The much needed total retrofitting of the entire mobile home park has returned this gated community to its former glory ..... though it has ample open acreage playground equipment is sorely lacking.

Love how this place has been improved. Current owner purchased it at the end of 2014 and has updated the property to include new utilities at each rental pad, a gate around the property, a central office (that residents can use for gatherings) and new mobile homes that can be rented or purchased. Great way to work on improving Memphis, by improving one property at a time. Wish more people invested in property improvements like this.

I RECENTLY MOVED IN DECEMBER.I REALLY LOVE THE LOOK AND HOW COMFORTABLE I FEEL WALKING IN EVERY DAY FROM WORK. ITS ALSO PEACEFUL AND QUIET. THANKS TO THE OWNER.

Used to be a dumpy place in a horrible neighborhood. It does look like a lot of changes have been made however and I have not been there in over a year

This place is such a lie and false advertising..there is no dog park...no play ground and the central mail boxes are just the officer worker getting the mail from the postmaster and you have to go through it...he bought it after most all of the 80 residents were forced to leave due to UNPAID MLG&W bill
