Always nice to go to this park. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Lots of room for kids to run around and trails so kids can explore. They have a main playground, swings, and a kiddie playground, there is also a tennis court.

Beautiful park with a short boardwalk trail that ends in a neighborhood. There is an exercise trail loop, two playgrounds, tennis courts, and a civic center.

We enjoyed this spacious and well kept park. The grounds are well maintained, and the park has well shaded areas. We have enjoyed events here multiple times for the community. Thanks!

Its a fun place to cut through while biking, especially the dirt trail at night if you feel brave enough!

This is a wonderful little community park with jogging trails, covered pavilions, and a playground. There is beautiful scenery and a nice boardwalk leading to a neighboring community. Well worth a visit.

The service is wonderful.

Very shady park. Not great but ok to walk around. My biggest complaint is the tennis courts. Its my belief that they should be free to the general public. Im quite sure they recieve some sort of federal, state or local taxes. Renting an area to bounce a ball seems selfish.

Very cool park with plenty of shade including a 1/2 mile nature trail and a long boardwalk right off the trail going over a wetland which is also a connector of the maitland bike route as well.

Made reservation for tennis court. Lightning storm, cant play. Refused to give refund. Unreal. Greedy policy.

This is a nice park in a very nice neighborhood but my favorite thing is 1 o’clock in the afternoon there are two police cars here and I don’t know about you but that makes me feel real safe and there’s no mosquitoes

Great community park to take the family. Very quiet, clean and beautiful park . They have racquetball (indoor), tennis courts, basketball courts, playground for kids and probably more that I have not seen. The main building sells snakes and drinks for a reasonable price and also has public restrooms with lockers and a drinking fountain. The staff is really nice and helpful, they keep this park very clean at all times of the year. I love coming here.

I love this park. There is a large play structure with a roller slide (just make sure little one keeps hands up so they don’t pinch their fingers!) the structure is very high and might not be considered safe for little ones. There is a toddler playground as well located attached to the building. The building is always open and attended if the park is open and bathrooms are inside. There are walking trails that basically make a large loop around property and you can start at playground and loop all the way back around to playground. I’d say even at a kids walking pace it’s only about a 20 minute walk. It’s almost all dirt path. The park is popular so it’s safe and the path is dog friendly. No dogs in playground area. Lots of parking is available.

The park is shady even in summertime due to the tall trees, a great size, and makes an ideal location to exercise, have picnics and more. There is a big playground for the kids with lots of slides and swings, tennis and basketball courts, and a mile long nature trail encircling the park to take a fresh breath of air with beautiful views of the trees. There are also rentable areas for parties.

The park was clean the staff that I interacted with where very pleasant.

1st time here for a birthday party. Really nice park. Pavilions are laid out perfectly for parties. Playground was awesome for kids of all ages. Under 3 definitely need supervising due to the height of apparatus, but thats to be expected. Most of the park is on wood chip and swings are nicely shaded by the trees. Didnt see any grass areas though but that may be due to the season?? (covered by leaves).

Great place for a celebration. Had my sons 1st birthday at pavilion 1. Lots of shade. Everyone who came to the party loved the park and said they want to come again and explore the trails.

Beautiful tucked away treasure. The grounds are always kept up nicely. Lots of opportunities for active families. Pet friendly areas. I love the community center and staff and awesome programming they have for all ages. Dance, cheer, self defense, mommy and me classes.

Its a regular stop every two weeks for me....... I p/u my Backhause rye bread, coffee and pastry and head for this great park and enjoy the quite environment and of peace and tranquility. Latest change is an upgrade in the parking lot.....No Worries....just relax........Try it,. You will enjoy it...Safe and Secure.....HRM.

Maitland community park is right behind our house which we love. When I tell my girls were going to the park this is the park they ask to go to.

I was surprise about the facilities for kids and adults. Good place for picnics and activities. The Nature has a healthy vegetation. Beautiful palms trees and some flowers all over the place. You feel relax and breath peace. Excellent for walk and have a nice conversation, specially for lovers.

Great park! My kids love it. Plenty of shade and space to play and roam. Swings, playground and tot lot, tennis courts, basketball courts, pavillions, little boardwalk trail, and plenty of parking. Family events take place there and they have family/sport/kid activities through the community center. Good for community gatherings.

This is a great multi-use park. It is a beautiful, peaceful large wooded site (shady) with recreation trails for jogging and walking. Dogs are welcome on leashes as long as you pick-up their waste; poop bags are available at multiple stations. Other features include: onsite parking, covered picnic tables, childrens playground, exercise stations, indoor meeting room, indoor racquetball courts, outdoor lighted tennis courts, outdoor lighted basketball courts and a long lighted boardwalk through a beautiful natural wetland.

Took grandchild to park loved it nice place clean have inside rest rooms and has a person there to help with questions .

Well equipped playyard for children under 10, and a second playyard for toddlers. No wonder there were plenty of children having a blast the morning before Christmas. Jogging path with occasional exercise areas. Well maintained, good job City crew. THUMBS UP MAITLAND.

The setting of the park is beautiful. There are two awesome playgrounds for the kids that are always well-maintained. The trail and basketball/tennis courts are great as well, and the staff is always available and friendly.

Love love love this park. Fantastic, big playground with tall, twisty slide; long, tall, enclosed slide, swings and exercise trail. Lots of trees and clean, indoor restrooms.

The playground is great for little climbers and theres a nice trail.

The tennis courts need trash cans on the court. Health hazard as empty bottles roll on to the court.The curtain that separates the tennis courts are too long. Needs to be fixed so that when the wind blows it is not a safety hazard.Baby and me exercise group that meets on Saturday morning should not be setting up in the parking lot. Safety hazard.

The park is very nice and well maintained with lots of shade, a nice playground, tennis courts, pavilions, real restrooms and nice trails. My only constructive criticism is that the parents at the playground should supervise their children instead of sitting on the benches and taking it easy as a lot of the kids were not being very nice to each other and doing things like going up slides you know just breaking General playground rules and no one seem to be supervising them. I am a grandparent so being a baby boomer I was paying a lot more attention to my grandson than a lot of the Millennials and gen-xers seem to be. You cant just dump 3 and 4 year olds or even 7 year olds and expect them to behave well in a mob. Thank you.
