Wells Park

Peaceful. Lots of waterfowl, playground and library right next. 2 lakes divided by a walkway and a beautiful fountain.

Peaceful walk around Lake. Plenty of ducks to watch. Tall trees provide some nice shade.

My grandson loves it here. Seeing all the birds/ducks and playing on the kids equipment.

The park is amazing. Even do it’s simple, anyone could enjoy this park because it has a little bit of Mother Nature from sunset and sundown to kids playground to ducks and lakes.

As business owner of Indian River Antique Mall in Melbourne me and my wife come here to unwind. Occasionally a bike ride is a must. Amazing place to put things in perspective.

I love this place! So big and vibrate. There are so many creatures to see and all seem to be friendly and sociable. A bunch of lakes and a library to boot. I would recommend coming here just to hang out or go for a walk. Theres also a cute park and event center for if you have to use the restroom.

If you love to watch birds turtles ANF fish this is your park several benches and nice playground for the children

Even with all the construction in the area, the animals still love this area!

They havent been maintaining it while Hickory is under construction.

My daughter loves this park. We always have a blast playing with the geese. Enjoying the sunset.

Nice and yes alot of homeless ppl but put yourself in their shoes. Instead of judging them. Its still a beautiful park and homelessness isnt contagious and mostly they dont bother anyone. #less to judge more to love#JESUS CHRISTS WAY

Ok park but way too many homeless people to try to walk around. Some of them are aggressive

This park is beautiful with lots of wildlife. Unfortunately that wildlife leaves behind lots of presents. The homeless population is pretty abundant here also but they keep to themselves. Its heartbreaking.The Fee Ave Library and the Melbourne Auditorium are both right there too if you want to make a day of it.

Wonderful park next to the public library. Only thing to be careful of is the homeless that hang out at the bus stop.

Great place for Pokemon stops for Pokemon Go. Plenty of stops close by as well.

Going through my van and shaking out roaches with manisha in library parking lot. It was so hot out side. Appreciate my sober friend.

This park at one time was so beautiful and nice to go to. But the upkeep has gone down hill. Many homeless people there and its heartbreaking to see.

Its a very pretty park, but there seems to be a very high population of homeless or vagrants in the area. I was approached by three people asking for handouts. Go during the day, dont go alone, and keep any valuables in your car out of sight.

My wife and I walked around the park recently when we encountered a group of people who thought feeding the birds was a delightful idea. Suddenly all h*ll broke loose and we were mobbed by a raucous gang of feathered friends hell - bent on getting their fair share of gluten. Its a nice place and very peaceful until well-meaning but idiotic people do idiotic things like this. Please do not feed the wildlife and everything will be as it should be...a peaceful park for everyone to enjoy.

My kids love to come here to feed the ducks and then play on the playground, but they are always a little weary because theres always a group of homeless people hanging around.

We love it!

About 10 homeless people were sleeping at talking under the pavilion and trees about 50 ft away from the playground.
