 be able 2 use pool MORE and have it open on Sunday

Most of the people are friendly, but have problems with miss stone who lives across the street. She has a very loud car which she lets sit and run in her driveway early mornings and she likes to be loud and mean to me and other people around us. I dont bother anyone and I try to follow the rules. She needs to learn how to follow the rules and how to be a good neighbor. She is not a very nice person and has made me start considering going to another park as I try to keep to myself and be a good neighbor.

Seems like they switched management and are cleaning up the park, but with that they moved old trailers out and left some people without a place to go. Also made new regulations on what you can have on your property. It makes since but I belive if your place is clean and is something that is there to decorate their place out should be taken into consideration to be allowed, especially if its just a decoration. Please know its great to see change for the better, but when you try to control what people express themselves with it could be a bit of an annoyance to your tennents. This is some peoples only home.

Wow, I found the perfect home for me on the first visit to this community! I love this place and the neighbors!I shopped at least 12 other communities from Apache Junction, Mesa, Sun City and Surprise and all I did was worry about my budget, credit, my future neighbors and would these communities meet my needs.It only took me 20 minutes from the time I met and took a tour with the Manager Suzy and her Assistant Ken of Brighthaven to decide this was the place for me. I applied and bought my home, that day!The rent is super affordable roughly $570 includes; lot rent, water, sewer, trash, and internet. The home prices are incredible, for what I would have spent in Surprise/Sun City -- I bought a beautiful home a lightly used truck and in the process of buying a boat for the same price (SUPER VALUE here).The amenities are meticulously maintained and include; a heated pool and hot tub, 2 locations with full bathrooms including showers, a massive community center with a jumbo large flat screen with cable and the NFL package, a very nicely maintain and supplied library, a gigantic full use community kitchen, jumbo sized outside community grill, picnic tables throughout the facility, full use laundry with newer machines, 4 full sized pool tables and cues, shuffle board area, fenced in dog park.Lots of activities weekly and monthly including; meal gatherings most are free when there was a change it was $3 and we had everything a breakfast fan could want with seconds and thirds, social dances, holiday events, Karaoke night, game night, Thursday morning coffee and donuts social, casino night to name a few.Several clubs/groups including; shuffelboard, cornhole, arm chair aerobics, water aerobics, horseshoes, billiards, sewing clubs and Im sure Im missing some.This a very convenient location. Located on the very Eastern edge of Mesa at 202 and Main Street/E Apache Trail with quick access to highway 60 only blocks away. Everything is a short distance away and I mean every type of grocery, restaurant, fast food, large retailer, hospital only minutes away. The fire department is only 5 to 7 minutes away. There is a river and a few lakes within 20 minutes. There are hiking areas close by also state parks all around our us again within 20 minutes or less.And something very, very important to me is my security and privacy.Everyone here watchs out for each other. We all protect ourselves and our properties. However, a big thing for me is my privacy. I dont like keeping up with the Jones or knowing everything Jones are doing. Everyone here is very respectful of their neighbors privacy and its nice and quite. But, you are not going to be lonely here unless you want to be. We are NOT DEAD by any means but, it is nicely quiet after 10 pm. NO Druggies, Tweekers, Punks or road trash, large or vicious dogs. I looked up the area myself on the crime maps that show the level of illegal activity and we are in the lowest area.Lots of vets and great people. And did I say the NEIGHBORS ARE TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! YES THEY ARE! Oh something else our maintenance staff Ralph and John AMAZING! They have gone out of their way numerous times to be helpful, I just cant thank them enough!One more shout out again from the heart to Suzy and her staff of Ken, Ralph and John, you all made me feel important and welcome from the minute I set foot on the property and continue to do so everyday. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!!!P.S. Im sure I missed lots of great stuff to include.

I dont love it...always people complaining about things you do or dont...the parking is the biggie

We are watching our friends pups, when ever we drive thru the park, its always clean.

Newly remodeled, looks awesome! Facilities ade clean and well kept, great maintenance crew, all kinds of activities in the club house, tenants are friendly, Susie, the property manager is a doll Tracy as well.

Looks like a nice park. Some nicer parks in the area but the price is much better here. Office staff seem very pleasent.

I moved into a place across the street it seems like a very quiet place but close to business eating establishments mall and movies up on Power

Went to a Baptism in park. Member living their 13 years. seems nice,clean, and quite.

I lived 10 years in PARK. VERY QUIET. VERY CLEAN. HEATED SWIMPOOL ALL YEAR. FUNNY PEOPLE. PARTY AT CLUBHOUSE. MANAGERS ARE UNDERSTANDING. THEY ARE GREAT.

The managers are not very competent or capable. Do not take their word for anything -- double-check what they say before taking action. The only way to get them to do their jobs is to call the regional manager.

Odd. Third time in 3 years having a new owner and my parent had lot rent go up over 100 since moving in. The electrical boxes are out of datenas well and the park says its the electrical company. The electrical company says its the park.

Lovely renovations and great looking park.

Manager wasnt in office as stated. Nor did she return any of my numerous calls. Couldnt find any of amenities park cited. Not a bush or blade of grass to had either. After 3 no shows and waste of gas, decided to look elsewhere.

*as a third party with family that lives here* Park is pretty quiet but the management is mediocre at best. They arent very pleasant to deal with and generally unhelpful. Advertised free WiFi in the park for residents but it doesnt reach all the residents. Park overall seems to be an ok place to live though.
