When this place is open it is the best in town. My children have gone multiple times every summer over the last 10 years.

Marietta Aquatic Center is a family friendly place that is not only convenient but also affordable. There is something for all ages here and the zero depth is great for toddlers as they can walk right into the water without the fear of steps or anything. We will definitely be making this a regular place on our list of pools.

Great experience. The staff was truly helpful when one of my little ones scraped his knee on the splash ground. The facility is so clean and updated. I loved how I could enjoy myself lounging by the baby pool and my other kids could go where ever they pleased. My oldest boy spent a couple hours attempting to complete the obstacle course while my 7 year old went on the slides. My 3 year old spent the day on the pirate ship while I watched. The lifeguard did a great job of explaining to the kids what they did wrong and why it was dangerous. On top of all of this they have very reasonable prices on admission and food. We will be coming back soon. The only thing i would recommend is that the concession offer a couple healthier options.

My toddlers always love the pirate ship. They enjoy going and playing and the slides on it. My wife enjoys a place where she can sit in the water and enjoy it while keeping an eye on the kids and the lazy river is a nice little float around. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I only wish it was a little more affordable comparitively.

The lifeguards are super sweet and caring. My three children had such a fun time! There was something for everyone to do. Such a great place for families! Overall, such a great experience

Hop out of the water, off the concrete and just lay in the grass and watch the clouds roll by.

Was a really nice pool. The fountains were great to cool off in. The slides were a lot of fun. The lazy river looked interesting. The only downside was that I dont think it had any place in the pool that was over five feet deep.

Good size and plenty of play options for a family. Has lap lanes, has slides and a smaller kids play and water spray area. Seems maintained well. Concession prices are average. If you want comfort though prepare to pay what seems to be a high price for the cabana areas in contrast to their reasonable admission prices.

Good prices, nice place. Only downfall was the not so nice staff and life guards. Everytime I went to get something from concessions they would say it wasnt available then as soon as I walk away they was giving it to the person behind me. My son had a marvelous time though.

We spent most of the day here only got to swim for 45 minutes and waited 3 hour on thunder that wasnt even close would have had 40 minutes to swim still, we had kids who waited patiently all that time to swim one more time before closing at 6 when they told us we had to leave at 5:15 at this point there was still over 45 people waiting to get in, no clouds in site and we drove over an hour and a half to spend the day here this is just ridiculous and I wont be bringing my business back also wont recommend this place to others like I normally would!! After reading the other reviews I also think the all staff needs a attitude check, they was very rude, like no one even wanted to be there even before the thunder!

The atmosphere waa awesome! The only complaint, the lazy river was anything but. Could have been longer and less congested. I kept bumping into other floaters. As well as the ones behind me kept bumping me. Other than that, great experience. Concessions were good, good experience overall.

I liked the place really well. The only thing I would fix, would be how the lifeguards treat people, an stop just assuming something is going on. I really would come back but they need yo do something about there lifeguards an there attitudes,before they catch someone on a bad day an then something shouldnt..

My favorite pool! only $7 for an adult and concessions are cheap too! not too crowded making it easier to keep your eye on children and staff is very nice!

$7.00 per adult $5.00 per child place is great for kids, they have cabanas if u want them. If you want seating show up early. They have a snack bar cash only.

I bring grandkids here when they are in town. All generations have a good time here. I personally love the lazy river.

My fiancee and I took our baby, and they wouldnt allow her in a lot of areas, which were designed for kids. The facility is nice enough, but the staff has ensured I will never come here again. Not only would they not allow her into lazy River and other spots, they were rude about it. Fire them, or teach them manners

Huge water park. Very fun place packed with kids.

We always have a great time. Little pricey though. It is always at least a 30.00 plus day for the three of us.

I brought my daughter here the last two days and was very impressed. There are no less than eight lifeguards at specific places around the pool and rotate positions on a regular schedule. Plus, the lifeguards keep the trash cans emptied. The snack bar has nice options at good prices. Nice big slides for kids and adults, plus there is plenty of shallow water so you dont have to worry about kids getting in really deep water. Everyone was really nice. Very pleased.

Nice and clean except for the bathrooms. Bathrooms at public pools are typically gross though anyway.

Family-friendly water park with water areas designed for all ages. Get there early to get a good parking spot and a chair. I just wish they had more shaded areas. We will be back!

The pool itself is very nice and refreshing, with that being said the lifeguards are all VERY RUDE. I do not have any good things to say about them. One of the guards(shorter brunette with braces) was extremely rude. Every chance she got, she was rude to everyone she encountered. She, to me and my fiancé actually kicked us and two little girls out of the lazy river for going around twice. She interrupted our conversation about our days at work to tell us we need to get out so we can pass off our tubes when there wasn’t a line waiting to get in. Another Guard (a skinnier more pale guy with red hair and freckles) yelled at a mother and young boy for “running” when the mother picked up her walking pace to grab her boys hand to help him up the stairs to the slide. He also was not kind at all when he would hand off tubes to people in the lazy river. Since he was working the lazy river, we decided not to get in. There were more guards that were still being rude but nothing we cared to pay attention to anymore, we kept to ourselves after our encounters with the two guards. It is a nice facility but they need to get their guards attitudes checked. They blow their whistles like a child with a toy. We would love to go back but not until the attitudes of the workers are checked.

Its a lot smaller than the website makes it look after driving a hour to get there they didnt take debit had to find a atm in a area we didnt know,after another 30-45 mins doing that we finally get in to only then find out you had to pay for a chair or table to sit at .... my kids finally got in the pool for about 10 mins.when they called a 15 min break after that they finally got back in maybe 10 more mins. And they called a safety for weather then being it was already close to closing time they called the day....so my opinion is if you go dont expect to much, bring cash,go early and bring a chair!Oh yeah dont forget sunscreen!!

This is a good place to take the kids and spend the day...but I feel they are expensive because they charge the same price for the whole day as for two hours and I dont feel like that is right. Also unless you ask you dont get the senior prices. Also unless you go to the bathroom before they close you cant get into change or anything. I feel like they should wait until the people are out before they close the bathrooms.

The aquatic center is a great public swimming pool! They have 2 slides, a lazy river, and a regular swimming pool. If youre hungry they have a consession stand with snacks. There are public restrooms/ changing rooms. It can be a great place to spend time with family! You can even host your own party for only $100 an hour!

For what it is, its perfect.Theres not a lot to do in the summer to cool off and this is the perfect place to do just that.Kinda small but has large bathrooms with showers. A well stocked snack bar. Lockers w/ locks available to rent. Plenty of lifeguards. A play area for little swimmers. Two medium to large waterslides and a lazy river.Plus the admission is low so its a value for family fun!!!

Clean. We drove 2 hours thinking it was something bigger but it was still very nice and the kids loved it.

Family night on Fridays from 6 to 8. A family of 8 is only 12 dollars to get in. So gather up gramma, cousins, aunts, and uncles and enjoy the family in the pool or lazy river. Fun games for the whole family!!

Took three of my grandchildren with me, the youngest one is 2, and everyone had a great time, exhausting but fun.

The pools and slides are great! They need more umbrellas, trees, and sun shade. The bathrooms needed a complete overhaul, very gross.

The staff was nice and very friendly. Clean not to far of a drive from belleville w.v. I would definitely go again and not go to the one on south side or in belpre ohio.

We had a blast for my sons 11th birthday, less than $50 for 8 people, 6 kids & 2 adults.

One time visit...beautiful but very vague on fun stuff. No diving boards. Guards seem grumpy.

Its a fun place, although your little ones have to stay in the kid area to wear any type of floatie.

This place is overly strict. They make you get out of the pool at the ladders. Force you to have rafts at the lazy river. The pictures they take of the place are deceiving and the place is over priced for what they have. If I could give it a zero star I would. Dont waste your money this place is ran by communist. Im surprised you are even allowed to splash in the water.

Would be 5 stars, but like, I wanted to go on the pirate ship. Idc if Im 14. Its important for my development. Maybe people 13 and up can use the pirate ship durring break? Ive never seen a pool have all these attractions, lazy river, slides, kiddy pool, and toddler area, and a splash/wet zone. I recommend bringing the family here. watch the weather, because due to pool rules and safety rules, if they see lightning nearby you have to wait 30mins before getting back in.

Need more shady areas, but otherwise great pool.
