It was our first time there! It was a blast! We did the two hour time 12:30 to 2:30. All I get to say is we are very pleased with the staff! With this covid going on, they were all quick wiping things down through out our play! Again this staff that was there when we were, good job! Thank you for a great experience!!
I was recently invited to a childs ( the granddaughter of a best friend) birthday party held at Elevate Trampoline Park and all I can say is wow. I was impressed with everything single thing about it and from what I saw as well as what I heard, the prices seemed very reasonable to me. Even as a spectator I was able to be involved as much as I wanted to be. We were able to walk all around the deck to all of the different jump areas. The place was cool so I dont see how anyone could not like it. And oh yeah the pizza was actually good as well. Go there!
Theyre doing a great job I do have to say its above average in regards to indoor jump and challenge course parks.
Could do a bit better job being covid aware. but overall 5 star experience.
Tuesday was mine and my sons 1st visit to the park and it will certainly not be our last. We were surprised to have actually gotten a deal because we were not aware of the toddler promotion so that was a sweet surprise for us. The place was very clean and tidy- almost like a hospital. While we were jumping we seen the manager come onto the deck and while she was passing by there were 2 young girls in the foam who had just bumped heads and the manager quickly came to their cries. She didnt even hesitate to get into the pit to help them out and ended up with a kid on each leg hugging her. It was one of the sweetest moments I had experienced in a long time. The world needs more of this. 2020 has been awful! I feel very confident in bringing my son here after seeing the interaction of the staff with other kids. Towards the end of our jump time, we got a drink and I happened to see the manager close by tidying up the lounge area and had to tell her that I thought it was awesome how she handled the girls getting hurt and comforting them and she lit up beaming, saying that playing and interacting with the kids is the best part of her job and I truly believe it. I hope to see her again, maybe I will get a new date night sitter. *wink, wink* The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I felt that my child was safe and supervised the entire trip. Prices were not too bad, however it would be nice to be able to purchase a yearly pass because coming weekly will begin to add up.
So we went here last weekend for my daughters birthday party. We had went to Elevate in Buckeye for a friends birthday before. So the Queen Creek location was a disappointment. We paid extra to have the birthday party here. The Trampoline Park is great! The kids loved it and I was impressed. That is it though! The party part (after the 90 minutes of jumpimg) was horrible to say the least. This party room was like a big Cafeteria with at least 3 other partys going on. Super loud and chaotic. I thought we would have our own party room (thats how it is in Buckeye). Not even! They really booked 4 parties in the same room at the same time. This is during a pandemic. Definitely not following COVID guide lines. Also the staff doesnt help with party stuff and if you ask for help, they act like youre bugging them. I was disappointed and so was everyone that attended. If your kids want to go here to jump then its fun. Do not try to have your party here!! You will be disappointed.
This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and they keep it super clean. We have the toddler pass for my two little girls and go at least 3 times a week. A STEAL for the price!! Great place to bring your kids while it’s still super hot!
This place is a disaster. Something is always broken and you can count on the little teenagers that work here to take their sweet time.If you stand in line at the Cafe, expect to be ignored by the kids scrambling to make orders . If you actually get to order, be prepared to pay movie theater prices for very sub par food. This place could have been great but they are no match for the other local jump places; way overpriced, poor food and poor service. Its unfortunate that local businesses cant figure out how to do the most simple things right. This joint will close down by next fall.
This was our first time going, and I have slightly young children and it was fun for the entire hour session!!! It is busy on the weekend understandably, so for us we might go during the week so my little ones dont get knocked over by all the bigger kids as much. My little ones had a blast!!! My husband and I jumped as well and tried just about all of it except for the zip line that was closed off.
The only issue I had was after we were there and the kids were having fun yet kept admitting more and more people. There was no way to safely distance at all and so many kids on the trampolines that it was hard for them to jump and have fun!
Elevate is an expensive option, with very limited- and usually broken attractions. The cost of a one hour jump at elevate is $13 on weekdays and $17 on weekends, compared to Xtreme air at $11.95 for kids on weekends and $15.95 for adults for an hour. Altitude’s hour pricing is listed at $13.99 for all week and 2 hours for $21.99 with unlimited attractions (almost triple what Elevate offers!), and urban air has a $13.99 option or a $24.99 option with unlimited attractions (also almost triple the attractions Elevate offers!), both for an all day jump anytime! All of Elevate competitors have much better attractions and a larger park. Even their sister trampoline park, Krazy Air with the same prices as Elevate, yet still a much larger park with more attractions.COMPETITORS PRICE CHART (INCLUDES BEST PRICED DEAL)Elevate - 2 hours for $18.00 Only on weekdays.Altitude - 2 hours for $21.99 anytime, unlimited attractions.Xtreme Air - $15.95 for adults, $11.95 for kids anytime, all day pass.Urban Air - $24.99 anytime, all day pass, unlimited attractions.Elevate is an illusion of a family oriented fun place for children and adults. Elevate is mismanaged and has very questionable policies. I am a former employee. Employees at Elevate are either overworked, or given no shifts, I personally was given maybe two shifts a pay period, upon multiple requests for more, that only fueled more anger from Anissa. During my time working there I was mistreated, singled-out, cussed at by the main manager of the park- Anissa, denied water and bathroom breaks, and denied an opportunity to sit down because of a medical issue that the manager during that shift- Heaven at the time was aware of. I feared going to work near the end of my time at Elevate because I was consistently dismissed or singled out by my managers, as well as the fear of being verbally abused by a superior, for a situation where there is absolutely no effort from my superiors to at the least hear my side, of whatever situation may be at hand. (this happened on multiple occasions with the same named managers as listed before). I hope this can guide in a decision if Elevates pricing and ethics is worth your hard earned dollar.
My son loved this place, and everything is fun and exciting for the kids. That said, there are a handful of exposed steel railings IMMEDIATELY next to trampolines or other equipment. Design should put safety first. Anyone injured will not be able to take any legal action to cover medical expenses because of the extensive waivers they require you to sign beforehand. This place does many things well, but unless they protect the public from accidents, I fear that somebody may become seriously injured. I blame the designer, but the company has a responsibility to protect its customers at this point. If improvements are made, I will happily change my rating. There are so many things to like, but the health and safety come first.
Its kid friendly activity in queen creek. The snack stand inside could be more efficient. The check in staff super helpful and friendly and my kids love this place!!
Great place to take the family! So nice to have something active to do in Queen Creek.
Elevate queen creek is a great place to spend time with family, as a regular im warmly welcomed by the staff and i enjoy bringing my friends here constantly:)
My kids love it here. Bday party was awesome kids had a great time. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend partying at Elevate.
The WORST WORST WORST customer service. BAIT AND SWITCH. My son and his friend wanted to go to a jump park for the night. My wife and I were going to a dinner party so we had to make a plan with the other family for carpool. We were going to drop off the kids at 7pm head to the party and the other couple was going to pick them up at 9pm after 2hrs of jumping. We ALWAYS go to KTR (the BEST jump park in the area) but we decided to give this place a try. HUGE MISTAKE.We called the phone number to get pricing and other info. We listened to the phone prompt that said press 3 for pricing. The voice prompt stated that Friday - Sun was weekend pricing of $17 for the first hour and then $5 for the second hour. It then went on to say that holidays are the same as weekend pricing. No mention of anything else.We get there and drop the boys off and my son calls me back and says they are telling him something different. I went in and the “night manager” (Adult women not a teenager) tells me that it would be $17 from 7-8pm and then it turns into teen party from 8-10pm and that would be another $17. I told her about the phone message and she said she has NO IDEA what their VM says and that it did not matter. Then tells me that there is nothing she will do. I explained our dinner party situation and that the only reason we made these plans is bc of what the VM said. I told her that this was going to be our first time coming here and this isn’t the best way to get a repeat customer. She basically said “oh well”...and gave me the phone number for the “real manager” and said I could call them to complain. I asked her to let me give the ~$23 and let the kids jump for the 2hrs. She again said NO. We had to take the kids back home and my wife stayed with the kids and she missed the dinner party. This place is a joke and we should have NEVER tried it. Should have gone to KTR where they are all about the kids and great customer service. This place was DEAD. Probably 20 kids in the whole place...guess it’s no wonder why!! #lostacustomerforlife
As a former employee working at Elevate and seeing everything that happens is kinda crazy. First of all our attractions were usually always broken. second of all the prices were insane when other parks were way cheaper. The main manager - Annisa was not a very nice lady at all. She would single us out, and yell at you. She would never have a nice calm conversation it was always straight to yelling. We never really got proper training when we first opened, just kinda got thrown out there and you had to pray you can figure it out on your own. Annisa chose her favorites and if you werent her favorite you got treated horribly. It was hard to get requested days off. They wouldnt really give it to you. You get yelled at by doing your job, but then when you do what they yelled at you about you get yelled at because you arent doing your job correctly. Being a girl, I thought it wasnt right for me to go into the BOYS bathrooms when we were on shift. When i told them i didnt feel comfortable going in there to clean when there were people still in the building, Anissa didnt care and made me go into the boys bathroom and clean it anyways. All she had to do was get a boy on shift to clean it but no. If you are wanting to apply here DONT. MANY former employees will tell you how bad it was. They go through employees faster than i can count to 10. But chad has always been an outstanding worker, im proud of him.
Very cool and fun place! I was personally excited to see this place go up in the growing QC/San Tan area. Upon walking in you still get that new car smell. Great layout with food court sitting as well as a 2nd story viewing area. But the 5th star was earned by the 2 staff members:One at the cashier who came out to aid the slowed line and another at the cafeteria who was personable and attentive - well done!
My niece used to work at Elevate. She would come home crying all the time from the manager there. The management there sucks, no one knows what they are doing. Also their prices are way to high.
My daughter loves this place! Had a decent amount of food and drink options and the staff was friendly, helpful and constantly cleaning for the whole time we were there (due to covid protocols i assume). Lots of different types of trampolines and things to climb on and across will definitely be back.
Hands down the absolute rudest people on planet!! I wouldn’t spend a dollar at this place! If you’re here to play and have fun, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Take your business else where! I’m so glad we didn’t buy a year pass now! We will never return. This is the general manger putting her hand in my phase!
It was great afternoon at Elevate trampoline park. This place is so fun. I am glad it opened. It took so long. Today Tuesday there were very little people so it was actually nice without the crowds.
We love this! Their toddler time deal is a life saver. We go almost every day!! Thanks for provide an amazing product at a fantastic price!
My family loves to come here. It’s a little pricey but so are ALL the indoor trampoline parks. This place is just as fun for us adults, as it is for our little ones.
My kids love coming here. It’s clean and so much fun!
The grandkids always have a great time! Its clean, well maintained and well staffed!
Class act staff and good pizza! My kid had a blast and even the bathrooms were spotless! Keep it up guys we will be back!
This place is awesome. I have kids ranging from 8y to 1.5y and they loved it! So much to do there. Also a surprising thing, the food was very good.
The kids love this spot! Great birthday party location!
This place is amazing! It is huge and has so many attractions that we havent seen anywhere else! My kids loved it and I had a great time as well. The interactive rock wall was my favorite part. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
What an awesome workout that was...oh, an the kiddos had a blast too
Elevate is the perfect place to entertain the entire family!! There is something for everyone. My teenagers down to my toddler had a great time and didn’t want to leave. The food exceeded our expectations as well. We will be frequenting this location often!
This place is a ton of fun.
Edit: Staff was genuinely apologetic and said they are working on a solution. Thats all I ask. Hopefully they follow through. (Did not ask for anything free or discounted. Just want a good experience:)Place is funBfun. frustrating how many times you show up and yet they are closed for a private party. Once again, its happened. I called last night to ask about today. The staff member assured me theyd be open at 10. She even encouraged me to show up before 10 to get signed in. But... Private party. Now we get to wait outside on a 115 degree day. No info on the website. Not even staff provide correct info. Frustrating.
Wife and our oldest kid went and they had lots of fun. Tons of trampolines and activities to do. Our son didnt want to leave when the time came because he was having too much fun! Great indoor physical activity for families. The staff was friendly and the location had some new attractions. Highly Recommended.
My family had a great time at Elevate! Tons of trampolines and other fun things to do. There is nothing even remotely this awesome near Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.
Great way to burn energy! This is a clean and well kept location. Definitely the best trampoline park in the area.
So clean, and fun for all ages!
It good but not much to do
Lots of kids to play with and tons of fun.
What fun, new concept! Ninja courses and Trampolines and other games! My kids loved it! Great viewing areas so parents can relax and easily see the kids!
I visited Elevate with several family members of all ages and we all had a blast! There’s so much to do and everyone stayed busy trying it all out. We tried a variety of the food and enjoyed it all. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, too. We’ll be regular customers for sure!
I had so much fun there it was awesome
Loved it!!! But toddlers should be discounted, just saying!!
Fun place to take the family the staff are friendly and food prices are responsible.
Great place to get the energy out of your kids

This place is awesome! It has so much to do for all ages. Their food is amazing too!
LOVE the atmosphere and employees!
We just went to preview it do to seeing it on the news in the morning since we have a daughter who is into CHEERLEADING and thought it would be fun for her to go flip around. Definitely going to take her on the next teen night.
This park is large with a lot of fun and unique features/games to play. For parents there is a 2nd level with tables where they can see over the entire facility and watch their children. There are party rooms, cubbyholes to store your stuff, and tables/chairs around the Lobby area of the building. Now for the fun stuff. There is a dodge ball section in the back with target boards on each side to play games and score points. There is even a scoreboard to keep track of it. Next to that there is a section with an angled trampoline where you can practice jumps and land on a nice soft pad. Then there are a few games to play in the back right corner with a climbing wall and lights to touch, a trampoline light touching game, a spinning bar that kids can jump over and duck under that is a lot of fun to play and watch, a zipline, normal trampolines, and much more. It was a lot of fun to play here and the kids love it. I look forward to going here many more times with my son.
This is by far the best trampoline park in the valley! They fun attractions, tons of lights and color, and the food is surprisingly delicious!
We walked In and there was a computer open and got to last screen to sign and it hasn’t been working previously and there wasn’t a sign saying this one is broken and we had to wait half an hour for others to be open. The manger could have told us that that station was down but they didn’t. The manager was saying sorry I can’t fix it and walked away.
Best place ever soooooo much fun my daughter and her friends had so much fun
Go to Altitude, dont waste your money here. A lot more fun for kids, better options for jumping, staff is way more friendly, and better priced.
This place is great. My daughter loves it. Staff is friendly and its very clean.
Such a cool place and very clean! definitely recommend!
Really awesome place to take the family.. great workout for sure
21.50 for all ages over 8 for ONLY 2 hours MAX jumping time.... Jump Street has way better pricing
Great Experience...went for a birthday party.
Fun place. Lots of workers around keeping it clean too!
Its nice
Great looking park. Too bad the computers weren’t working. Stood in line 30 minutes ! Not cool.
READ THE WAIVER!! By signing it you are agreeing to allow this place to take & post photos of your children. It may just be me, but I’m not ok with anyone using my kids for free advertising. I emailed the owner weeks ago and never received a response. I would rather drive farther and pay more than give permission for random people to take pictures of my kids.
So much fun, clean and the staff was super friendly!
Super cool, many fun things to do
Great for birthday parties, I highly recommend it!
