Absolutely outstanding park. You can spend hours here with the kids in a family friendly environment for kids of all ages. Swings and access for special needs children. Soft rubber flooring throughout play areas. Rock climbing. Splash pad. Tennis courts. Soccer fields. Pond with ducks. People of all ages and from all walks of life. My family loves it. Its our go to park. Try it one time and I bet it could be yours as well.

The playground had lots to keep kids moving, playing for all ages. It had a neat rubberized soft surface for safety. My grad daughter had a blast.

This park is enormous! The pond is stocked with trout for some fun fishing. Check the dates for when they stock it for better luck. Two large play structures accommodate all ages. The bouldering area just got new shock absorbent ground cover installed. Check out the swings set with special swings for the handicapable and even a tire swing. The large splash pad runs during the summer but I suggest bringing chairs because the seating goes quickly. Athletes will also enjoy the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and baseball/softball fields. Or relax with some horseshoes. Clean bathrooms available and water fountains throughout. This place is a second home for me and my son. Hope to see you there.

Amazingly clean. Lots to do with the kids they even have a Icee ice cream sales stand. Theres adequate parking with shade. There are lots of slides and a water Splash Zone for the kids to play in as well a lot of shaded areas I want to rest under. They also have a huge field where the kids can play and a pond.

Was visiting Boise and met some of my family members here for a visit in the outdoors and socially distancing... Plenty of room big open spaces in very nice facilities.. immense Green space towards the north part of the park...seems like you have facilities for just about anybodys needs here and was great for our family gathering

This park hasnt changed a bit since i was last here almost 10 years ago. Clean, grass is green and the environment is just radiating fun and positivity. Lots to do and lots to explore. I dont even know who reads park reviews but this park holds a special place in my heart.

A spacious sports park with several different designated areas.... From soccer fields to a baseball field to a large jungle gym to a pond... Beautiful and well-maintained.

Great spot for big and little kids, play area has a soft ground area and more shade than most parks so kids still play on hot days and they all enjoy the splash pad! Cool mom and baby swing. Lots to do, bathrooms are open and clean - no portable toilets. We went around noon and it was not over crowded. Have fun all!

This is a great park for kids of all ages. It is a safe area with very little, if any transient traffic. My favorite part is the musical instruments the kids can play!!

I love it has a splash pad! And a nice sized playground. I work with special needs kids and we love to come here cuz there are always kids they can play with and interact with.

Its a very nice park with lots of options. There picnix tables around, sheltered areas you can reserve, back racks, a pond to fish in, tennis courts, horseshoes, baseball fields, disc golf, and water features for the kids. It is almost 60 acres. Plenty of open fields for flag football or ultimate Frisbee.

Theres literally so much to do! It was our first time checking out this park today but I was very impressed. Probably the best park weve ever been to. Cant make comments on the bathrooms as we didnt use them, but it looked like there were plenty of them near the splash area. There were so many swings! 4 baby swings, two special needs swings, a tyre swing, a tandem swing, and four regular swings. There are big rocks to climb on, an amazing jungle gym, a splash pad, a music making area and plenty of shady places to have a picnic. I know theres more to this park and we cant wait to explore more!

Great park for kids and just all ages in general. Pretty much took everything that a kids needs to have some physical outdoors fun thats safe and appropriate for all ages and put into one place. Got the water playground, the actual playground, some courts for different types of sports, a little pond to feed the ducks or do some fishing, and huge fields for the more intense sports... Oh and quick ice cream / icee shop. So pretty much guaranteed to have a good time with your kids here.

Its a hit or miss, this park can be unbearable with people. Or its empty and very nice to play with your child. Early mornings are the best. Afternoons seem to bring in the unemployed miserable people that dont watch there kids and let them destroy property. Meaning the instruments they have there. Towards the evening its teenagers that are board so its best to clear out, they like to get mouthy for no reason or even be provoked. These are only my opinions and experiences with this park for the past 10 years. This is a beautiful park and well maintained.

Nice Place the baseball fields could use some special attention and a roller to flatten the areas. The park is well kept and a giant area for kite flying and park activities.

Settlers park is our favorite park in Meridian. During the summer they have the water play area open. The play ground is huge sometimes hard to keep track of my child.

I love this park! There is a lot to do here for everyone. Meridians parks are always nice but this one has a lot to offer. There are tennis courts and pickle ball courts and horseshoe pitches and a large playground with tools for both large and small kids. There is a water play area as well as baseball diamonds. There is also a small fish pond. This is a great place to spent time with the family.

This is truly one if the best parks in Meridian. Giant open spaces for recreation, baseball and softball fields, a HUGE play area for children, and in the hot summer, a fantastic water park area is open for the kids to get wet in. This is one you dont want to skip!!

This is an amazing park! Lots of heat stuff for kids to play on. Lots of grass areas for sports. A big splash pad with some water features for kids to interact with. The only downside is that its soooo popular that LOTS of people are there most of the time.

I go to this park only for tennis and there is just not enough shade. There are a number of courts and I know pickleball people love it there too though access to shade when its in triple digits is pretty important but otherwise its a good place for tennis. I realized I was actually parking in the wrong parking lot and that theres one on Ustick that is closer to the courts in case thats helpful for anyone.

We had a blast in the water park, love all the Pokémon spinners, wide open grass, tennis courts, squash courts, baseball diamonds, playground, and rock climbing.

This park is great. One of the best ones in the area. They have a large play area, a lot of swings some for bigger kids. The splash pad is fun to spend summer days in. The music and rock climbing is fun for the kids to play in.

Something for everyone, great playground, tennis courts, horseshoe court, and a great walking path. Even a water feature where kids can cool off.

Love this park. Lots of room and lots for the kids to do. Easy to see your kids running around since the park is wide open. Lots of other kids for yours to meet and play with as well. One of the best features is the water park during the hot summer days. Super cool for the kids to be able to splash around and stay cool. Im not sure the hours but Ive seen the big red roof building open up and have a concession stand. Nice addition to this park. Big open fields to run in when there arent teams practicing. There are gazebos to have picnics and/or barbecues at. Tennis courts and plenty of them. And they even have disability friendly swings which is awesome. Dog friendly park. Bathrooms are available during certain hours. There are also good pathways you can walk through to get some exercise in. Love this park.

This park is always so full of life. They have a wonderful splash, climbing, swings and more for the kids. What seems like miles of grass to play with your dogs, fly a kite or just run!

A Great Place to have a Picnic and on Summer Nights they play movies. Warning the ground gets hot around the playground.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we see an Audi R8 parked, if that doesnt say quality park I dont know what does! First time here and was very impressed! Tons of space to spread out. Tennis court, water park, baseball field, and there was even a football team practicing. Overall just a nice place to stretch your legs or have a birthday party. I myself had a great time just laying in the grass with my fiance:)

Great little park. Go street skating here sometimes. One of the park maintenance guys saw me wax the curb to skate it and I thought he was going to come over and yell at me for scuffing up the curb but he actually just asked if I needed a broom to deal with all the leaves, etc. Awesome little spot to hangout.

10 years ago Settlers park was the best park, with a huge variety. But over the years with the hot summer sun, everything now just looks faded. The large play area for some reason has a back entrance to it, so if you are standing on the ground while your child is on the play equipment, and they suddenly run towards the back entrance, you have to go ALL the way around the equipment to get them. Just seems poorly designed.Its also almost always super crowded. To the point of annoyance. I understand public parks are popular, and never expect the park to myself. But it just always seems like theres a lack of parking and too many kids playing to keep a good eye on my multiple kids.

The playground is huge. Things that set it apart from others: Different types of swings, great for children that need some modifications. Giant musical instruments. A splash pad for those hot summer days. Theres a snack bar. Ponds for fishing.

Could have more covered benches for parties.Also can you reserve the covered areas for parties?

This is the coolest place ever. Take your kids in the summer because they have water play. Dog-friendly as long as youre on a leash

We were visiting from out of town and with this heat needed a place for our two young non-swimmers to cool off. This was perfect! The boys alternated with the water features, jungle gym, rock climbing, and musical instruments. From our shady spots we adults were easily able to keep track of them and enjoy the splashes as well! As a special educator, I appreciated the accessibility for individuals with challenges.

Great park, with tons of things to do, including tennis, pickle ball, horse shoes, bocce ball, play structures. During the summer the outdoor movies are a lot of fun, too!
