Nice clean park. Units not packed on top of each other, streets are wide.

Clean well kept up, friendly people.

Its a decent park but its ran by an unprofessional, rude, know it all. He seems to enjoy talking down to people and has zero manners and respect for humans. We are not quite sure how he continues to get away with this behavior. However, maybe more and more complaints will hopefully change his attitude or get rid of him... Also, more lighting would be nice.. at night, in the majority of the park you cannot see your hand in front of your face. Redick!!!!!

Very quiet,peacefull environment.

We have been residents here for 4 years. Initially, park manager was a tyrant and a bully. Arbitrarily enforcing street parking, and banging on the side of our mobile home at night to demand that a visitors car be moved. He conducted drive-by scoldings where he would snarl an angry command at a resident, then turn and walk off or drive away in the cart. I wrote a detailed letter of his behavior to the management company in Phoenix, which they never replied to, but I havent heard a peep from him since. Some parking on the streets continues day and night with no complaint from the residents, and no enforcement that I know of. New residents receive a copy of rules printed in 8-point font, far too small for most seniors to read. Ive asked for a change, but no response. I did receive an email copy of rules from Phoenix management company, which I was able to re-size and print for my use.

This is exactly what we were looking for before we moved in. We love this park. Have been here since 2007. We like the fact that the management decided to close the gates and make the park a gated community. They also added the security cameras in 2011 and that stopped any unwanted activities. The Sunrise Vista HOA is great, they plan lots of activities through out the year. All I can say is that this is a great place to live.
