Great place to go.sledding, I brought my 3 yr old and 7yr old and they loved it. Its bitter sweet that it hasnt snowed much since but there is always next year.I recommend this sledding hill as there is also a smaller one if you are bringing a really small child. The day we went last it was busy but for the most part people are vigilant and respectful.

Its a very good park for kids, pet friendly, has a sliding hill for winter activities and perfect for star gazing too.

Great are for beach volleyball and it has a nice 1mile loop around the park.

Its a park. It has trails. You can do park things in it. Its right behind the police station. Its super cool.

Great hill for sledding!!! looooved it. way too cold to be out but adventure could not be denied and was well worth it.

The walking trail is always clean and even. I enjoy that is is labeled and one whole lap represents one mile. This is unlike other track where you have to go around 4 laps to equal a mile. The hill is an extra special bonus and challenge.

Great public place

Nicely maintained park with 1 mile track, pavilions, baseball field, soccer field, volley ball, sledding hill, playground, plenty of places to sit, and plenty of parking. High school is next to park and you can often hear the band playing, football and soccer games, and other school activities.

It was very pleasant and well maintained. It would be a great place for a family get together, maybe a picnic or summer Birthday party for the kids. The ideas are endless. Its quite enough to just sit on the ground next to a tree and just relax and think about your life.

Great waking Trail

Paved 1 mile path, separate extra paved path up/down hill if you want to take it. Great for run, walk, biking. Picnic areas with covers. Super clean.

Great park to get a nice jog or walk in while the kids play

The lawn is well maintained and there are covered trash cans set out by the pavillions. The restroom by the blue building was a single port-a-john with a baby changing table in it. There were swings for the kids and some sport areas nearby for the adults. Discovering that the tornado drill siren was 30 feet away from the pavillion when it went off was less than thrilling. You might want to consider the time they test it when booking a spot.

Nice hill that you can walk, jog or run. Nice size maze. People are courteous and friendly while walking.

This is my neighborhood parkIt has great amenities for sports and for kids activities, as well as picnic facilities.

Nice walking trail

Has a snow sliding area with a big slope/small mountain. Kids play area with slides, swings, climbs etc. With facilities of Basketball court, small baseball court, jogging/walking trials, small restroom too. No bicycle trials though. Very few trees. Independence day Fireworks was awesome.

Safety is definitely less of a concern as the police station is in the same center.

They have a fabulous family friendly fall kickoff every year on the first Sunday of October!

Clean park. Normally not crowded before 3pm. Walk path us nice.

My favorite park and my kids loves it. Its clean and not alot of people goes there which is good.

We were here for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Weather was cooperating and the bride was beautiful. Ceremony was bride and grooms planned ceremony.

I like this park, its one of the very few parks in Madison Heights. Its very muddy - but at the moment most things are. The play structure is somewhat hidden behind the Police Department next to a large hill. There are restrooms, the parking is a little inconvenient but hey - its parking.

A very nice peaceful place to get in my daily walk and exercise. It has a mapped out 1 mile walking/jogging course and if energetic a nice hill to walk up and down. Also a picnic area and a playground for the kids.

Nice walking path with a challenging hill that gives a good view of the city. Playground, basketball court, volleyball, and even shuffleboard! Covered picnic areas. Lots of young trees. Lots of trash cans and recycling bins (even though some of dont use them! )

Its beautiful there in the morning if you want to go for a morning jog. Its has a great hill for sleding and giving your jog an extra kick!

We live in Georgia and are up for the holidays. We took our 10 & 8 year old here to sled for the first time. They loved it! I grew up sledding this hill and it was just as fun as I remembered.

Neat and clean park for a walk. There is a covered family area as well for small parties and a place for barbecue. They have also created this hill kind of structure over which there is a walk way. The grassy area on the downward slope of the hill can also be seating area when people watch theur kids place baseball on that field

We come here for our family picknics every summer, we also come here for the killer snow hill every year for sledding. Theres a nice path to walk, play ground for the kids and the hill to shred with a..sled.

Nice grass, a good bit of dirt and some pavement all topped off by the sky. Exactly what I expected.

Really havent visited the park in of itself. Was at the high school across from the park for a tennis match. The park is well maintained & always looks like a nice place to be.
