Terri and Toby Meetze are truly great people to work with ! They care about their employees and tenants. When they find out someone has an issue they are quick to fix it. Every time I have been there, they have been so kind to my guys and I. They treated us like family. When the days were hot and long, they provided us with snacks and water! They provide prudent thoughts to make sure the Heat and A/C is working well for everyone . Never once have they ever been rude . I highly recommend them !

Management will terminate your lease if you fall behind even during the corona virus. I guess 2 missed/late payments is worth the loss of a long term tennant. Have lived here on and off since 1993, grew up here. Definitely wouldnt recommend leasing here...

Management is racial... No communication between management and tenets.. if youre illegal great place to live dont even believe theres fire hydrants... They are all about taking....

Management is horrible, you can never get ahold of manager even after you tell them that you’ll be there at a certain time. I’ve been trying to get a hold of management this whole week and have left multiple messages. She then finally answers the phone 15 minutes before closing and tells me “ma’am I’ve been here since 6:30am and just wants to go home” I’ve went to look for her multiple times regarding an application and wasted 4 hours of my time waiting on her to arrive saying she’ll be here in 10min,15min,1hr and etc. Spoke with other tenants and have lots of complains regarding her character, the way she controls, and how she’s known for kicking people out for any reason. The park definitely needs more maintenance work, pot holes covered, and a better manager. Cars are always getting towed and charging for every little thing.

This place is horrible, If I could rate it cero stars I would. The only good thing are our neighbors, all of them are nice, hardworking people that look out for each other while minding they’re own business at the same time.Management is terrible, good luck getting a hold of her, and when you do she is rude, she has a condescending misdemeanor and she has made racial insinuations. The park allegedly has a deal with a towing company so expect your car to be towed at any time (even out of your parking space) no warning, no exceptions, for any little thing and be ready to pay $125 if you want them to leave you alone. I’ve seen them try and tow service company vans because they parked in the street, where are they supposed to park when trying to get an AC fixed or when you are getting a repair done? Corporate and owners are completely unreasonable, and so is management. While I’m sure Terri (manager) is just following orders, still doesn’t make it any less ridiculous, unreasonable and wrong. The park cares about you paying your rent and making money off of every little thing they can, it is not kept up with, and they love to change the rules ever so often to protect and benefit them, not the resident.

BEWARE OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Very unprofessional!!! The Office is always closed only open during rent time...The pool is always closed in the summer...Oh and good luck getting in contact with corporate the owners of the park are in California! DONT RENT HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR TRAILER! Make sure you READ all the RULES they like to change them alot...

It is an OK place to visit. If you want to live there you have to have your own trailor. They only rent lots. There are a wide variety of people there!!!!

I grew up in the park on Valleyview only memories now looking back and now I think The park needs more attention new hire not only that but people that live there needs to come together as a community and share their opinion to grow !
