Beautiful place. Great place to bring the family. 400 achres of trail to walk on, playground for kids to play on, in summer theres a swimming pool. Great place for a family picnic in summer. Its worth a visit if youve never been there before.
I love Livingston Park because of the multiple ways to enjoy it. The walking trail around the pond, the playgrounds, the track which is also great for walking. In general the park is very clean, sometimes small bits of trash can be found however nothing intrusive.
Great walk around the lake/pond. They have a playground for the kids too. Just wish it had longer trails.
This park has alot to offer. There is an extensive playground for children of all ages. There is a nice pond with a hiking trail and many ballfield and open spaces. Parking was adequate and the downtown location made this a very positive experience. Will visit again.
This park is beautiful. Wooded trails to walk on with water features. A little lake for fishing. Connected to a play ground. You can sit and enjoy nature or walk and enjoy.Bathrooms available that have hours 6am to 8pm. Facilities are always clean.
I love Livingston Park because of the multiple ways to enjoy it. Beautiful weather to go out and take a stroll in nature.
Was in New Hampshire for a soccer tournament.. Loved the park.. A nice walking path around a nice pond. Very clean area with restrooms
Great park. Used to take the kids to the. pools. They loved the rain umbrella. Great walk path around the pond. Close to McIntyre ski area. Plenty of parking, ball fields and kids playground too.
Great playground for the kids and a nice walking trail or jogging trail around the pond. Search for frogs and look for the elusive giant turtle that has said to have been seen
Great place to get out of the city without getting out of the city. The trail around Dorrs pond is an easy, 1-mile loop thats great for walking or running and offers several benches where you can sit, rest or just pause and look out at the water. Tree canopies keep the trail shady and pleasant on the hottest of summer days.
Fun for the kids and adults alike. Just getting in shape, also perfect and a huge pool!
Clean, well maintained trail, park benches are in good shape, the bathrooms are clean, the play structure is well maintained, all in all an excellent Park with ready access from all of Manchester and Hookset
Its a great place to bring the family. We walk around the path then go to the playground after. The path is beautiful and we liked reading along the way.
Perfect place to walk the dogs, and gives the feeling of being in the woods. Awesome trails for cyclists, which are much more challenging for hikers than the normal trail, but the normal trail is very peaceful and has a wooden walkway near a brook.
Nice quiet Park my co-workers meet there once a month its enjoyable.
Generally in good shape but track and grounds need some work.
I like to walk the mile loop around Dorrs Pond. The loop is mostly shade which is a godsend on hot summer days. Dogs are allowed to take the walk with you. They can even partake in playing in the pond. You can run or even ride your bike. The pond offers fishing and non-motor boats such as kayaks and canoes to be used. The one mile loop also has benches around the pond if you need a rest or want to take in the view. You can usually find parking easily, but it does depend on the time of day. By Dorrs Pond there is a very nice playground for kids. It has benches and picnic tables there as well.On the other side of Livingston Park there is a city pool and fields for sports. The pool is nice but make sure you read the rules and times.
Livingston park is quite beatification and very well maintained. It is clean, safe, and has a great balance of popularity and crowds, leaving plenty of room to enjoy. The nature trails are beautiful, with good variety to them and plenty of benches for those who need them.
Beautiful park for all ages. The foliage today was amazing.
Was a beautiful day to celebrate my granddaughters birthday kids had a great time park is beautiful
Its a great place kids can play then go for a lil hike
It was a really nice experience I like it there I just think that there should be more seating area cuz there was a lot of people looking for a place to sit
This is the best place to get a leisurely stroll in! My son absolutely loves it!
A nice place to take the fog or the kids. A nice walk around the pond.
Pleasant 1 mile hike with lots of little side trails to explore. Bring the kids and the dog.
Great walking, scenic quiet woods, great okay area for young children and fishing for older children.
Great park love it for me and my son
Everting is good except the fishing area . Trail, grounds, play area, swimming pool . Awesome place .
Nice walk around but very quick.
Have always had a good time here
Very clean park eith plenty of sest, clean bathrooms, fields, and a great playground!
Great playground, nice pool, and the nature trail is well maintained and pretty cool.
Pretty nice not very many needles and seem like the homeless were somewhere else this time but nobody cleaned up after them.
Nicely kept circular trail. Great for a run or dog walk, very easy, wide & clear with benches to sit. Gets very busy at certain times of day.
Not the best park but overall a great place to spend the day; just need someone to regularly clean the grounds.
My kids had a blast here and I enjoyed the trail around the pond.
Great place to walk and bring your pets.
Love to walk the 1.1 mile trail around the pond.
We are from Boston and have family further up in New Hampshire and love to meet in the middle at Livingston Park. We just had our 3yo birthday party there because it has something for everybody. Usually plenty of parking, the little kids love the playgrounds and we do the big waking look around the pond. Our 3yo was asleep before we pulled out of the parking lot which is always a sign of a good park!
Beautiful park. Lots of things to do. We ended up walking around the lake, which is a total of 1 mile. Short easy terrain with views of the lake. Watch out for dog poop... some people man.
Beautiful boardwalks around a pond. Ducks and happy dog walkers abound! Great place to enjoy a little nature in the city.
This park has it all! Playground, wooded walking trails, athletic fields, public pool, a track and public bathrooms ( the bathrooms are not always open). In the winter, the city will sometimes open the pond for skating.
It is relaxing and has a lot to do.
Love this place you can walk around the peaceful lake and the kids can play o n the great playground! During the summer they have a very big pool with waterside. All so a big track to run on and fields everywhere.. public bathrooms are avilable.
Nice quite walk around the pond
Very accessible for people and great place for sports
Beautiful park!! Love the trail to walk! Nice playground very clean! The pool is nice!
Great atmosphere to experience m...
I love going to Livingston Park! Theres a park for the kids or check out the nature trail. I enjoy walking around or just sitting and relaxing.
Great paths to walk, run or ride. Family friendly and great little park for kids of all ages.
I love this Park quite and beautiful
Great place beautiful waterfalls
We have been celebrating our Easter here for 2 years running!!
Nice park for playing, walking/athletics, or viewing nature. Also has a variety of areas/amenities such as picnic tables, playgrounds, & restrooms. A little busy/crowded-feeling at times (which is to be expected in the city) but still pretty quiet, scenic, & relaxing.
This park is great for walking! It has a nice trail that loops around in a circle. The playground is nice and there are plenty of swings and play structures for a lot of kids to share. The only thing I wish it had was a more clean bathroom!
Ive always enjoyed the walk here. Well maintained. Not to long, not to short. Scenic all seasons. Ducks hang out in the pond. Great place for a picnic, if people would pick up after themselves:( Public bathrooms available, not outhouses. The bathrooms are a little beat up but useable. Playground active with children. Manchester public pool next door.Update: June, 2020; Still an enjoyable walk! Listening to birds, seeing chipmunks and a family of ducks, people fishing and on their canoes. Moderately busy. Picked up, but, trash cans were overflowing.Bathrooms were closed.
A beautiful and clean park. There is a trail, small lake, playground, pool and plenty of space.
Great walking trails around a small pond.
Nice trail around the pond
Good place to run track and on some trails around the pond. Easy walking. Lots of people walk there pets but the trail around the pond is wide and easy to avoid bumping into others. Bathrooms are generally well taken care of and open early morning.
This one mile gravel loop around Dorrs Pond is a largely shaded, well traveled, much needed reprieve in the city. Please respect it. Pick up your trash!
Great parks lots to offer
A very well developed trail. Constant seating areas. Play grounds. Always clean.
This is an excellent park with lots of parking, a playground for kids, restrooms, a pond for fishing, a one mile path around the pond and lots of friendly folks! I spent seven weeks in Manchester and used the path daily. I highly recommend the park, which is great for runners, walkers and all others!
Perfect for any age to go. Kids like the playground. There’s picnic tables if you want to bring your lunch. Public bathrooms are clean, and the well groomed trails around Dorrs Pond is a marked mile long with benches if a person would like to take a little break from walking, or just want to relax looking out at the pond at the ducks
Clean, well kept. Nice people. Large playground for all age groups of children. Nice trails to walk. A long tral around the entire lake used for walking, family enjoyment and joggers.
Really good area to take the family. A little something for everyone. From a pool with a slide for the kids, a large pond with surrounding trails for mom and dad ( and family dogs too) and a really good playground for the younger kids.
Great park. Always lovely to visit.
Beautiful park. Hike around the serene pond
Great park for a walk or to clear your head. Also playground
Beautiful place, to take family
This park is perfect. It is by far the nicest park in Manchester. I love that there is a very well maintained 1 mile loop around Dorrs Pond that makes you feel like youre miles away from the city. And if you like to explore, there are a few mini excursions off the beaten path. This park is great for kids, and dogs. The playground is nice. They have a pool, bathrooms, fishing, ice skating in the winter, etc. Love it!
Considering the covid mess its still a nice park to chill in.
Great place for soccer- pick-up or organized!
Good place to walk but the staff does not take care of the customer properly
The shaded trail is nice.
I love the walking trail its very clean and nice. Just walked my dogs here they have to be on leash but theres nice paths looks like they did a lot of work on the trail to make boardwalks and bridges for better walking. Theres a nice lake here you can walk down to easily w lily pads and frogs lots of other dog walkers people walking, lots of fun
Great place but the staff does not take care of the customer properly
Really nice place. Beautiful pool. I just wish they posted the actual hours you could swim right there on the web page. It says open 7am - 9pm, but they don’t really point out that resident swimming starts at 1:00pm unless you look carefully. There’s a nice sign 20 feet off the ground that says that at the pool. There’s a running track and a walk around Dorr’s Pond that is one mile.
Great place to spend time with that special someone
So beautiful!
Great place to walk!
Be there were no longer be the best known for her own people to do with anything else youd like to do with anything else youd like to do with anything else that I have a lot to do with anything else that I can think is best known neither time hometown
Good walk but the trail was littered with trash
Really great place to walk..jog..walk your dog. Water area..not the best but works. Bird watching area on deck along walkway..1 mile continuous walk area.. My wife and I use it..Nice parking area.. Can fit a small motor home ..nothing over 20ft. No trailers..No hookups.. Some picnic tables.. Not a really busy or crowded area..Short travel from Manchester..
Always a nice walk even with the kids... Just wish people could be. Responsible with their dogs waste.
A gem of a park right in Manchester. Great swimming pool offering everything from toddler area with sprays to a swimming address with a water slide. There is a baby playground area, separate toddler area and big kids structure. There is a nice hike around dorrs pond which is less than a mile in length, and league baseball and soccer fields. Cap it so of with an ice cream across the street at Puritan.
