In the last couple of years has gone down hill. Fighting between owners replacing management . Newest manger is a joke. Never here allowing the park to look like it is run by slumlords.

Not a safe park. Trailers get broken into. Tenants report issues that is on the park and they never took care of them. The park stays dirty. They never give the home owners their titles. They avoid you so they can evict you. The property manager is never or very rarely on premises. They show homes that should be condemned. Visit if you dare.....

If I could rate lower I would. The current managers are running the park in to the ground. They look for cheap ways to try and fix issues in the park. One example is they poured quick Crete in a pot hole while it was raining. Sadly this will not last long. Any issues the park tenants have cant be resolved easily because there is NO onsite manager. There is a home that has been demolished here that is still here with NOTHING around it to protect our children when they are outside playing. There is a stray dog roaming the park that is extremely aggressive. The new manager will not do anything about this. Now if there is a issue in the park we have to call an answering service just to wait 24 to 48 hours to hear back. Several tenants whom own their homes havent even received their titles. This park used to be run like a family. Everyone was happy and helping each other. The former manager whom is no longer employed was the best thing that ever happened to this park and sadly now that she is gone the park has been ran into the ground. Do NOT trust the new mangers. I wouldnt even invite my worst enemy to live here. I never felt this way with the previous manager. I never felt scared to be in my own home like I do now. My doors are always locked and if youre smart yours if you live here will be to.I am editing my review. The manager whom says he has 25 years of experience all he does is tell you to make a police report when there is an issue at the park. He even admits he isnt there to take care of the issue. There are people who are flying through here and almost hitting residents their dogs and children. Nothing is being done and also I would watch out for some of the comments on here because theyre saying they personally know these people here. Um how can you when it says where you are located and its no where close to here. I have my receipts thank you.

I personally know the new managers and they are AMAZING people. I have seen them struggling so hard to get this park back on track. Don’t listen to any of these bogus reviews. Ridiculous.

The operating managers are racist. The property manager does not know how to do her job. They are a joke. Trying to overcharge people for the trailers

If I could give it 0 stars I would . The new manager is untrustworthy . He live in millington they dnt live in the trailer park they our rude and disrespectful. They look down on you when they see you .... I miss the old manager......

I do not like the new people. I think they really made a bad mistake. How are you suppose to help if you don’t live on the property.
