First off I visited this museum the same day that they had a festival there. This place really serves my interests because I like mechanical things and I enjoy the historic side of it. The day my son and I visited, there were demonstrations of various pieces of equipment. There were also vendors on site which offered additional demonstrations. If you share an interest in mechanic things then youd probably enjoy this tour.

My dad is into steam engines and we were lucky enough to discover them during a special event. My wife is not a fan of these types of places but even she was entertained for several hours. Lots of cool history here.

We totally enjoyed our visit. 20 minutes late for the 930 tour they added several of us on and circled back for us at the end. Go for a tour time - 930, 11, and 130. Amazingly intact steam engine factory and foundry. Who knew they built steam engines until 1982!Machines all work and there is live stream days the 1st weekend of Nov. Which wed love to get to.

Had a great Celebration of Dr. Billups Jr.s Life at Soule. Very fitting to gather there since he loved working in his machine shop. Beautiful antique preservation.
