Nice area to live!, I’ve been here four years!I can recommend this place, safe, clean, everything is organized here.Very nice office people!!

The place is nice, gated and the neighbors seem nice. Not your stereotypical mobile home park. Some playgrounds are available for the kids, and a pool.

We love our trailer and this trailer park is really nice and quiet. Thanks so much for being so nice and helpful!

Good but sometimes there’s alot of noise, don’t wanna look like a karen i’m just saying lol, otherwise good place.

Got an email stating their operating hours and to show up. I showed up and they wouldnt unlock the door.

Great place until my a.c. went out. There are car break ins and such like anywhere else but the maintenance is a joke. We called today at noon and told them that our a.c. is no longer blowing cold and that it was 85 degrees in the house. So 2 hours later I call and tell them that we are leaving because no one had still come and that my girlfriend is 4 months pregnant and we have another daughter that doesnt need to be stuck in a 85 degree house. We were told ok just leave the top unlocked and lock the knob and they will use their master set to get in. So we return home at 700. Come in thinking finally, nice cool house. Wrong. It is now 90 degrees in the house. So like anyone else I try to call them and ask what was up after theyve had 5 hours to send someone. I am being literal when I say this, but after 40+ calls we finally gave up trying. Come 930-10 oclock after we have already gone elsewhere to stay we get a call from the lady at the office (who told us at noon that day that our a.c. would fixed) that the maintenance man will be there in 30 minutes to look at your a.c. Well, now it is too late because we have already left and got to our other place and locked the dead bolt and knob which means he wouldnt be able to get in. And when we try to call back to tell her that do you think she answered?? Nope!! We have constantly been having troubles with our a.c. ever since summer and its getting a bit ridiculous. Other that as long as you keep to you self and keep your stuff locked and watch for speeding cars its great.

Very professional and nice people in office. The unit we saw was very very nice. Love the no loud music signs hopefully we get in think it would be good place for me and my kids...

Moved in March of 2018 and was super excited. Playgrounds for the kids, decent looking houses, and a pool. All with the security of a gated community. Now after having lived there for nearly a year my views have drastically changed. Rules? Lots of them but few are enforced. Dont leave your car unlocked. My work truck got broken into and things taken. The pool was only operational for maybe a month. While it was open it was unkept. Groups of delinquents showed up everyday showing out, breaking things and making inappropriate comments about very young girls swimming. Maintenance is a joke. It took nearly nine months to anchor my dishwasher and have been waiting for at least 3 months for them to replace their storm door. I hope you enjoy random and unannounced rent hikes also. And it you plan to move here probably best to learn/know Spanish.

I love living here! But theres a problem here in my trailer so every night theres a dog coming under our house making noises,crying,barking,walking around at 5am but this place is great just please get rid of spiders webs on trees ! great place!

SAFE and I have the best neighbors! Very well maintained n promptly take care of any problems that are reported, the office staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything... Security is very protective of our residents and are happy to take care of any problems no matter the time... All staff will go beyond their duties to assist with anything you may need.. I love it here, been almost 15 years...

The worst speed bumps Ive ever driven over! One thing for sure is that nobody speeds through that whole neighborhood or whatever you call it. Its huge though tons of mobile homes. I dont know much about mobile homes and have never lived in one but out of the few Ive been inside this place is really nice.

They towed my car from my own property because it hasn’t been moved in a month . We pay rent for our stuff to have a place to stay . People sometimes don’t have money to fix there cars right away . Now I have to pay 180 to the towing company to get it out . The place seems prefect for some months but it’s not great .

They are towing cars from peoples property and that is very unprofessional. The gate is always broken and the rent is always going up.

I just rented a moblie home here. The staff is great. Moblie home very nice. I even sent a friend out there today and she wants to live there to.

The gated community appears friendly and is gated. The homes we viewed were plesent though they were all crammed in pretty close.

I loved it here, havent had any problems and the staff are wonderful!!The only reason I moved out is because I want a backyard for my dog, i highly recommend living here.
