Very well organized and informative. We did a self guided tour. They have a lot of information you can read through. Good for both kids and adults. And oh, they do have a donation box, but it is free to visit the museum.

We had a blast! There is currently a mask requirement and social distancing signs up. Sanitizer stations are available as well. It isnt a large museum but it is packed with amazing history and memorabilia. The artifacts have been kept in pristine condition and the gift options afterwards are high quality and fairly priced. While we visited, several calls came in and we witnessed the speed of the MFD! Thanks for a great day and your civil service!

It is very interesting. And gives us a glimpse of the firemens hard and sacrificed work. They even have an area where you can purchase some fun items. Very educational

Cute little fire museum. The self guided tour is fine but it is a bummer that you cant touch any of the old fire trucks. Its hard to take kids in there and expect that. Nonetheless, a great little museum about fire history. You should go at least once.

Kind of on the small side, but well worth the stop! It is an actual fire house with a musuem! The emergency responders were as friendly as they come. The fire house was very clean, easy to navigate and such a neat activity for my 4 year old.

Small museum with 3 trucks on display and several shelves of memorabilia. Its no Smithsonian, but its free, well-maintained, and the kids had a great time which is the point.

This museum has a wonderful collection of fire fighting equipment and even an engine from 1835! The information covers the history of the area and is well done. There is even a corner dedicated to the emergency people on September 11 and their dedication that awful day. There is no fee, but do take donations. Well worth your time.

I took a class of twelve 4 year old to the museum on a field trip. We scheduled the trip in advance and they provided our class with two tour guides to walk us through the exhibit, share stories, and answer questions. They were amazing guides!Because of the positive experience with the field trip I soon after brought my daughter (age 4) to the Marietta Fire Museum. She was very excited to get a chance to see the trucks both new and old close up.The museum is small and so it doesnt take long to walk though which makes it a perfect place to stop at on your trip into the Downtown Marietta area.

Free, small ... not worth the drive from town unless your kids obsessed with fire trucks but is old enough to not touch. Mine had more fun stopping at my local fire station and getting a personal tour of the firehouse and truck.... we layer went to this museum and he asked to leave and go back
