The laser tag is fantastic. Excellent course, good vests, dark, tons of fun. The rest of the place was just ok. Broken equipment, spilled food everywhere, and employees that dont seem to quite know whats going on.Do yourself a favor if going here and use Groupon for a discount. They sell a 2 or 4 pack of passes for 50% and 58% off, respectively. Makes the price a little easier to swallow.

Came here only to find out that they no longer had the rope course and rock climbing was only offered on weekends. Last time we came we were allowed to jump free since our boys are 2 and 5 and it is mandatory for parents to jump with them. This time we had to pay. The employee at the front desk was giving me a hard time because my son was 2 saying he couldn’t jump. I said miss, last time my 2 year old came, he was able to jump as long as he had a parent with him she still insisted that he couldn’t jump. After explaining it to her multiple times she finally let us back. Get to the back only see the the sign say 2-4 must jump with their parent yet she was giving us a hard time. The only thing we had access to was the jump area and laser tag. We will not be returning. You would think since they don’t have half of the equipment in operation that they would charge less...yea right. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Adrenaline city was cool,but they dont have anymore since trufit took over

Unfortunately, they told us the laser tag was broken. The trampoline park consisted of two trampolines in one room. We were literally the only people there. The kids both declared boredom within 10 minutes. The trampolines were dirty and in poor repair. There are other better options. Save time and money, and Google other trampoline parks in the area.

Went last night during open hours and no one was there. Completely closed during open hours. Dont even know why. No closed sign stating a reason or anything.

Called to get price for a birthday party. The broad that answered the phone, mind you after I was prompted to push 4 for BIRTHDAY PARTIES, proceeded to tell me that they do not do birthday parties. Im starring at the website screen looking at the packages. I asked to speak to a member of management and she stated that there wasnt one on shift. So I asked to speak to someone other than her because she sounded a tad bit clueless. She proceeded to tell me I can call back during a normal time because she doesnt have time for this. I asked for her name and she stated, none of your damn business. I was ready to spend a large amount of money with a party involving close to 25 kids and they just lost my money. What ever happened to treating the customer with respect?

Adrenaline City is no longer offering play on the rock climber or ropes course on weekdays. Do not buy a weekday pass and expect to be able to play on them like we did. The trampolines and laser tag were still fun but we expected a lot more based on what the Groupon we had listed.

Just had an awesome field trip at Adrenaline City with our 2nd graders from Capitol Elementary! The Staff was very organized and completely engaged with our students. Big shout out to Adrenaline City—Thanks Marissa & Staff

This is a great place, but its SO HOT. More A/C or fans would be nice, even the employees who are just standing around monitoring are sweaty. Its just gross. Otherwise, Id come back often. It would also be nice if laser tag wasnt so black. I walked straight into a wall and my husband injured his hand simply because we couldnt see ANYTHING.

When you have a birthday party, they changed the Laser tag where they only offer a game only once every hour. So instead of playing unlimited amount of times during your 2 hours here you only get to play once. My husband and I wanted to play which meant paying extra for 2 adults but Im not going to pay that just for one game. Just disappointed.

We were there on Saturday. The front desk man informed us wrong regarding shoes and age limits, but the manager was amazing. I can not remember her name but I believe it started with an A but she went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our time and that the kids had fun.The refs were very helpful and accommodating as well, they were so good with my crazy kids. We do wish they had a foam pit for the trampoline like altitude. Great for the family though!

Laser tag was fun my kids had a real good time

We gave it another try after having a bad first time.. The laser tag was a hit with all of us, the trampolines were fun and my girls had a blast. Ashley helped my daughter to overcome her fear of the dark she was wonderful we will be returning very soon cant wait! My only complaint is that it was very hot.

I was pleasantly surprised about how much fun adrenaline city was! We brought a 3 year old and 6 year old who had a total blast! The high ropes course was fun and the perfect level of exciting. The only negative was the 50 pound weight minimum for the rock climbing wall.

Equipment is kinda old, but theyre remodeling so hopefully it gets better. Staff was nice.

It was extremely boring and it didnt have anything that you could really do, just jump. It kinda sucks that I have to wait 60 days to get over $100 back too.

So much fun. My wife works there and I love their trampoline section. Going back for the laser tag.

Paid for full access just to find out the rope course was closed. One of the jumping arenas was broken. Tried playing laser tag 3 times and all they did was keep changing the time. They saw us waiting to play. Staff was sitting around laughing and on phones. Asked to play dodgeball and they did not allow. Asked for refund and they declined. They don’t even diserve 1 star.. half a star is more like it.

I was very impressed with our party. The entertainment was great and the party department was fantastic!!!

Great family outing. Lots of activities for everyone. We visit every time we come to town & are always pleased.

Took the grandkids, they had a lot of fun. Make sure the kids wear socks for the trampolines and sneakers for the rock wall and ropes, otherwise they cannot participate. They also had Lazer tag. We bought a 1 hour groupon deal for 4 people. 1 hour was enough time for our 3 kiddos. Ages 6 to 12.

The worst experience I have ever had here. There is a new manager and she is awful. We needed help and she was sitting at a desk by the laser tag eating the entire time. When we confronted Marrissa she was very hostile and rude. The staff was on their phones and paying little to no attention to the children. The equipment was not kept up, the trampolines all needed new pads. We will not return.

Had grandsons birthday and kids had a blast

Ive had an adrenaline city member ship for 5 years now and have truly enjoyed it greatly until recently. The new manager has confronted me several times about different things that are NOT against any of the rules or policies that I know very well. My cousin and I have been attending together for the last day I attended adrenaline city and he confronted me in front of him in regard for me searching for him as he was merely playing lazed tag. I had permission from the Reff running the game to enter through the door to see if he was In there. The thing that mad me angry the most was that Cory (the new manager) didnt just ask me to leave politely but asked me not to return to play any games for the rest of the day. So I truly recommend that you should not come or return to this place of entertainment as you will be mistreated greatly by the person in charge.

Very disappointed because they left the old pics of adrenaline city and when we went there we paid full price and they didnt mentioned that the laser tag was down and there is nothing for kids but trampolines

The trampoline broke when one guys foot went through the mat and the laser tag only had six vests working. It was terrible.

Party good money for kids to have fun and the ones in charge of the jump area wont even supervise the dodge ball pit...several kids left very disappointed. When brought to his attention, the employee said he couldnt do anything about it.

Has lots of variety such and Trampolines, Laser Tag, Climbing and much more. Its is also linked up to Bodyworks so in case you want to work out but dont have time due to the kids, you can have them play around and have fun while still checking off the New Years Resolution.

The rope course and the laser tag was so much fun! I wasnt impressed at all by the trampolines, and that why I was excited to go. I will say that the showers in the locker room were so clean and beautiful! They looked like they had come out of a designer home! The bathroom was super clean, and theres even a little lounge with a sofa and a TV when you walk in to the locker room entrance. I would come back for the laster tag and rope corse, but Ill go somewhere else to jump on trampolines.

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day to have lots of fun. There are trampolines, an obstacle course, lazer tag, and other games.

A family membership is not cheap, and this bodyworks use to be awesome, but lately the crew that works there is nothing but rude. There is only one nice woman we deal with there. There customer service skills are horrible and for this gym to represent christian values and have scripture on the wall they should stop playing filthy music when there arekids in the building. When our membership is up I hope there will be another gym to join.
