With a name like Big Chicken they have to do better, one front end person for so much work. We dont need to wear out anyone out in these times, tiredness can take a toll on the immune system. Visited it today, that poor guy was doing so much, running like a chicken without a head.

Just came through the drive thru and ordered a mashed potato bowl. The cheese was molded! I took the bowl into the restaurant and the manager tried to tell me it was coke slaw. I asked her to smell the food but she refused. It was sour! She wouldn’t give me a full refund because my baby had ate one of the chicken littles out of his meal. I will never come back here!! I wished I could give them a negative star instead of one star!

The Big Chicken improved a lot after the remodel, but that only lasted so long. It is horrible again. The service is terrible/non-existent, and they have gotten the order wrong many times. Not worth it.

Orders in the drive through are consistently wrong. Wth. Simple to check a order.

The chicken was well seasoned and warm. I purchased the $20 fill up. The only issue I had was the mashed potatoes were half full. This was a family meal. I was not happy about that. So if they were I wouldve given 5 stars.

We can always count on a great food and quick service experience at The Big Chicken!

Big Chicken is not only an icon, but a place to grab delicious food as well. The new donut and chicken strips meal is fantastic. May sound crazy, but a little bit of the donut icing and some honey mustard go perfectly on the chicken strips. Found out by accident and then started doing it on purpose. NOT with the donut, just the icing, honey mustard on a donut, yuck. Anyways their bowls are really good as well if you dont want donuts.

Just pulled up to Kentucky fried Chicken and they are out of original chicken and there wont be any more ready for another 18 minutes. The manager on duty should be ashamed its called projection projection projection you should not wait till the last minute to fry chicken it has a mile turn left on South Marietta parkway you know youre running out so be prepared and make some more 30 minutes before you run out!

The chicken is huge! It’s a large scale chicken replica that sits on the top of the KFC in Ga. it’s the first KFC in the area! It moves as well, the beak on the chicken opens and closes as the eye rotates around! It’s pretty cool!! If you are in the area you really can’t miss it coming down the road!!

Efficient drive thru service. Food was good & hot.

Food was hot and cooked thoroughly, however several pieces of chicken where BURNT ON THE BOTTOM SIDE. We ordered at the drive-thru and was handled in a timely manner. The boy who was working the window did not have gloves or a.facemask and took the amount due, have us the drink and food that was ordered...but never so much as asked if we needed anything else or said thAnk you, have a good evening....just handed us the change and shut the dive-thru window....I would not have even thought of writing this review simply based on the food but since the drive-thru worker made us feel like we could care less that you have chose to spend you money at our establishment attitude... I felt that I should. With all that is happening currently in the world and our city and places closing and employees being laid off or terminated because a business is closing their doors due to not having enough customers to cover the overhead... I felt that this should be brought to customers and management attention... Especially when there are people who would gladly take that same job position, as the young man who basically disregarded us as unimportant ...and. make the customers that they encountered feel as though they were the most important customer ever.

Theyre Nashville hot is too greasy and a chicken does not seem like its fresh to hard to bite. Not my pick.

Greay place to visit! The atmosphere is very nostalgic. Good KFC chicken, but, in my opinion, a little pricey. 12 piece meal with 3 sides and biscuits cost $31.49.

The Big Chicken is what the name of this landmark is. THE BIG CHICKEN!!! It was a awesome landmark to visit while visiting Atlanta Georgia. Make sure you see this place and at the same time enjoy some FRIED chicken.

I received 2 mashed potato bowls with no chicken. The gentleman stated that they were out of popcorn chicken and I asked if he could substitute and just throw in a chicken finger. I thought he said he would be able to do so apparently not?!?! Terrible

I love the new up grades, and the 5$ full up is such a good deal. Also i love that they sell novelty items. The socks are the cutest.

The first KFC location to have the Kernel as the chef. The food is fresh, fast and hot. The Custer service is on point and the place M is very clean, as well as, inviting.

The craft soda selection was nice hereThe Mac and cheese was simply put, bad. Cant hold a candle to CFAs. Much like many of the sides here.Seemingly the only redeeming quality of this big chicken is its, well, chicken.It was reasonably moist and juicy, and was well seasoned.

The only good thing about my experience at the big chicken is that there was fried chicken in the bag. Ordered a chicken bowl and received a one piece chicken box with a hard dried out biscuit. Unfortunately, you have to check your order before you leave the window. Asked for extra napkins and got 2. Really helpful with the greasy overcooked scrawny chicken I got. I wouldnt recommend the big chicken to someone I didnt like. And there ya go.

This is an iconic place in Atlanta. The facility is very nice looking, its walls are made out of reclaimed wood, painted in barn red. The food is about the same quality as other KFCs.

They are doing a good job thanks for the upgrades also. Keep working hard guys

One of the better KFC Franchises around. A true Landmark. Many times directions in this area might include Turn at the Big Chicken. Go inside and see some of the historical pictures of this chicken joint. Originally it was built as Browns Chicken. The chicken’s eyes rolled, it’s beak moved and it’s wings flapped. It may have lost it’s flap in old age, but the other parts work.

Mac and cheese for these boys was excellent. Very clean restraunt.ample parking and easy access. Friendly clerks.

The chicken is always good. The friendliness of the staff is hit or miss. Today was good. I wish they had both Coke and Pepsi products

I eat KFC a lot. Some great, some good, some Ill never go back.This was one of the best in a looong time. Service was pleasant, polite and prompt. Food was perfect.First time back to The Big Chicken in 40 years. Now that I live just down the road...

Food is great and pretty quick service.

Costumers service training needed asap.. no one to greet us for almost 4 mins..there needs to be a bell on the entrance door or at the register..the person preparing drive through food should not have to walk from the back to provide service to the front. Good was great!!

Shyanne in the drive through last night was SO rude. Beyond disrespectful, she literally yelled at me for no reason. & all of my food was cold and the chicken taste old ! Never coming back.

Its the Big Chicken and thats about it. Sorry but the quality of food and service at KFC has gone down. Fries were ice cold and the chicken on the sandwich was tough like it had been sitting for quite some time. Service and quality are not consistent. Its your money, spend it wisely. If its wrong make them correct it or get a refund and go elsewhere.

Stopped in by happenstance and didn’t realize it was special. Great sit down restaurant for a fast food place. Staff was very friendly and the chicken and waffles were very good.

The Big Chicken is one of a kind. Its an historic building where you can get good fried chicken, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. I liked the Big Chicken in many ways and the employees were nice and helpful. Ill be back and next time I might try extra crispy chicken. Now, finally, I can say Ive been to the Big Chicken, a highlight of Marietta.

I was impressed. Inside Theres a life size statue of the colonel holding a bucket of chicken. Extremely large establishment. Theres memorabilia for purchase such as tee shirts, cups, water bottle etc. The best Kentucky fried chicken Ive been to.

Best KFC in the area. So clean and friendly staff. Also a cute little gift shop.

There was not a long wait during LUNCH Hours, as with some other places. The order was correct and hot. The staff was very efficient.

Excellent service and food as usual. I especially liked the remodeled upgrades, and Im BIG on cleanliness. That was a plus. I also was able to miss any potential lunch or rush hour. Win, win, win.

Well now I have done it... eaten at the landmark to cluck all landmarks... The Big Chicken. It was an experience to actually go inside after all these years. There is a real nice KFC down below and the food was pretty darn good too. Now that one is off the bucket list. Stop by and check it out for your self.

Ambiance is great BUT they are poorly ran. When we arrived there were only about 3 tables being occupied. We ordered at 1:09 and did not get our food until 2:30..and that was after we went to the counter to ask what was going on. During that time loads of people had come and the place was packed. Many who came after us were already eating. The manager had the nerve to say they had a lot of people. Huh?! Our response was that hardly anyone was there when we first came in. We ordered to eat in and they put our food in bags TO GO..again, over an hour later. None of that was what we requested. Some of the chicken was not cooked thoroughly either. It was bad enough that the order taker was very abrupt and in such a rush... Again when hardly anyone was in there .. then for them to Lose or overlook our entire $35.00 order and behave nonchalantly about it?! The biscuits were soggy like someone tried to cook them in a microwave and the Mac n cheese and green beans were lukewarm.Now the ppl down the street with the spotted cow mascot would have NEVER allowed that kind of piss poor service, funky attitudes and poorly cooked food to happen in their place and even the slightest delay would have had them offering a free sandwich or something. But not the BIG Chicken bunch. Can you say LOSERS ALL AROUND.Well never go back and I will tell everyone I know about this experience which Im going to rate simply as Horrible so I can keep my comments clean. Simply stated THEY SUCK!!!!

The Big Chicken Is a must see if You are in the area in like odd things. This is deathly one of the kind Kentucky Fried Chicken like youre never going to see anywhere else in the country. They get some really cool soda fountains inside to worth all natural soda and all kinds of different stuff.

Newly remodled nastalgic landmark tourist attraction. The eye balls and beak move up m down. parking lot is small, food is great and greasy. I bought a big chicken coffee mug for $5.

IF YOU DINE IN YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE STUBBORN SODA AND PEPSI SELF SERVE MACHINES due to the pandemic but over all the service was great and the food fresh.

For 5$ and 30 cents, I got the 3 PC chicken tender fill up. True to its name it filled me up. It tasted good and didnt take long at all. I would recommend if you need something fast and cheap. And it was pretty cool eating at one of Georgias attractions.

I could consist my diet entirely on the big chicken and I wouldnt frown for the rest of my life, granted my life wouldnt go on for more than a few weeks, but itd be the best two weeks imaginable. Their chicken tastes like home, and their biscuits taste like Patriotism. Definitely a worthy stop to eat..

KFC has long been a family favorite. Unfortunately they changed the receipt or my taste have changed because I do not like as much as I once did

I visited around 9 p.m. on a Sunday and received hard, old, and cold chicken. I also was missing a side that was paid for extra. Im good from now on.

KFC is always good and this location is pretty fun. You can tune into a private radio station to hear the chicken tell corny jokes while youre in the parking lot. We like it.

Loves the Chicken Pot pie cloudy day; especially, when the 2 for $6 deal is on . . . Gets one for self and another for that special someone . By the by this place cleaned up really well since the last 2-3 years.

Love passing by this landmark when Im driving in the area on 41, as it is definitely a sight to behold. Locals will even use it sometimes when giving directions to people, as it is by far one of the most popular and noticeable places in Marietta. Havent been in the actual KFC location itself though, so cant really comment on the food quality here.

Very nice ambiance, KFC tourist attraction. Chicken however taste nothing like the Colonels original recipe.

915pm plenty of time before this place closes and I ordered 5 piece tenders. What I received was 5 nugget sized rocks. Unable to eat because they were bricks. Employees just want to go home, no customer service here. The big chicken is nice to look at, the food every time is sub par though.
