Great place to live. Ive been here going on 2.5 years and have no complaints. It is very peaceful! Management is always nice. Staff is great! Brandy is always so nice and helpful!!! I Feel safe here. And love how peaceful it is.

Im fairly new to the area but from what Ive seen so far, this is a great place to live. Relatively quiet with friendly neighbors. The office staff are extremely helpful and genuinely go above and beyond for their residents. The one downside, residents have to use centurylink for internet it is absolute garbage. If you do move here, be prepared for the centurylink frustration.

Dont live here if you need internet! The infrastructure is not here that you can get real internet. Also do not use the recommended satellite internet of Jabba Communications. They are a joke. Trying to work from home during a pandemic has been nearly impossible!

Great place and affordable compared to other places, nice and quiet you can enjoy your stay your weekends and afternoons with your kids, everyone is friendly, nice keep up. Great place to stay and call a home.

We moved in at the end of September and are loving it here! It is a nice, quiet, and clean neighborhood and very reasonably priced to rent! Only catch is that the internet selection and speed are limited. Otherwise we love it here!

This park has some really old Mobile homes that make it feel run down, but its a really quiet park and everyone weve interacted with has been friendly.

I put an application to rent a lot for my RV. They stayed in contact until I paid for the application process. After that I never heard from them again. I called and left 5 messages and never received a call back. Must be bad management. I will never refer anyone here. Do not rent from them.

Decent for the price. They just repaved the road and its pretty now. Really nice 9 ft deep pool And clean laundry and bathrooms that are locked for safety.

I tried for weeks to get someone to contact me so I could set up a meeting with the manager or who ever runs the place. I could call the number and get ahold of someone but they were not who ran the place. They would tell me someone would be in contact in 24 to 48 hours. Called several different time to get a call back from management but never heard back. Hard to run a business if you never reach out to potential clients.

The park itself is fairly clean. You can tell theyre trying to clean the place up. Amenities arent bad. The laundry room can get a bit crowded at times. But the worst thing about the park is not the park itself, but its location. The whole place is surrounded by drug addicts. One was sleeping on the ground in front of the womens bathroom one day, the next day she was walking through the park, and waited by my car for me to get out to ask for money. Three days later I saw her again high as as kite walking through the park. My kids were harassed by some tweeker while they were waiting for the school bus on the morning. It was so bad the school had to move the bus stop around the corner. Definitely keep an eye on your kids around here.

Everything is fine but there is a lot of chlorine in the water I do not know why they put a lot

Stayed here from January to end of May 2018. It was a great price, quiet, and kid and family friendly. Permanent residents were friendly and helpful. Great location within walking and biking distance of anything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I do not live at this trailer park but I am looking for somewhere to move to and I see that the manager of this property responds to every single review posted. And to me that speaks volumes. I cant imagine it would be all that bad of a park if theyre this attentive to their reviews. Im very impressed with the management.

Management is very rude; she dont try to communicate with residents, just scream giving orders and pointing with the finger. This current manager put a ticket in my car to be towed because is parked in the front of the house (I show her 7 different pictures of cars parked on the same day and surprised none have tickets) My girlfriend is the resident.

Could the park to be peaceful and festive while still maintaining a quiet place to live or just visit.

To expensive, the management is very rude and distasteful. Maintenance could be more productive. A lot of nosey neighbors who like to be in everyone elses business but there are a few very good kind people that do live there.

VERY, VERY SLOW INTERNET!!!! I live in this community, and would rate it much higher if it werent for this critical flaw. The only available Internet Service Provider at this location is CenturyLink, and due to the archaic wiring, the best available package is their UP-TO 5Mbps ADSL connection, which will average around 2.5Mbps if youre lucky. To translate this for non-technical folks, you can check your email and browse Facebook at slower speeds than you currently do on your cell phone when youre getting poor reception, but be prepared to reacquaint yourself with constantly buffering videos when youre streaming Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Unfortunately, the only WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) that covers this area is not able to service this park due to some obstruction in line of sight to their nearest tower, and if youre thinking about tethering from your mobile hotspot, then consider the costs associated with data plans, and the fact that youre unlikely to get excellent reception. Everything else about this park is wonderful, and so is the surrounding area. Brand new trailers are being set up regularly, and prices are very fair, but the lack of [actual] High Speed Internet in nearly 2018, especially in a big city, is ludicrous. Several of us tenants have decided that we will not renew our leases once they expire, and are currently investigating our options for breaking them.

Biggest rip off they will go behind and try and evict you when they give you time to sell it. They are liar scam artists theft is high and they still dont higher security, theres sex offender motels right down the street. Horrible and gross place!!!
