Lived here for 3 years, nice community when we moved in but now its truly a trailer park. People have junk in their carports, 55 and over is a joke -. even the dishonest manager has her 26 year old daughter living with her. All management cares about is money but not to fix broken gates or make improvements for residents. Water is constantly being turned off without proper notice. Stay away, nicer, less expensive places out there.

Lived there for 3 years. Was great at first then things changed. People moved in who took no pride in homes. Carports used as storage/trash piles. People having young relatives move in. Office manager looks the other way. Communication between management and owners is a laugh. If you arent on one of the FB sites by owners you wont know about break-in or water being turned off. Manager has people post important issues there. Look elsewhere.

We are covid 19 free, people look out for neighbors. Right now its stressful for all of us. Our park manger is always looking out for our safety. With the exception of the usual complaints from the same people (that contribute nothing but unneeded grumbling) I enjoy my place to live.

My mom has lived at Brentwood for 16+ yrs. My 92 year old grandfather has been residing there even longer a few streets down. They never had any problems there. Management is kind and fair. People are very nice. My mom loves to volunteer for bingo and has made some life long friends. They stay on top of everything even after these terrible monsoons. I feel my family is in a safe and secure place.

Bill and I have lived a Brentwood Southern over six years. We love the park, people and have a great social life. We have a great library, craft club. Debbie our manager. the office help, and the boys that work outside are friendly and helpful. We thank you all for a great place to live..

VERY CLEAN LAYED OUT REAL NICE THE LADY AT THE OFFICE WAS CRANKY

Almost 14 years here and a great place to live. Wide streets, friendly people, in & out door pools, lots of activities and events. I am fortunate enough to host the holiday events, which include Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. Management always supplies the meat for these events and have been very generous when it comes to giving us gifts for prizes etc. for other events. Thank you for the support you give us residents.

Tried to buy a place here, Park turned me down, just re-located down here, shown them I had plenty of money to pay lot rent, offered to pay a year in advance, they said I need to find a job first for 6 months. Manager is the most uncaring person you could meet

I live in the Community Brentwood Southern in Mesa AZ. I do not recommend anyone living here. The water, sewer, trash and rent are the highest in the Valley. You can count on the rent being raised each year. The clubhouse looks like a dump incredibly outdated. The pool was recently refinished - all I can say its about time. The Company they hired to trim the Palms trees - which you are charged $25 per every Palm tree on the Lot you rent from them damages peoples patios, car ports and roofs. And of course no one is ever accountable for it only the homeowners. I am very concerned about the background checks they are doing a man moved in and was drowning cats in the community. I personally brought this to the Managers attention AND SHE DID NOTHING to remove this man from the community. This is supposed to be a 55 and older community how can we feel safe when people who commit felonys live here!

Lived here for 6+ years, after inheriting from parents that lived here for over 10 years. Nice, friendly neighbors, great management, quiet, large streets and gated! Makes the retirement life so much nicer!

I like living here. Amenities are nice and clean but could use updating. Lot rent is hefty but you get what you pay for...

Best 55+ community

My in laws are very happy here.

We were bullied, treated in a very disrespectful manner, threated with eviction and or legal action because of we complaints that we made to management concerning violations that were being over looked while management was focused on harnessing us. We were spoken to in a completely aggressive, condescending manner. Management is the worst, we submitted written complaints and they were literally throw back in our face. We moved because we could no longer tolerate the constant harassment. We lived in the park for over 10 yrs without incident. We were accused of lease violations that did not even pertain to our property. Before renting know what type of person you are dealing with!

They are very expressive manager is not very friendly at all they want you to spend your money to take care of there property of course you get two swimming pools and a wore out gym equipment its gated but needs to have a guard

A Mobil home park. Its ok but we pay way much$700 a month. Not many things to do.

This place is a joke, manager is a bully who makes idle threats without knowing her legal limitations and expects to just have her way because most people dont know better and let her get away with bullying the residents and constantly upping the lot fee
