I came here three different times all with groups and really had fun. Sometimes, depending on the size, you can’t get everyone into the same game. It is a little pricey but very enjoyable. It even has a small arcade for while you wait and you can buy tokens to play!

I had my doubts who would have the most fun doing this activity as grown adults. It turns out this was competitive between all four of us. Since I’m biased I’ll just tell you it was me. After 2 paid games I was hooked and we received a free game by posting on Facebook about our experience which is genius marketing. Now my friends are asking about it. If you find yourself hiding in a dark corner thinking your safe... that’s a bad plan. There’s no point in running besides the fact it’s not allowed, cause I will catch, find, and take you down. Enjoy!

Laser tag was awesome and chaotic fun, but what really made the night was Garret. Our family has enjoyed going to Stratum for years. They have recently revamped a few things such as bases and even the laser tag guns/packs. Took a game to get use to it, but feels like a nice improvement. The unlimited games package is still an awesome deal if you want to play more than two games too!

It was fun, a lot of little kids which is to be expected. The price wasnt bad and the staff was pretty nice. They could update their system so people could pick their own names but other than that it was a good time and if you like laser tag then you cant really go wrong here.

My family loves this place. Best laser tag in the valley, hands down. We have been to the others and they do not compare. Stratus is huge and the management is awesome. If I could give it more stars I would.

Awesome, the staff is top notch, way to go STRATUM. First time visitor for my childs birthday, and he had so much Fun. He said the intro was lengthy and the guy was a little dry, but seriously you dont know who has been through the drill or not and safety first. Games all working and fun...all the staples air hockey, skeeball and basketball. Again Bravo...your a 5 star establishment IMO.

Stratum is the best! So much fun even for adults and they recently updated all their vests and technology. They are really investing in the experience and it shows. It’s a great way to work out.

Overall my son had a great time here. We had his birthday here and the staff was well trained and did what was promised. He had the party in the neon room which he thought was cool. He and his friends seemed to really enjoy the laser tag as well. The pizza was not the best. I would skip the pizza if we did it over again.

It was our first time and we had so much fun! We took the kids and almost couldnt get them out of there when we were through.!. not only is a laser tag itself super fun fast-paced and exciting, but theres also rooms for private parties a snack bar and own arcade complete with air hockey table and games for everyone to enjoy. Also theres prizes for the kids to buy with the tickets they win in the arcade like a Peter Piper type of system. Super fun! Totally recommend this place for anyone whos looking to have a good quality, clean and exciting experience. Oh and their prices arent too bad they offer passing time blocks or single games so its really cost-effective an affordable dont have to break the bank to have a great time with family!

Great place even for grown ups! If you want to have fun and burn calories at the same time in doing something that doesnt feel like a workout, this is the place to go! Our Commander was highly entertaining as well!And come on...its laser tag. Nuff said

My grandson got all A’s in his report card so I took him and a friend to laser tag, and one of the owner suggested I try it.... so I did, and it was fun..... my grandson and I were on different teams to this allowed him to try and shoot me every chance he got.... it was so fun, i was on the red team, I though we would win considering I had several teenage boys on my team, but we lost to the green team, yes my grandsons team. Smh so go try it and have a blast. We will be going back!!!FYI: they also played the arcade.

As far as the actual laser tag goes it was awesome! So much fun, the towers and different levels was seriously a blast! HOWEVER the preamble speech before each session especially if you are doing multiple games is beyond torturous! Like really annoying. Find a way to condense this to5 minutes or less because you have kids with an attention span of 30 seconds.

Pizza and the whole package - upstairs party room is blacklit and overlooks the arena.Watch out for teens high on sugar and video games!Lost a star for the arcade, too many things out of order. Otherwise a decent selection of tech - new age space invaders is awesome.Id go back. They should have grown-ups night!

They scam so much and no employees know what they are doing. They can’t seem to help anyone. I really would of gave this 0 stars if I could. They really do suck. Don’t wast your money here. They won’t give refunds at all

Cover me! I scream-whispered to my squad, who in response took a tight formation and pointed their blasters in all directions. Devin, one of my own men was hiding behind a pillar, pinned down by two from the enemy. I crouched down and slowly made my way to the enemy. One of them saw me out of the corner of his eye and turned around to shoot, but not before I took him down with one well aimed shot. His teammate turned and shot. Missing me, but shooting into my squad, Emilys blaster shut down and the familiar sound of Im hit! filled the air, I was distracted, Emily was my own sister, I barely had time to turn around before my blaster shut down as well. Hit. I said backpedaling towards my squad who had already taken out the enemy, freeing Devin. Mission Complete.

We really enjoyed our glow party at Stratum. The kids had fun. Though the adults and older teens should go in as separate groups, they really gang up on the little kids. The party room was great, the kids loved all of the glow stuff, it was quite expensive though.

Fun, unlimited tag times. Nice staff, equipment always working.

This place is seriously amazing! Its so fun with friends or family. Unlimited is the best way to go so you can try all sorts of strategies. All of the staff is pretty cool. Nemo is the best commander.

Great place but too many kids. Got obnoxious quick with trying to start playing with constant interruptions. The lady giving our instructions was a total sweet heart but clearly is not getting paid enough for the fortnight generation we have. Map was fun but teenagers and people will stay in the same spots while the kids run around. 2 games for $17 is alright but given the other elements, makes for an okay at best experience. I think this isnt necessarily Stratums fault. It would be nice to have adult classes though

I really like going here they have good deals on the weekdays as well my only issue is that you have to listen to a really long speech of rules ( like 5 or more minutes) before every. single. game. and its kind of a waste of time if you have unlimited games for the day it would be nice if there was some way to bypass that. usually the people who are telling you the rules are pretty cheerful and happy and not boring but it gets a little redundant.

This place is a lot of fun the arcade is decent and the employees are great. the laser tag is a good size arena. its usally not to busy were you can enter in pretty much every game so on unlimited nights you really get your moneys worth and plenty of exercise.

Absolutely one of the best places for laser tag besides the Main Event. Ordered a large veggie pizza and a pitcher of lemonade for no more than $15. Definitely recommend coming here.

Had a great time with my 7 year old daughter tonight. We did the unlimited and did 3 games. Wore us out! The staff was positive and helpful and the instructions and equipment were what I expected. Ive done laser tag before but this course is bigger. There were a few video games that were not functional but the ones we played were great. We ate ice cream and a soft pretzel. Pretzel was ok, the ice cream was really good. Our cashier Jayce was great. Bathrooms were dated but clean. I found Stratum to be a safe, clean place to hang out. We will be back!

One of the biggest map I actually got lost at one point It wasnt just I can memorize the entire map and shoot everyone!! Really fun.

We had our son’s 10th and 12th birthday parties here and will not be doing it again. For $300+ we got a very unimpressive dark, party room for 2 hours that included:1. metal folding chairs crowded around 3 tables making it very difficult to move around the room.2. Vinyl covered utility tables that had stains and damage to them.3. 2 pizzas that were sub-par at best4. 4 pitchers of soda/lemonade - which disappears fast with 9 boys.5. An attendant that we had to chase down every time we had a question or were ready to move on - thus we had a lot of “down time” which shouldn’t be happening when you are paying $150/hr for a party.5. 2 games of laser tag that lasted no longer than 20 minutes each. So, 40 minutes of 120 total. At the end our attendant started doing card tricks to entertain the boys. Kudos to him, but that isn’t why we booked a party here. The boys should have been playing another game of laser tag! We end up paying more money for the boys to play the arcade games to fill time until their parents picked them up.In reading about the specials they had advertised at the place, we would have been better off doing an unlimited laser tag 6-9 pm session on a Friday night for $16 per boy for $144 and going out to pizza elsewhere.Just not a good value of what they provide for the price when you compare to going there not as a “party”.

You will have a blast, no pun intended, when you go to Stratum Laser Tag. There are some people who really get into this sport and I can see why. If you were to play a couple games you would not only beat the heat but you would really get a nice good work out in.

This is THE PLACE to have a good time. The new equipment is much better for small children and adults will also have a great time. Highly recommend visiting.

The employees allow the kids to run crazy in there. One kid continued to yell out inappropriate comments with no repercussions. Not a spot for families.

We celebrated our 6 year old grandsons birthday with his cousins. The birthday package was easy to use and everyone had a great time. The friendly employees made the experience fun. The kids had so much fun together. I recommend this as a birthday party idea for all ages.

We had an amazing time at Stratum Laser Tag. The front door says it is the worlds largest laser tag arena, which is pretty cool! Who would have thought that would be right here in Mesa, AZ?!The laser tag was awesome, and the laser tag arena truly is huge! We played a few games with another 30-40 people and the entire game lasted about 20-25 minutes, including the kind of entertaining instructions before the game. Each game it seemed like we were finding new spots to hide! After the game we received a scorecard that told us our score, ranking, who we tagged (and where we tagged them: front, back, shoulders, or the laser). It also tells you your accuracy... but we dont need to mention mine haha.Whats not to love about playing laser tag with your friends and family?! Both the kids and the adults thought this was one of the best birthday parties we have done! Stratum is definitely a place to check out if you are looking for a fun experience! Its something a little different from the typical bowling alley or sub-par birthday place. You can call them or go on their website to make a reservation, which they said the recommend!

Its WAY too loud in there and the staff covering the birthday party we attended was markedly annoyed by the kids and was a little on the ride side with the way she spoke to the kids.

Tons of fun, Arcade had a couple of janky machines but Laser Tag was exciting and fun, the (commanders) who run the matches were fantastic! also snacks and drinks were pretty decent. fun for kids and adults!!

My family has been visiting Stratum for many years and each time has been wonderful and full of fun. We played unlimited laser tag for four hours with no glitches. Facility was clean and properly staffed and monitored. All the equipment worked perfectly. The strip mall is a work in progress but appears clean and recently remodeled. Snack bar was well stocked and priced much the same as any other concession stand. We found the staff to be polite, engaging, and firm enough to establish rules so the experience was safe for all. I seen a few complaints against John while reading reviews but we have nothing but nice things to say about him. He was helpful and responsive to our family. We love your establishment! We are about an hour drives away and its always worth it! We can hardly wait to return.

Had a blast. But something bothers me about picking up a sweaty vest and gun after the last person used it. Could you guys possibly clean the guns and vests after each round? Maybe thats a lot of work but getting your customers sick with bad hygiene isnt cool either. Our group had a lot of fun but some folks could definitely use some deodorant going into this.

I used to go to stratum Laser in the early 2000s. I hadnt been there in probably a decade. I recently visited it again for a birthday gathering.Its safe to say pretty much nothing about it had changed since I left. It was a fun time capsule.

Gracie was very helpful and made sure our birthday party was a hit. If you are looking to have a stress-free birthday party I recommend this place. Our boys and their friends had fun. Thank you Gracie and thank you Stratum.

The most fun I have had in a while as an adult. There were 4 of us ranging in ages 18-34. Of course we were the oldest people there until about 8pm. That was when the older ages started to show up and the little kids were going home. I will definitely plan around that next time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you have to sit through the instructions before every game. It takes 10-15 mins to go through the instructions and the kids had no parents in there with them so they were loud and disruptive. I wish there was a way around sitting through that every time.

Best place for a birthday party for both boys and girls of any ages. My kids as well as my husband loves playing here. They took all the stress of planning a birthday party and made it a super fun experience!

Rude mamagment. Had me wait in line twice after there system failed. Then had me wait again because I didnt sign a waiver the first time even though it was there mistake. Absolutely unacceptable! Also, there 25-30 minute game was only 15 minutes. I timed it.... what a joke! Stay away from this over priced joke! The lazer tag hype woman was nice...other than that....Im shocked about this experience. Happy Fathers Day to me and my kids...thanks Stratum.

Pretty busy for 11 at night but everyone was really nice. Our commander was working on his voice but hell get it soon. Great job guys. You made my 3rd anniversary very memorable.

Had a lot of fun playing here. You get to see how you improve as they hand you out a sheet with your stats after each game. Adults and kids all had fun playing. We attended as part of a birthday party and the service was great and they came and got us when it was time for us to play.
