I had so much fun for that being my FIRST escape room. And im glad that they offered to solve it so i wouldnt be wondering where we went wrong. I cant wait until im free to do another. Staff was so kind and willing to help out with hints if needed.

So me and my family were doing stranded and the person we had was Gwen. She never showed us how the locks worked and she never paid attention to us when we needed help. We got stuck on an lock over over ten minutes because we couldn’t figure out how to restart it, because she never showed us! Then when she came in she couldn’t do it either and we said a lot of times that we needed help on how to restart it and she never did until the 10 minutes past. She was very rude with it and gave my cousin lots of attitude. It made the experience not so good. Also when we had 5 minutes left we were asking for help and she never helped us because she left and never told the new person where we were and that really sucked. Gwen was rude and unpleasant and I definitely won’t come back if she is working

I went for the “Stranded” escape room and we were never taught about the locks and we were never taught what we could touch or what we could move. Then when we were doing the lock boxes we could not figure out how to do the locks and wasted 10 minutes on trying to do the locks which made the experience less fun. When asking for hints by the end we had no reply or assistance because the employee Gwen left the camera where she needs to help us from and we had no one to help. I would not go back to lok’d if Gwen is my game master.

This was the first time ever doing an escape room. The directions were clear and the employees were nice. Everything was clean and good. Some things didnt work as well like the dollar thing which set us back awhile trying to get it open. It was fun and Id do it again

We’ve done two of their rooms at this location. Our first room, and our first ever escape room, went very well and we had a good time. Our second room here, their hardest, was much more difficult. I think this is to do with some worn equipment - nonetheless we managed to work our way our. I think LOK’d was is a good place to start out doing escape rooms. Their staff was very welcoming and made the scenarios fun.

Very unprofessional. Called around 4:30pm and was told there was multiple spots available for two different escape rooms. Show up around 6:30pm to find store is closed when it’s listed as 9pm for Friday. I proceeded to call store number three times. First time was a young female that hung up. Second time was a male that said they’re were closed for winter. Third time same male answered phone and pretended to be dominos pizza and when asked to speak to manager I was hung up on.

It was a really fun place to go and was my first ever escape room experience. Check in was super easy and quick. The theme of the room was really fun and different.

We have been here 3 times. All have been entertaining and challenging. A storyline to follow. Lots of fun! I would highly recommend it.

This is the best escape room I have been in so far. The service is great and you even get unlimited clues if you want. I chose The Lost Soul and it is great for beginners. The puzzles are not to easy but not that hard. I really do suggest LOKd! If your looking for a good escape room.

Our 10 year old son wanted to do an escape room for his birthday and he loves magic, so we were thrilled when we found The Magician escape room at LokD. We had a blast as a family (2 adults, 3 kids (ages 12,10 & 8) and the staff could not have been more amazing. Carly was our LokD master and was so friendly and accommodating. She even gave us a few extra minutes to escape because she knew we were so close and she could see that the kids were working so hard to solve the clues. Carlys kindness and encouragement made our day! Thank you for providing a great adventure for our family!

Escaped from Stranded - The room was a first generation escape room (puzzles and locks) with some nifty decor and a fully functioning juke box that would help one reminisce about the 1950s. The puzzles were fun. It loses a star for the use of a puzzle box. Besides being tricky, some puzzle boxes require some forceful TLC which in the world of waivers, escape artists dont necessarily feel welcomed to put forth until instructed how by the gamemaster. Katie was a great gamemaster.

A good time filled with difficult puzzles to solve.

The entire team was extremely accommodating and down to earth. The room was awesome (The Lost Soul) and two room masters we had were witty, friendly, and informative. Great time!

Went to the magician escape room. It was really fun! Clues were not too easy and the staff was great! I will certainly be back.

Ive never done an escape room. This was a very unique and fun experience with my boyfriend. A one of a kind place Lokd is. The girl who was in charge of our room (I cant believe I forgot her name) was so sweet and explained everything clearly for us to understand how an escape room works. I will go to more escape rooms and I will be coming back to lockd next time we visit NH.

The room was fun. An AI was there to give out hints as well as staff. Funny resolution to the story. Only complaint that I would have is that the room was fairly dark; it was hard to see some of the locks. The staff let us finish even when our time ran out which is a first that Ive seen throughout my 3 escape rooms that Ive tried. Overall, great experience!

I have done escape rooms before and this one was great. Me and my associates did the mystery room and it was a great time. Great for building chemistry for teams and companies who want to come out for a great time and put brain power to good use. The room we participated in had a great ending and we were pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. I recommend this to all.

It was not what we expected, was paired with another family who spoke in their native language with each other so it was difficult to solve the puzzle.

I have to say Lokd really cares about their customers which is a quality that I dont see much in a company nowadays. They were quick to resolve an issue and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one. We did the Magician Room and our Game Master was fantastic! My kids and I had a great time and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend to anyone.

A group of friends headed over on a Friday night. She was getting ready to close really because they had no reservation. She did not hesitate she said come on it. The room was one of the hardest ones I have ever done. We had a great time.

Fantastic experience footer the whole family. And the staff is phenomenal!

We wasted 20 minutes on the first clue because it was broken. The worker, Ashleigh, had to come in and write down the clue for us and took the box to open it. She had it a while before bringing it back in. She even told us that it didn’t work properly and that the group before us handled it roughly.

The Vault was the second Escape Room my girlfriend and I did. We brought two friends who had never done one. The four of us escaped with 3 minutes to spare. Great puzzles, and helpful staff. Ill be coming back for their next theme room.

Loved it, great first escape room experience. Walked you through it, let you solve it and gave tips when asked. Friendly and clever.

It was OK. The room had a number of technical issues. The video for the room didnt work. The microphone wasnt working. The intro really didnt address a lot of typical things like what type of locks were in the room.

My review is on the quality of the room relative to the other 20+ rooms I have done. Always fun, but game masters were not very engaging and the room had some tech challenges. Had some good puzzles but standard locks everywhere. Props were kind of cheap and mechanical pieces not hidden super well.

Went here for my daughters birthday, as well as other times. The kids enjoy it every time! Definitely a kid friendly escape room. Some puzzles could stand for better upkeep, but overall, a great place!

It was a really fun time! Even though we were a little handicapped by kids we also made it out.

Did the lost soul room with friends. Easy to book online and the rules of the game are clearly explained at the beginning when you first arrive. Lots of little puzzles to solve to figure out the room. Great experience!

The rooms were a bit too hard and when you asked for a clue you didnt actually get a helpful clue.

I went here for a birthday and i had so much fun. They are completely organized and ready to help.

My husband and I are escape room enthusiasts... arriving at Lokd we were greeted with smiling faces and pleasant words. The staff at this place is amazing!! This is exactly what we love about escape rooms!! We tried all three of the rooms and they all were fantastic!! The puzzles were very well thought out and challenging. The decor was original and very pleasing!! Go on over to Lokd and give it a shot... tell them Team Rabbit sent you!!!

In comparison to other escape rooms, this place needs improvement.

LOKd offers a few different rooms and difficulty levels so its easy to cater to your​ comfort and experience. The room we did was challenging but we never got bored or frustrated due to moderators good timing. These guys put on a good show!

Neat idea, but could use some work, we did the vault and something that was essential to finishing was out of order, twice and it very nearly cost us not completing on time.

What a great place. Ive been to a few escape rooms and this one deff took longer and the puzzles were much more in depth.
