Jordan and his crew at Krazy Air are amazing! I’m so impressed with them. They go above and beyond to make every trip there a great experience with frequent games and tournaments. The kids absolutely love it! And the facility is set up with areas for every age range to enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about Krazy Air!

Update 12/31/19- we visited again today and had another great experience. My kids told me this is their favorite jump place. They love all the foam pits and the Ninja warrior climbing stuff. Its a great place.We visited for the first time yesterday and had a great time. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the attractions were so fun. I think thats what sets this trampoline park apart from the rest-- the variety of things to do. Rock walls, rope ladders, volleyball net, basketball hoops, a slide, and foam pits in addition to all the trampolines. My kids (ages 10,8,6, and 3) had a blast and I loved how easy it was for me to see them no matter where in the room they were playing.

I was shocked that on the day Arizona’s Covid cases hit a record high, the manager informed me that masks were not mandatory. Even the staff failed to wear their masks above their noses and in a an appropriate manner. It is impossible to social distance properly in this type of of venue and with kids running and playing everywhere. The fact that masks were not required and not being worn properly by staff members or patrons was a slap in the face to healthcare workers, teachers and frontline workers everywhere. I do not recommend patronizing this self-serving venue.

This place really just doesnt care about mask mandate and the danger they are placing these children and their families in. Especially when our schools are on the verge of shutting down again, there should be some concern/precautions taken. There is a sign on the door that says by entering you assume the risk of getting Covid-19. Even their employees dont adhere to mask wearing. What a shame. Will never go back.

Good prices. You can schedule and save a spot online for the same day or future day. They do birthday partys . rock climbing wall. A bunch of foam pits and trampolines. The offer dodge ball tournaments. Its a big building and easy to see from the road.

The lack of masks for 95% of the patrons was upsetting. We wanted to enjoy a safe outing and we were expecting for everyone to follow the rules. The staff did NOTHING to enforce the rules. In fact, many were wearing masks below their noses.Their website says you will get a discount if you bring your own socks, but the lady checking us in said we wouldnt. Their website says they will maintain social distancing/masks...and they didnt. It isnt a place I would recommend during this time.

Can’t say enough good about this place. Plenty of fun and lots of things to do. Always clean and everything working. But what I think sets this place apart from other parks like it is how the employees go the extra mile to make it fun for the tweens. (Hardest age of all time to please) with organized dodge ball, competitions and other games with prizes - our kids are constantly entertained, never bored and begging to come back. We drive a ways to be at this park and it’s worth it. So grateful we have a cool, safe place to play.

We went for a grandsons birthday party. Not into the jumping. We had our food there, pizza and chicken wings. Best pizza, best chicken wings ever. The food was a great surprise. Excellent.

We went here for the first time today. We have been to others and this one was really big and much better than others. It was SUPER nice and SUPER clean! They were literally like deep cleaning the entire time we were there. Following around people playing and cleaning. It was a blast. The employees were so kind and helpful! We were really impressed and HIGHLY recommend everyone go support this awesome company!!!

Wow!  Apparently, this Krazy Air facility has never heard of Covid-19!  Not a single person in the building was masked up or practicing social distancing, it made me sick to my stomach to see the cesspool of the potential virus spreading kids running around jumping all over each other!Pretty messed up that when I asked the manager about it he said theres no way for him to control it...and yet its in the waiver I signed that we would be willing to practice social distancing and maintaining at least six feet between individuals and yet no one including staff did.Good luck surviving the virus...I will NEVER return to this park again!

Wow! So grateful for Krazy Air to be available again after quarantine. My 5 boys (5-13) were going crazy and you came to the rescue. And you arrived with a whole new world, ok mostly a whole new world. Two hours was awesome for my boys but obviously not enough. The additions you made are the best and I and my boys thank you. With this whole political scareddemic going on. this is one of the few places you could still bring a child to run and play and jump and scream and burn off some energy. Employees are extremely friendly and always walking around with a bottleless some sort of spray sanitizer wiping things down. Always enjoyed bringing my grandkids there, more so excited about taking them back now during the scamdemic

The new updates are fun the kids had way more things to do and super happy they are open on Sundays now

We really enjoyed our time at the trampoline park. The staff was very friendly and it was an honest and overall great experience. Probably the best place to jump on trampolines and have a birthday party in the valley. In addition Chelsea was amazing, we came back just because of her again. And we are 110% satisfied and already scheduled to come back for my other sons party :)

This was tons of fun for or whole family, and a great deal for a family activity. We have kids between 10 and 19, and everybody has a good time.

Homeschool parents, do yourself a favor, (especially stay at home Moms)-iyou want to get a breather and not have to pay a hefty price. Bring the kiddos here.

We took our daughter to Krazy Air for her birthday each of the last 2 years and she loves it. The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly and the options for play are varied and very fun. Theres fun for the whole family. And if youd prefer to let your kids jump while you relax, theres sample seating and some massage chairs as well. The pizza from their cafe is spectacular - far better than you might expect. I recommend Krazy Air to get your kids active and away from the myriad screens vying for their attention.

Awesome place!!!! Clean and fun. Tons of freedom for the kids...Which can sometimes be a bad thing too. A few staff do not look as motivated as others and it shows with the behavior of the kids on the trampolines.

Today my little ones and I went to an old favorite-Krazy Air. Check in was easy and smooth. Nice staff. We did the Mommy and Me time which was great and had a great price. The place wasn’t too crowded which was a dream for our 4 year old and our 1 year old. We went around 11 am which is perfect since most older kids are in school then and the little ones don’t get trampled. Facility was clean and orderly. My only complaint was the bathroom situation. There were stalls with no toilet paper and the largest stall didn’t appear to have a door (I could have missed it but I am pretty sure it didn’t). Also, there was a toilet or two that needed attention. They had only been open for about an hour and a half so I don’t think they cleaned it and restocked from the day before or they had a lot of people use the place in the first hr and a half. With young kids and this being a free for all play place cleanliness of important to me and the bathroom is a good indicator of their attention to detail. But overall had a good experience. I would go again.

It is really fun to roplay at and play tag you can bond with your friends and go wild!

Kids had a good time, but they need more fans and to turn down the air conditioning. Even the adults who arent jumping were sweating. The kids were really overheated. The heat was tough on the little kids.

We love Krazy Air! When my family wants to burn some energy and have fun together, this is our first choice. I love that there are tons of trampolines, so we can always find a spot to jump. My kids enjoy the slide, basketball, and foam pits. There really is something for each of us to do and it keeps us coming back.

We took a group of 14 from ages 1 to 65. Every single one of us had an absolute blast and we got a great workout too! It isnt easy to find things to do that will appeal to all ages. Krazy Air is at the top of our list of fun things we have done together as a family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Give them a try...You wont regret it.

Its great if you go on a week day because its pretty empty. Kids of all ages have fun, and theres upbeat music. Its clean, and big inside, but I wish there was a table area with better visibility to see little ones if you arent jumping, and I wish it werent sooo expensive outside of working hours, which makes it a bit discouraging for working parents. Im glad my sitter is able to take my 19 month old when its cheaper and less busy.

This is such a fun place for everyone. You will need to purchase their special socks. Take them with you each time you go. Its a great workout, especially if you jump into the foan filled pits. You will definitely break a sweat. Kids love it here. Price is very reasonable. 1 child is $8 for 1st hour, $4 each hour additional hours.Also has a snack bar.

That’s it, I’m getting back into something that requires stamina..Kraft Air Trampoline Park in Mesa had a lot of options. A balance beam, cargo net, wall climb, lots of trampolines and it wasn’t overcrowded.There’s a two hour limit which saved me from a heart attack but Rian could have gone for another few.We had a great dad + son time. Had my sons Birthday party here and it went great. They were pretty much set up for us even tho we showed up 15mins early. And our attendant was great too. Even three almost 3yr olds had a blast.

Staff on 2/1/2020 was super helpful, friendly and welcoming I would definitely recommend giving this location a chance just by interacting with staff alone. The trampolines and facility was well maintained and loads of fun!

Such a great time for the kids on a cool and rainy day! Staff was attentive and kept on top of keeping everything clean and sanitized (really important these days), and I can speak highly enough how much the kids enjoyed themselves and ran put a lot of pent up energy!

Took the kids on Christmas Eve and it was the PERFECT way to wear them out! Clean. Not too crowded. We love Krazy air.

Great way to get the kids some exercise and fun. The price is based on how long you want to play, and I believe its charged by the hour. My two kids are usually exhausted after about an hour and a half. My son is 4 and daughter is 6 and both really like it. Not much to do for kids under the age of 3, but plenty of obstacles for older kids and adults. There are some basic food options if you get hungry, but the food is average.

Its less expensive than other ones and one hour was plenty. The concession prices were affordable. I had 6 grandkids! Plenty to do and couches I could sit and watch.

Air conditioned, indoor trampoline park. Trampoline dodgeball arenas, basketball hoops, lots of foam pits with climbing and parkour challenges. Snack bar. Very clean. Usually plenty of kids for your kid to play with. Weekday specials before 1pm. Pay by the hour. I think they do birthday parties and team building events and stuff.

Had tons of fun with the kids! We went on Sunday and got a family discount which was awesome!

Weve come on both of my sons birthdays over the last few years. Of all the indoor trampoline parks in the valley Krazy Air is my favorite. The friendly staff makes it worth it!

This was the worst place I ever been to. If I could I would give it 0 Stars. First off I brought my daughter here because based on the reviews and pictures it seemed like a really nice place well I was wrong. There are multiple signs that say NO RUNNING but there are kids running around every where on and off of the trampolines. The staff don’t say anything about or even try to stop it. My daughter was on the basket ball trampoline trying to shoot the ball in the hoops when these teenage boys come out of no where running around the corner and run right in front of her basically almost trampling her this can cause injuries and the staff did nothing about it. So then we go to the main trampolines and my daughter is trying to jump and have fun when these boys come and start running around the tramps and running behind her but not only that but they where throwing the balls that where for the basket ball area throwing them at my daughter and hitting her because they are throwing them at each other but ended up throwing them at my daughter. There was NO staff watching these areas. The staff were jumping on the trampolines. The foam in the foam pits was mostly in prices and will make you cough. The foam pit below the “Ninja” course was NOT DEEP ENOUGH there can be injuries. We paid for 3 hours but only ended up stay for 1 hour this was the WORST experience ever I would not got there again! I don’t recommend going there either!!

Fun place with tons of space filled with trampolines, foam pits, and other activities. The food court is decent and they have a large room for birthday parties.

Went during the day and it was like they were there just for my kids. Always clean and fun but usually a tad crowded but not mid day during the week. Great time to take little ones not in school yet to blow off steam.

However due to worn equipment the children came out with foam all over them.Additional concerns:* Not enough staff or not doing the job of monitoring what was happening on the trampolines.* Adults allowed to jump in the same areas as the small children.* Children running all over. Signs posted but not enforced.* No one checking children as the came in or went out.This is not an attraction I will take my children back to.

This place is amazing! So open and fun. I love that they dont section off each activity area and its all included in the price. My 4 year old and 6 year old LOVE it here. I feel its any age friendly.

So much fun! We had a great time and the kids are so happy they got to go! The staff was nice and the facility was clean.One negative was that the mens bathroom was not properly stocked, but the food was good and everyone was overall extremely happy. Well definitely be going back.

We went on a weekday during the local schools fall break. We got there early and found it was not too busy. It is a giant trampoline park, so go there with that in mind. The staff was very friendly and even helped us get a discount because of the size of our group. The staff is well-placed around the park to ensure safety which was great to see. The place is very clean for being a massive playground.Give yourself some time to fill out the waivers when you arrive. The larger the group, the longer it will take to fill them out. Also, they require grip-socks to enter, so you can either bring your own, or you will have to purchase them (they were pretty cheap).

Fun spot, would go back. Snacks need more variety.

Soo much fun! Ive been to two other jump parks but this one for sure takes the Cake when it comes to extra features! By the way ONE hour is plenty I promise your kids or you will be huffin and puffin at the end of the hour! O and also just be safe tell your kids not to do anything stupid because every kid I saw get hurt was doing something stupid you know like how kids do. So tell them not to try and do a double jackknife if they dont even know how to do a back flip kinda stuff. Either way super fun!

I give it 3 stars because the place was fun and clean and the only nice person the work there was working the kitchen.I got there about 530pm today i was so excited to take my kids i rarely get time off.I went though Groupon to get our tickets i got 6 with the understanding that i can use for now and save two for my older boys later.But the rude lady up front rudely said no thats not how it works and b4 asking me what i wanted to do stated they ha e already been redeemed so there was nothing they can do. I will never so here again definitely not worth the 1 1/2 hour drive.

Definitely pricey. But was worth every minute. If youre ready to sweat, just know this is the perfect place. They have not just trampolines but a climbing net, climbing handles, a fighting rink, and a somewhat miniature wall climb. It was really fun and will definitely come again.

The staff is very fun and the facility is kept okay they have a foam pit which Id like to go in but one thing I dont like about it is that it gets in your eyes and I got sick from it so this place being a 3-star rating is okay for me the pizza there is very good its one of the best its made fresh very good
