Most of these post were before the new owners started making changes. So far it’s going down hill. Many different neighbors have experience negativity from the once-friendly office management. The place is still cozy but the management is negligent and the owners are greedy. Rent has gone up, and they now want to directly charge for water- instead of letting MLGW do that. Honestly, I really am missing how it used to be before.

It is like 3 hours that tells me that things were stolen from my truck and the police do not come or in the office they could check the cameras this happened in front of the laundry be careful I can not believe that being a private property that happens

This place was so good when we had the old management but now is going downhill very bad place to live in more because they do not care about the gate they takes months to fix the gate also they wreck your car without warning you the other thing is that the new manager is very unprofessional manager he doesn’t Care about how the place looks but he does care about the rent money and they ask for water money too which we pay that with MLGW bill

This place it was very nice,but the new owners dont care about us only think about money and the rent is geting to expensive for a mobile home plus water bill.I recoment( dont live here.)

Have lived here for years, but the new owners are running the park into the ground. Lack of basic maintenance, leaving the gates open for weeks now, street lights out. They just don’t care, so I can’t in good conscience recommend living here anymore.***Seven months later. Approximately half of the street lights are still out. There’s been busted pipe after busted pipe of raw sewage in the park that took a VERY long time to be addressed. Oh, and the rent is going up.There’s copious amounts of issues I could point out, but I’ll keep it short. Unless your standards for living are pretty low? Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.Signed,A long term and extremely disgruntled tenant

Sorry but bad place to live in atm

The gate hasn’t been fixed for over a week Big oof.The light poles around Josibpet Ln have not been fixed over a month. I’m not sure what’s going on but these stuff need to get fixed fast.

The place is going downhill, some employees are rude and lack professionalism. Real leadership is desperately needed.

This place is really going down hill with the new management they have not recommended to live here they really need to have Kerry back running the park now he really knew how to talk to the people how to understand them how to deal with the problems when there is one poor management
