My father in law took my step kids here TWICE this summer! The kids absolutely loved it the first time, so the whole family went the second time. Adventure Park has no end to the fun things your family can do, be it wall/rock climbing, zip lining, go-karts or just watching your friends and family have fun.Ticket prices are decent (they have certain days where they discount - check their website!) and the staff is awesome. We look forward to going again in the very near future!

Last week, I took my son and a couple of his friends to Adventure Park to celebrate his 13th birthday. Wed never been before. The boys had an incredible time and would have gladly stayed longer than the 6 hours we were there! I was impressed with everything! The employees were friendly and helpful, the entire facility was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the food was really good! Well definitely be returning!

Had a great time, golf was fun, carts were ok, some were a bit slower than others!

Adventure Park is our favorite entertainment place in Lubbock! They have something for everyone, with competitive pricing! We frequent the park and appreciate that the owners and staff are good and honest people. Highly recommend the ‘Party on the Patio’ nights! Live music, food, games, and they start at the perfect time for weather to start cooling down. Great for a date night or family fun night out!

This place is so much fun. Theres something for everybody. Food is pretty good. Everything reasonably priced. If you go you must try out the Omni Arena. Its an unforgettable experience.

We took our 6 year old son for the first time and we all had so much fun. He especially loved the climbing robe ladder and the water bumper cars. Cant wait to come back!

First time going to adventure park and it was night to remember. I went with my friends and had a blast. Kelci one of my friends that works there invited me, “thank you” it was the best. :)

Me and my family went to adventure park today and before we left we cashed in our tickets, Morgan was absolutely amazing! She helped my niece pick out all the toys she wanted (even though she changed her mind 100 times). Super patient and sweet! Definitely would chose this over main event!!

We had an amazing time the food choices are limited, but the pizza was delicious! Its a must-try, the nachos were great as well and we enjoyed the games. The experience was awesome! So glad they brought the mini golf course back, along with the bumper boats and go carts. The netted playground in the center is pretty incredible! This is definitely a great place to bring your family!

An amazing place!! Get the day package and you get amazing deals. Like 8 go cart rides and $10 for arcade plus a pizza. And all the free stuff as well.

Did birthday party for two of my kiddos and the girls hosting the party were great!!! We had a pretty big bunch and they did everything they could to make sure every kid had a blast! Pizza was pretty good!

We had an awesome time! For around $150 my 4 children and I had a day of unlimited, putt putt, rock climbing, boats, bumper cars, etc., even had snacks and drinks . The game room was nice too, it was very clean, and BEST of all the staff was all super nice and accommodating! Well be back for sure! Cant wait to try the zipline

Expensive for what it is, but thats ok. What is truly the reason for the low stars is the lack of social distance enforcing and masking INSIDE. Our kids live to game. And had saved a ton to spend, but nope. Not a chance. There were too many people in the gaming area to socially distance, and almost no masks. Half the time, employees wore them under their nose or off their ears. One guy on the rock wall actually got in my kids face with his mask pulled down below his chin to give instruction. I know it was so he would be heard, but there is a pandemic. We should ALL be trying to be as safe as possible. Disappointed!!!!!!!

We had a blast! It wasnt very crowded today. We have a differently abled daughter, and everyone was very nice and patient with her. Enjoyed the music also.

Really wanted to enjoy this place! We have friends up visiting and decided to check Adventure Park out. First thing in the door we were told about the clear bag policy. I politely explained that my daughter has a heart condition that forces me to carry around medication that has to stay cold in my insulated bag. Absolutely willing for them to check my bag and make sure there were no weapons. They told me no but that they would provide me a ziplock bag. So upset that they wouldn’t make an exception to the rules. The older kids were so excited to play so we still ended up going in but my daughters life saving medication had to stay in a hot car. Won’t be coming back.

Our kids had a blast. We were really impressed with the attractions, how clean it was, and the friendliness of staff. We got the extreme pass online which states you will have access to everything. In actuality it does not include playing the VR game or laser maze. This combined with charging non participants $6 just to walk around the place is a little annoying. Other than that, it’s pretty cool. Ropes course and zip line is amazing. Wish Amarillo had something like this.

We chose Adventure Park for my 12 year old sons birthday party and we were not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Despite the park being very busy, we felt as if we had VIP privileges. We are definitely going back, as there is so much to do and would be difficult to enjoy all the entertainment in one evening.

It was fun but, I think a little pricey. Also if you are booking online it was unclear that the time you select is specific to when you are scheduled to visit the ropes course and zip line. I thought that was when the tickets become valid. We missed our time because I misunderstood that and when we arrived no one specified that we were scheduled to visit the ropes course at that time. They did allow us to sign up for a later time once we realized we had missed our time.

We’ve enjoyed the putt putt golf and Cypress Peak climbing adventure! Very friendly workers and so fun to be outside and not feel like you are in the middle of Lubbock!

The hunted woods attraction was really well done and the actors were great.

Adventure Park is a MUST if you’re looking for something fun to do with the whole family! The park is clean, the employees are kind and helpful, and the options for fun are endless! I’m so excited to have something so awesome in Lubbock. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Service was horrible; prices were crazy for the amount of food you got. Unless you like spending a bunch of money for rude people to serve you I would not recommend this place at all.

We had a great time. Took our 4 year old and she was able to do most of the activities. Her favorites were the Bumper Boats and the Go Karts. Spent five hours to make sure we got our monies worth. Our little girl already wants to go back.

We decided to have a birthday party there for my daughter. It was our first time ever to adventure park. I feel like the prices are high. And to be quite honest its a very small crowded place. Everything is so close together. Staff was friendly. Our host Stethan (we called him steven) was great. We will be back for a family night.

Way over priced !! Paid 275 for 4 of us to ride go karts one time & had to wait for the zip line attraction for 3 hrs ! We will not be returning ! However, the pizza was good!Response ; we were told this was the best package ! They also told us we could not do the rope course ! Quit misleading people at the counter for more money!

The go karts were our favorite part! Nice sized race track. The hiking adventure was high and exciting. With everything going on I do wish the workers all wore masks.

Can get pricey but its worth it to splurge here and again. Get out and have some good family fun!

Everyone was really nice. We enjoyed over 3 hours there and were able to do quite a bit of fun stuff for fairly cheap. We will definitely go again. We are glad Lubbock has something new and fun for all ages.

This place is amazing so far, with activities for everyone. We purchased tickets for the pre-opening and honestly it was really nice it was to over crowded. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Maybe, it just because they are new or they are doing a really good keeping up with their cleaning duties. We ordered food from their small cafe. My kids had gotten the nachos and they did not like them what so ever. The other foods we had gotten were the spicy wings, hot dogs and fries and they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place maybe during the week, it may not be so overcrowded. I know this place will be a great hit for Lubbock.

All day pass was great so the kids can ride and play as they wanted. Love the outdoor covered area. Nice for adults to sit. Very clean park and restrooms. Definitely will be back!!

Had a super fun time here! The Go-karts are Great!

Made our first road trip out of DFW after lockdown and chose to stop in Lubbock because, why not? When looking for something for our kids to do, we found Adventure Park was open and decided to give it a try. 7 hours later (!!) we all agree we’ll gladly make the trip again to spend another day or two at this small but fun park.Indoors activities: arcade and laser maze (not re-opened yet due to ongoing COVID restrictions), climbing wall, VR game, and spinning bumper cars. Snack bar had great selection of very tasty food (pizza was really good!)Outdoor activities: mini-golf, bumper boats, climbing wall and cargo net, huge play towers, go-karts (on the original track layed out 30 years ago), three level high ropes course, and zip lines! There’s also a bike/walking trail around the property but we didn’t make that loop.The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and always safety conscious. Big shout outs to Ryan on the zip lines and Nick on the high ropes. Both were great and calming when the kids got stuck on the ropes and zip lines!Already looking forward to our next visit!

Horrible customer service. Manager Kai is the worst at customer relations. I went and literally walked to the counter and immediately was told it closes in an hour so it wasn’t worth the packages told her I understand we went over packages I asked If golf was included in the packages she confirmed and then I said plus add two attractions and receive $5.00 per person game card spent 70.00 for an hour. So we went outside my kids are 4 and 5 they took two seconds and said they wanted to do the bumper cars, we did and then wanted to go up the tower so then I was told I had to go inside for bands waste of time so we went in then I was told I couldn’t go because I didn’t have closed shoes, so the two kids went up alone they played it we had 20 mins and told the kids let’s go play games because we had only 10 minutes left only to find out I only had $4.00 on my card. Was told golf was an attraction and extra totally not what the rep said so basically we paid for 4 bumper cards and two tower and came out to $70.00 manager was rude and not understanding and said next time I need to come earlier. Rude

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Adventure Park! Adventure Park was much needed in the city of Lubbock! They have been adding new things such as seasonal attractions, different food/drink items to the menu and also laser tag that my friends and I have had a really good time coming on a regular basis! The customer service is awesome as well - they are friendly and accommodating!

Make sure you order the Haunted Woods online and ahead of time. Outside for two and a half hours...

What a fun place!! We came in from Houston for a concert. Needed something to do for a day. I googled where to go in this small quaint quiet town of Red Raider Nation. This place came up. So I went to website and checked it out. I have heights but loved the ropes course in high school (years and years ago). So I decided me and the boyfriend would get our self some fun action. We bought the Unlimited day pass online. Drove over for the 2 oclock zip time. Got there early and walked around. We walked to the back and got the lay of land. So much to do.They have a bike trail all the way in the back too that goes around the lake in the back.We then went to go karts. Those things move. Now not toooooo fast, but still fun enough to feel like you are a race car driver. I was speed racer.Then we made our way to the zip line.. the kids were great. We filled out the paperwork, waited in the holding area to be strapped up. Then proceed to the zip lines a top the ropea course. There were all ages from young to old. We got to go 2 times. I was scared but the way they talk you through it make it comfortable and not extreme kills yourself stuff.After zip we proceeded over to ropes. We had the course to ourself at first. This was nice because our guide was cool and informative. We pushed ourselves and made it to level 3. By the end we were tired, hands were hurting and thirsty.Went into the nice snack area. Had a cold beverage. Not adult but those were an option.. we then made our way to boats. Had fun spraying little kids and eachother. Cars again the putt putt. Hard corse or easy were the options. We chose hard. There were less people there. I finally won at something. Got a hole in one. You could hear a dad encouraging his son who made it on the big play ground area. Great families were all around us having lots of fun.From there we went inside and spent the 20$ game card we bought extra online. We played a virtual reality game. We killed a ton of zombies. That was an additional work out. I wish I would have drank water right before. It was a little hot in there but so fun. I won in that as well but crazy fun.Staff was great. Buy tickets online. Great memories were made. Wish we had this is Houston. Cant wait to take our kids to something like this.Thank for the memories. This place is so fun! We bought the kids a membership for Christmas and has been so worth it. Clean and everyone is so nice. My husband and I went for the Vegas night and had a great date night.

Lots of awesome things to do for the whole family! Go carts, virtual reality games, among many other things. Great ambience and the cafe’ serves all your favorite kind of snack foods that are quite tasty. Great idea for all types of fun venues!

Such fun place! Our kids aged 4-16 LOVED it! The staff was super friendly. Outdoor lights and fire pits are so cozy. Plenty of activities to choose from. We’ll be coming back!

I can not believe that during a time like this, they are not willing to refund a birthday party deposit at 100%! Knowing that they can not even do the birthday party! Still waiting on a call back!Update:Still not wanting to refund our deposit!I have sent several emails and I get a snarky remark that they usually don’t even refund deposits but in this case they will do half refund and half on a gift card. I do not need that right now! We can not go anywhere to celebrate my sons birthday so the last thing I need is a gift card! I want a full refund so I can use that money to make his birthday extra special at home where we are all safe!!! I want the actual manager to call me!! Not the assistant manager or supervisor, but someone who is going to take care of this!!

Tonight there was a large group and the manager on site, Chance was working very hard with the security guard to make sure everyone was having a great time! Gabbie was amazing explaining everything to us as she dealt with the group trickling in! I was happy to see so many people out supporting a local business during the week this time of year! I will definitely be back soon to buy everyone on my gift list some gift cards!!

We were told one thing for a birthday party, and when we got there, were told something completely different, and twice as expensive. So we left and had to resort to plan B, which turned out amazing

We were there Tuesday afternoon June 2, 2020. We had an amazing time. Everyone was so friendly and patient wirh us. There was one very special one who was taking care of the bumper boats. Her name is Nia and she was AWESOME!!! My girl is special needs and Nia went above and beyond to give her the help she needed and the special attention. Thank you so much for being a great family place!!! 5 stars to all that were there that day!!!

This place was awesome! We went on a Wednesday during the day, when school was in session. There was no one here and it was nice to have the place to yourself. The Go Carts are Fast. The Bumper Boats were are personal favorite. The views from the Towers were stunning it was great to see a town that you love from such great heights also it was fun and challenging with the many different bridges. Mini Golf was good. I would encourage the team to add a few more challenges to the corse in due time for example maybe a windmill and or a shoot out type challenges. Just from a design aspect. Clean...Clean...Clean! This place was very clean,it is hard to find a place of entertainment like this that is clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This place has really great value for Lubbock. The prices were reasonable. For example. 24.99 gets you the unlimited day pass which has everything except zip line and cypress creek, and Two Go Cart Rounds. Arcade has current arcade games. I will definitely come here in the future and bring more friends along. The owners should be very proud of this place. Also the theming is well thought out as well. They are building the new aquarium next store that will be a great compliment to this place and will definitely be a great day out. Thanks for an awesome day!

Ropes Course and Zipline were so fun! Staff was great and facility was very clean.

I recently moved back to Lubbock from the Dallas area and I was thrilled to find this new park!! I took my nephews and was greeted by a very nice young man named Chance that informed me of some safety policies! After I put my bag in my car and we all put on some tennis shoes we started to explore all they had to offer! First we climbed the towers and saw some great views of the surrounding area! Then we rode the go karts and played some mini golf!! I was very satisfied with everything we did and the Mac and cheese pizza ( I know it sounds odd) was amazing!! I will definitely be going back!!

Fun fun the whole family

This place is such a great addition to the City of Lubbock. My son and I had so much fun. We stayed for 7 hours of fun adventures. I feel the all day play bracelet price is a great value. We ate lunch while we were there. The large cheese pizza was only $14.99 and fed 3 children and 2 adults. The soft drinks are free refills and only a little over $2.00.They sell water and sports drinks in bottles. I would really appreciate water and sports drinks being added as a choice to the free refill fountain drink area. This park is environmentally friendly so they do not use straws or plastic lids. They use mostly paper products. I admire that choice. We are so blessed to have this park in Lubbock.

Great place lots to do

Great place! The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and fun. They interacted great with all the kids. The entire facility was spotless and in great shape. The food was great and not just kid stuff. Great patio with fans with great views for parents to watch their kids.

We worked with Adventure Park for our chapter retreat and they were so helpful, welcoming and accommodating! We will definitely be looking into doing more events at their venue!

Best place to go go cats are nice and fast and the best part is the water bumper cars

Amazing staff and customer service!! Lubbock had a power outage Monday when I was at the park so they let us have a free round of golf while we waited for the power to come back on! I’m so glad Lubbock has a new place like this to have fun! Also thank you to the staff and security for doing everything they can to insure guest safety!

Fun place! A little pricey but kids love it!

Took our 7 year old grand daughter. When we got there saw we needed closed toe shoes so had to go back home to change. It was a very hot day but she loved it and is looking forward to the next visit. Staff was very nice and helpful. I think once they finish with it and the trees grow, it will be much nicer.

It was awesome! I believe that they will be very successful! It is a very clean well thought-out and very entertaining place! I hope that they do well because they have all the makings of a wonderful place to go and spend the day with your family go karts bumper boats bumper cars. Golf and multiple video games inside tickets in a way to win prizes food to eat a beautiful area in the back to have different types of functions I think it will be very successful!

The most beautiful park in Lubbock, really enjoyed it.

The mini golf holes need ball Ts and also little stands to use to write on to keep score. The bumper cars need a bigger area to operate in. Food and drink prices are a bit high. We each had the day pass for $22. Well worth it. Bumper boats and go-carts were a blast. Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Pricey but over all good place to have fun with kids

Had a great time for my grandsons 13th birthday! There are a couple things not built yet, but still, PLENTY to do! Well run, clean, bought a family pass - so not that expensive (4 people for $99), environmentally conscious, safe, modern equipment - with two different levels of golf, a neat laser room and a prize corner. You add extra money on a game card for the arcade. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes, have something to pull your hair up with if its long and dont bring a large bag of any kind. You need to set up an account and sign safety liability wavers (we did it before we went, online, to save time) and bring extra money for lunch. (The concession was reasonably priced and included the usual - hamburger sliders, hot dogs, nachos, pizza, chicken tenders, etc, as well as healthier options such as salads and grilled chicken. There were refillable sodas, of course - but also, power aide, smoothies, bottled water and beer. The choices for dessert were also more varied, reasonably priced and included some healthier options.) There were places for shade and both indoor AND outdoor options. Id recommend sunscreen in summer tho, if your fair and stay very long outside. All in all we found it to be a delightful experience! Happy birthday Landry!

Good place to come spend time with kids if you come during the day wear weather appropriate clothes also wear tennis shoes they wont allow anyone on worn open toe shoes. No big purses allowed nor backpacks. Game room is an option if you dont want to do the attractions. You can ride with your kids if they are less than 44 inches but you still have to buy a band. Nice little park overall.

While the service is very very friendly here and theres a lot of services offered here there is no sign anywhere in the parking lot or outside adventure Park building or on their billboard that states they have expedition Cafe on their residential property it makes it extremely difficult it makes it extremely difficult for anyone trying to find expedition Cafe.Response to Owner- features that are offered should not only be promoted inside the park but outside as well not to be deceptive towards any guest.also a separate number should be provided in case people want to order any products available to expedition Cafe without having to hear adventure Park advertise throughout the entire call. To save time and hassle towards all guests.

We had the best 5th birthday party ever! The party hosts were amazing with the kids, clean facilities, so much fun for the kids and a GREAT price!!! Had a drink on the patio while they played and EVERYONE was happy we will have all our parties there!

A great place to take a school field trip! The staff was wonderful in getting things set up and helping make the trip smooth and successful. Kids had a great time!

Cool place, everything was nice for the most part. Issues with put put course leave a player never wanting to play again. Clear bag policy is unnecessary and frustrating to say the least.

The service here was surprisingly amazing. I genuinely thought with how hot it was that the outside employees would be in terrible moods, but I can absolutely say, that was not the case. Everyone seemed happy to be there and to enjoy their jobs. The facilities / grounds were also very clean and well kept. Couldnt have been more impressed.

We love Adventure Park! There is a 7-year age gap between our oldest and youngest son, which makes it challenging to find things to do as a family. Adventure Park is one of the few places in Lubbock that has activities for all ages and skill levels, and adults will have fun too (i.e. mom and dad Go-Kart races)!Id be remiss to not mention the wonderful food. The sliders are outstanding and the pizzas and salads are out of this world. It has not gone unnoticed that attention that has been given to reduce plastic waste. Hats off to the managers for leaning toward paper products.The cleanliness of the park grounds and the friendly, helpful staff are an added bonus. Its very obvious that they really work hard to keep Adventure Park clean and safe for visitors. This type of care is much appreciated.

Our family loves Adventure Park! Mini golf, the towers, and water boats are out favorite activities, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great food. It is also sparkling clean and the staff were very friendly.

This was the funnest thing to do in Lubbock . A little expensive but worth it.
