They have great customer service, and my group of 5 boys had a blast! They range in age from 10-13. So could be great for all ages, especially littles!

First time being here; will definitely come back! My son is 3 years old and had an absolute blast!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Uptown Jungle is a perfect place to let the kiddos get out some of that energy. In Arizona, it can be hard getting that energy out of kiddos because it is so incredibly hot outside, but Uptown Jungle was perfect! Would definitely recommend!!

Great fun. Had a Groupon for almost 1/2 off. Super friendly staff. Kids dont wear masks when playing. But what do you expect. Just have fun. Its a blast.

Amazing place for ages 2 to 12.Been to a number of these places around Phoenix and this stands out as one of the best.The complexity and size of the structure and ALL the things to do above/below/inside it are just too cool.As a nice big toddler area with lots of cool things for ages up to about 5/6 AND a lounge area for adults if you are just chilling after dropping your kids.Very easy recommendation - especially since the pricing is super reasonable.

Went here mid week and it wasnt busy. They have a great younger kids section, party rooms, a closed off area for the adults to sit, and my 8 year old never has a bad time.

My family and I have went here a few hundred times over the last two years. It’s a great place to get the kids out of the house esp when it’s a billion degrees outside. However, the same equipment is always broken. They should lower their prices if it’s going to stay broken. Other than that, the staff are always helpful and kind. They do a great job keeping the place clean.

My daughters had a great time. Totally reasonable for $12 for 1 1/2 hrs + $2.50 for the socks. I could walk around and watch them the entire time or sit in an area. Cushion benches to sit and watch. They could run, jump, climb, slide what else do they need!!??

Awesome experience! Took my 11 and 9 year old and they had a blast. Something to do for all ages. Even a seated couch area for the adults to hang out. Prices were super fair, but we had a Groupon. The grip socks were extra, but and only paid ten dollars for four pairs so it wasn’t that bad.

A great place for grandchildren and grandparents. Our grandson really loves this place. It was nice and clean. They have a great TV room for the adults. Very comfortable couches and chairs. Nice little snack area also.

This place is perfect for the younger than teenager age group. Theres stuff for toddlers and kids too. I highly recommend it.

We loved it! They have lots of different types of play areas. The wall climbing is my favorite. They also have a very nice toddler area for kids under five.

WARNING!! Even though they have signs up that adults are required to wear masks, almost all of the adults there werent wearing them! My daughter has a really bad fever from going there last week.

The place is wonderful for families that want have indoor physical activity. We enjoyed there very much and the kids, 9 and 5 were very happy. After the 90 min we spent there they were very hungry as well. I recommend the place.

This branch is big and spacious, compared to the one we used to go in Chandler. My friends kid has B day party package. They give a VIP room with 3 long tables. Usually at other venue you only get one or two tables in the room. Front area is bright and easy to access. The girl who helped to set up the room is very nice, arrange gift and everything in good looking. Only thing is the price. You cant bring your own pizza for B day, has to buy $20 from them. B day party host can only bring cake and ice cream as food.

Such a great place to take your kids to wear them out and to have fun! They will run jump slide and much much more. You can guarantee a good night sleep, for your kids, after visiting Urban Jungle. The price is very reasonable. You do need trampoline socks, which you can purchase their if you dont already have them. I believe they are $2.50 a pair. My only disappointment was the womens bathroom had no paper towels. After my second visit to the bathroom in 2 hours, I finally found an employee and advise them. They took care of it immediately. The bathroom floor though was filthy, or just stained frim major use. The rest of the place was clean. Nice Lounge for the parents. It was hard to keep my eyes on my kids which made me nervous. All in all, its a great place. Enjoy!

My 2.5 year old loves this place! The toddler area is a great size and super clean with lots for her to do. We dont take advantage of the rest of the play options but Im sure we will as she gets older. Well definitely be frequent customers for many many years.

Good rate, nice busy environment that kept the kids of all ages going until they got tired. The staff was organized and friendly. The lounge area for the parents/guardians/adults was soothing and thoughtful. Lots for the children to do.

This place is so much fun! I have taken my kids there twice. The first time I didnt join them but the second time I did and Im so glad. It was totally with the price. The slides are fast, the obstacle course is great, the trampolines are bouncy, and there is still so much more to enjoy. It does require that you have socks with grips on them but if you forget you can purchase a pair there. My only complaint is that the door to get out isnt monitored and I worry that if I wasnt paying attention my kid could just walk out or worse someone else could walk out with my kid but that is a risk at most places like this.

Very cool place and fun for the adults too! Its nice that the adults can go in and play with their kids instead of just having to try to watch them. Adults get in at half price. Weekend rates are 12$ an hour and weekdays are cheaper. They have a cool trampoline area that I was ballin out on with my kids. They also have lots of slides and jungle gym stuff and they have several wall climbing courses that come with entry. I wish they had this typa place when I was growing up. They have massage chairs for the adults and there is a snackshack and sitting area with a big flat screen TV to watch the sports games.

This place is wicked awesome! Its chaos in its purest form, but its so much fun. Reasonably priced for the time and activities. I love that parents are able to play along side the kids. They do require you purchase special socks to participate at $2.50 each.

Went here for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. They had a blast. We provided our own cake, but they provided everything else. There is a separate baby play area so they wont get run over by bigger kids.

My kids told me to give this place 10 stars! I told them that goes up to five and then they said give it All the Stars. As many as I could.Id have to agree. We had to leave due to a sudden emergency with one of my kids. The manager upfront didnt even hesitate to help us and give us passes to come back when I told her about our plight.So this place gets all the stars!

Im so glad we found this fun park. Our kids had a really good time. One is 4 and the other is 12. It was nice finding a place that they could both enjoy. Cant wait to go again. Its worth the 2 hour drive.

This place is Fantastic for kids and parents alike. I usually go to the park to tire my girls out but due to rain we did something indoors. I went on Christmas Eve with my 2 girls ages 3 and 5 and was expecting a large crowd but to my surprise there was no area my girls couldnt play almost right away. I first have to compliment the staff. In the climbing area they called both my girls by their name and were so patient with my 3 year old who had to have help climb the walls. I dont know the general managers name but he was in the climbing area giving assistance to the patrons with a smile. I now have hope that my girls will fall asleep well tonight before Santa comes. Great place! We came on a Saturday during the summer (a time when Id expect it to be SUPER packed) and the workers were great, the place is large enough to handle a large amount of people without overcrowding. Theres SO MUCH to do here that kids can spend hours at a time here and leave feeling excited to return. My favorite part is that they let the adults play too! Its a blast to play together with my kids at Uptown Jungle!

The kiosks didnt really make things very clear so we went up to the front counter. The employee was very friendly and explained everything to us. Our toddler had a great time in the 2-5 year old section for the hour we selected. We are looking forward to returning with her.

Were sharing a 1 star review based on the way the company handled a credit card charge dispute by Bar Partners (photo booth machine in the back) which charged our card 23$ instead of 5$. Not a huge dispute, but Uptown Jungle made the process to dispute from the third party incredibly difficult, and we have not been refunded for charges we didnt authorize

Plenty of fun physical activities for 3 to 6 year olds. Climbing walls for okder kids. Lots of space to explore. Comfortable lounge for resting or waiting. Toddler time weekdays is a great deal. Not alot of healthy snack options on site but easy to bring lunch. Overall a great place.

This place was fun. We went fo a birthday party and it was our first time. My only complaint is that the birthday room we were in( the one closest to the toddler area) smelled like wet dog.

Wish these were in my area. This place was clean and didn’t not have that dirty rag/mop smell like some of the local places. Plenty of staff so all the activities were available for the kids to utilize. Plenty of seating areas for adults around all the different stations. Will be back on our next visit to AZ.

The environment is kept tidy and free of anything that may be harmful. Equipment is in good condition and shows little wear and tear. We have fun every time we visit Urban Jungle. Ive taken my 3 year old several times during toddler time and had just as much fun as hes had! Not to mention they offer discounts through out the week.

Awesome indoor adventure for kids. Obstacle courses, rock climbing, long trampoline rooms, mazes, and slides. Then a back room for parents with massage chairs and big screen tvs. Super kind staff that want to help your kid have a great time. I just had my sons 6th birthday party there, and they were so accommodating and had private party rooms. They almost always have a deal on Groupon. Right now they have 60 minutes of play for $8!

I’ve been here on two occasions so far and one of those times it was a birthday party I reserved. Both times (Especially the birthday experience) were extremely fun for the kids and myself. They have friendly staff working here and the party we reserved went very well! Everything a party should be was fulfilled here at Uptown Jungle. I would definitely return on a normal day and I’m also planning to do my daughters birthday here. Thank you Uptown Jungle for such a great experience.

Great place for kids . good price . weekends are always crazy busy cant really find a good spot to sit if you need to. If you are here with younger kiddos its better in the morning not alot of older ones knocking them down. Staff is nice wish we can bring in water bottles at least. But its still a great place for kids to have a blast

I am a believer in good customer service... Unfortunately, this place was not good. The female at the front counter looked annoyed aand angry as she checked us in. Not a good start to my familys experience here. My kids did enjoy the place a lot, but they need customer service people who smile and not respond rudely to questions.

The kids have a BLAST every time! Its affordable, especially if you find a Groupon. There is a lounge area with massage chairs and comfy couches, with TVs on. Also they have outlets and USB ports all over so the parents phones dont die.

We have never been before and it was our first time here, but it was amazing !! The kids absolutely loved it and did not want to leave! We wish we would have paid to play too but we had a little one that isnt quite mobile yet. Such a great family experience!

Went there for the first time. Took my 8, 5 and 15 month old; they all had fun. Lots to do! Like other comments they did charged me for my 1 year old but didnt mined paying for him. He loved playing in the toddler area. Worth every penny. Perfect place to burn off energy. I feel safe leaving my older daughters roam around without supervision. Massage chairs, and parent area great plus! Loved it.

How do you not love this place! I always enjoy running round up in the tubes with my kids! I even jump if I can.Some of the slides kinda scare me and I’m 30. But totally love this place and the staff!

There’s plenty here for kids of all ages, and my 20-month-old had a blast! It’s definitely a workout for the parents if you decide to play with the kids though haha.

The place has a room which I like to call the Dads spot because they have comfy furniture and TVs that usually have the local sports games on, if there is one, and its pretty much made for parents to relax while their kids play around.

Went with our little kids and the place was rather empty. which was awesome, basically had the place to ourselves. i would like to recommend they have more staff watching the climbing wall and not just one person. my kids stood in line and waited and the guy couldnt help them since he was helping someone else. seemed weird. but the kids had fun doing everything else.

Lots of great stuff to do with the kids. Safe, but allows them to be kids. Free WiFi is a plus if Im not up for running around. Water bottle friendly, but snack bar isnt outrageous on price (more reasonable than the movies or other places of its kind).

My kids LOVE this place! Its a great place to beat the heat while letting the kids burn their energy. I do have to warn parents to PLEASE make sure to use disinfectant wipes or whatever on your kids right after they play as my pediatrician recommended because my 1 year old got hand foot and mouth disease and it was horrible, His fingernails are barely growing back. I mean they can get it anywhere but since its full of kids, make sure you keep your little ones clean afterward!

Ive been to both the Chandler location and this location with my 15 month old son - and while I do love the Toddler area at this location more (its a little larger and doesnt have a back corner area with hard light up sticks like Chandler) - it was DIRTY at 10 in the morning!! There were wrappers from candy in the corners and there was a build up of hair (when are the mats swept / cleaned?!?) after the place had only been open for an hour?! Also people (adults and children) were wearing their shoes and going barefoot in the toddler area .. the mats also look very dirty with lots of black marks, and the big lego soft blocks had tears in them. Because of this, I wanted to give it 3 stars, BUT Im giving it 4 because of the layout and how much fun my 15 month old had! I do wish they kept it more clean ... the Chandler location is spotless.

I am 15 years old, and it felt like I was too old (as someone under 18). I would recommend people who are 13 and under or a parent. Everything was for smaller kids. They do have hand sanitizers if you are germophobic. If you are going to do the wall climbing, I would recommend that you are no more than 120 pounds. I am about 155, and the straps became loose when I jumped down. They somehow kept the place pretty cold with a bunch of people crammed in this place. They did a good job for a grand opening phase, but as like every other place, there are spots for improvements.

Great wear the kids out place. Clean, safe, supervised. Stuff for all ages. Parents beware. Youll be done long before the kids...
