Very nice inner city park. Lucien Gosselin statue is a very fine example of his work.

This park used to be overrun by the homeless population which is very sad however new laws protect the fact that we get our Parks back and clean. Enjoy a sit-down without being bombarded and asked for food or money.They also did a cleanup of any and all syringes or drug paraphernalia that had been left behind.

My favorite park in Manchester despite the monuments to imperialist aggression. i like to take my dog here and let her run around, and the art installation with the blue trees is really cool

This park along with most of the other Parks are basically controlled by the homeless. This is not a part you want to bring your children to. Average citizens cant enjoy the park or just being apart anymore.

Nice park! We went there for a Rally & it was easy to find & plenty of parking in the nearby lot or on the street. Green grassy area was largely shaded, big enough for a picnic & a game of frisbee!

Every time I go by this park I have great memories I had as a kid. My grandmother would bring me here all the time! I loved this park as a kid!!

So Victory park is looking good these days. The flowers are beautiful this time of year, have been well kept and its in a revitalized area of the city. Parking is easy around there and its a nice place to put blanket/beach chair down and read for a bit from the book you checked out at the Manchester public library just a stones throw away. There are a few characters that will pass by for people watching and if you need real food theres tons of delicious restaurants nearby. Ben and Jerrys is on Elm St just another block away to top off a nice afternoon at victory park!

Excellent thanks but the Park needs to be cleaned up more often due to broken glass.

The park is very beautiful! But its not really a place you would want to take your kids! But the library is across the street and it is amazing place!

A pretty park next to the library. The park is normally fairly clean when we go as well.

They fixed up park nice and its already getting ruined by the type of people that are hanging out there.cause they have no wheres else to go so maybe its time to make a place for the homeless people to be then just hanging outside all day and night.

If you dont mind the homeless --it is a nice event park and for a quick sit in the shade it is great-- if you dont mind the homeless. In you face homelessness, greasy cardboard signs, I like to reach behind me like im going for my wallet and just as their eyes light up... i turn and walk away.......

There has been much improvement to this park over the last year. Nearly $300,000 in renovations in the park and looking beautiful! The local police department has done a wonderful job at keeping the homeless and rowdy crowds out of the park over the last year!

This park looks a lot better and is a lot more safer thanks to the city police department and the City municipal works at the park is now looked a lot better I think this park looks great and Beautiful cuz it makes the library stand out which is also an historical place I recommend this part two people now this should be a place where people should be able to go and rest and enjoy nature

The city does try to keep the park clean there is a lot of homeless people that live there the police do kick them out a lot they do have great Memorial in there

Pretty, but not necessarily safe. Folks who need a place to be hang out here. Right next to the public library. Nice monument and stone steps.

Went to a Trans Rally in Victory Park. Good think it was Sunday or there wouldnt have been any parking.
