Beautiful park!! Very well maintained. Loved that the playgrounds are fenced in. The playgrounds are very small and I had some unhappy children that there are no slides.

This is a really nice park! The playground area is nice for kids.. they dont have too much, but quite a bit for kids to climb on and some swings.But the wetlands, nature trail is nice! Its by a nice big lake. There are grassy areas you could kick a soccer ball around or throw a football with your child. They have plenty of picnic tables to enjoy an afternoon snack or some lunch and even a grill or two if you wanted to BBQ while there.There are also tennis courts if you play.Overall it is a really nice park!!

It has about eight or ten exercise stations throughout the park which I enjoy also has a boardwalk through the nature bath

I wish the 5+ years age area was covered. The metal equipment gets so hot for kids hands! It would be nice to have a few more benches for the parents to sit and watch the kids play.

Very shaded with a nice boardwalk leading to the lake. Better yet, it is connected to other parks for a longer walk.

Used to play in this park when I was young. Still a good place for children - in fact, probably safer - but now this park looks like it is better equipped for parents and grandparents. It also has a lovely little viewing deck for the lake, which I dont recall being there some 20 years ago.

This park is nice for walking. There is a big open area that would be perfect for a picnic. Although the kid equipment is well maintained and out of the ordinary, it would be better if there was more.

Lots of room for kids to run around and climb. Has a nice walking path near the lake with educational markers throughout. Clean park and restrooms. Great tennis courts.

It’s a great place to bring your kids and love ones or if you want to go strolling on a park not much access at night time but daytime it is open I only been there once and I shall visit soon again. Awesome park, especially for those looking for a park to take little ones to. There are 2 separate playgrounds; one for the bigger kids, and one that was perfect for my baby less than a year. I love that they are gated so I didnt have to worry about him crawling to far away.

Local or tourist this is very much worth a visit.

This is a great park! Its so nice that there are fenced in areas for the kids. There is turf on the ground so you dont need to worry about little ones putting things in their mouth. Lots of shade! The bathrooms are decent also.

We love this park. It has several different play areas for different ages. The baby section doesnt have a lot - two baby swings and three concrete statues of frogs, turtles and lizards, but it has artificial grass and my daughter loves it. The best part is the short nature walk.

Wonderfully neat park. The boardwalk along the lake had enjoyable sights and information plaques on most of the plants seen along the sides.

Played pickleball under lights! Friendly people, great games, and a lot of fun. Thank you Maitland Parks and Rec for setting up nets on Mondays and Wednesdays!

Super park in the winter park area. Features 2 playgrounds. One for small babies to toddlers and the other for older children. Very peaceful park and also has a nice walk by the lake where you can look down at the bog and watch turtles and such. Very picturesque.

Great place to bring children. They have a secure playground area surrounded with fence and a gate. The park also has exercise stations. The park itself is on the bank of Lake Minnehaha.

Worked out with new workout family in Maitland, Eat the Frog. So much fun.

Very well kept. Clean. Childrens playground with swing set, some rope climb equipment, two hard cement made tortoises and boulders keep above 4 engaged with interest. There is a board trailwalk by lakeside to enjoy nature. Two tennis courts too. We had an enjoyable family time until the summer rain threatened to come heavy but ended with a short spell.

The artificial grass was nice. The kids not getting covered in dirt or splinters from wood chips is a big plus. Wish it would have had a slide but overall a great park for climbing and swinging also like the boardwalk with the Lakeview.

Great amount of space and plenty to do. Two playgrounds: one for ages 2-4 and other for ages 5-12. Two tennis courts, a walking path, lake view and lots of shade.

Great place for kids with a lovely little playground. Nice workout stations for all. They should have Clay courts not hard courts for tennis. Also the tennis courts have no shade.

Good place for children

Okay green space, better place for adults. My kids were so bored. I have two almost 5 yo boys and this was not the playground for them. There is a little baby space and 1 piece of bigger kids climbing equipment and a rock. No swings, no slides. After spending like 5 minutes climbing around on the equipment, walking a very short boardwalk to the lake, and going through a tunnel to the other side of Horatio, my kids were ready to leave. We were there not quite 30 minutes with barely any play time. Disappointed.

Lake Minnie haha is a very calming peaceful and and enjoyable place to be. Great spacious park with area for kids, walkers, tennis players and fishers. Fishing dock is nice and shaded just wish the fishing dock was longer.

Nice park, one play area for small kids and one for bigger kids, dog friendly, even has doggy water fountains. It has tennis courts, nice bathrooms, a nice walk way and board walk path with a lake view, their is various excercise stations along the walk way as well.

Went with a 3 yr old, the only thing he could do was swing. Very impractical for little ones.

I went to the park looking for a place to fish. Unfortunately there is very little access to the lake there. There is one small spot where you can cast from but it is shallow and full of eel grass. Not recommended for fishing, in My opinion.

We like the foam ground, instead of mulch, and the unique play structure and rocks. Close to the lake and has exercise/fitness trail. A slide would have made it a 5.

It has swings, jungle gym to really allow children not only to have fun but give them exercise. Theres a lake view thats s as beautiful as the park. I love the trees for the purpose of shade. Theres also a tennis court and signs to give you the map of the park with possible activities to keep fit.
