LOVE this park! Its big and green and BEAUTIFUL! People that are new to Lubbock as well as citizens will appreciate it as they drive by or if they take the time to stop and walk barefoot in the park... and the kids will love it of course!

The park was nice great atmosphere but no public bathrooms.

Really beautiful

I walked my Girl here a few days ago. There is not a perimeter path, so youll be walking on the grass most of the way. Part of the way there are sidewalks.The circuit I walked took me on the sidewalk in front of the adjacent elementary school. The kids were all in school that day and its a nice quiet neighborhood.I will probably not walk Kastman Park again because of the school. In this time, Im sensitive (perhaps overly) to the presence of an old man around an elementary school. So, Ill stay away.What a society we live in... that such a thought would even occur to me.
